FAQ

Q: What is the material of your Carpets?

A: The material is 150D polyester silk or 1200D polyester silk. We can also choose material as customers’ requirement.

Q: How can I get some samples of Carpets
A: We are honored to offer you samples.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control of Carpets
A: Quality is priority. Jiaxunda people always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end.  many times of inspection

will take place during the production.

Q:How easy and sensible is it to lay a new carpet over an old one? How would you do this?I cannot rip the current one out as I am renting
Get the carpet overlocked and cut to the room size. That way you can roll it up when you go. If you want you can knock in some steel nails in places to hold it down.
Q:After two weeks I am filling up my bagless vacuum cleaner compartment with carpet fibers. It's not the loop that is coming out it's fiber. You can also take the toe of a rubber soled shoe and scrape it across the carpet and get the same results. Is this normal for this carpet? The store owner talked me into this and though it looks great and feels good to walk on what's it going to look like in a year?
To an extent its normal. As long as the seller is aware of your concern and is honest you have a claim against them and the carpet maker Shaw. They are a good company!
Q:I'm looking for a store that sells rugs for college dorm rooms! I've found a lot of rugs but none for college dorms help!
Have you tried bed bath and beyond? By me there is a place called Linens and things as well. I'm sure somewhere sells rugs do you have a home goods by you? they sell rugs as well!
Q:I have a brand new rug that is less than a week old. Every time I lift it up and sweep I have piles of white fine powder. That,s at least 3 times a day. Does anyone know what this is. I 'm thinking of taking it back.
This exact same thing happened to me but it was from a rug I owned for about 7 years when the white powder began to collect under that rug. I shop at many stores, so I do not recall where I purchased the rug. So, I called a local rug store and they told me that the bottom of the rug was dry rotting and disintegrating, causing the powdery substance to shed from the bottom of the rug. If I were you, I would positively return the rug because if you are anything like me, it will drive you nuts until you finally toss the rug.
Q:My daughter has dropped a cup of quot;florida's natural orange juicequot; on the living room rug. Is as if my rug has been bleached.
The acid probably killed the pigment in the wool. I don't think there's anything you can do now. Sorry about the rug. Next time douse it with water.
Q:would it look funny if i had the fuzzy white rug on it because i really want one!!!!
I was unable to open the links but I have seen this done on home decor shows before. If the bottom rug is much larger than the top one, it can look perfectly fine. People do this a lot to cover stains on wall to wall carpet when they can't afford to replace it. Buy the fur rug if you like it, if it doesn't work on the blue rug, put it elsewhere or return it. You have to follow your gut on this one.
Q:My parents bought a 5 x 7 area rug about 20 years ago, at K-Mart or somewhere abouts, and bequeathed it to me when I moved out. The colors are still really nice, but the problem is- and I suspect this has always been the case- its a bear to get clean. I don't mind a few spots, but it collects hair like mad. Its a very tight-woven rug, with no long strands. I run my Dirt Devil upright over it usually three or four times, and nothing budges. Is there a vacuum cleaner that is powerful enough to disentange hair from the carpet fibers? I really don't want to throw it out or store it, but I can't afford to have it professionally cleaned, at $100 a go, every month.
You can rent a cleaner for a day and clean it yourself. Dirt devil vacuums aren't that great for rugs I'm afraid.
Q:i spilled 4 little dots of black fabric dye..is there a way to clean it with out messing up the carpet.
Your only option is to clip those fiber. Dye is permanent
Q:Which kind of carpet is good if it is cement floor and I do not want to decorate
Polyamide block asphalt (asphalt can be recycled).
Q:i've asked this question 3 times before, but it hasn't worked :(Red is booked in for a trace/blanket clip in a couple of days, and i was wondering if i would need to rug her up a little bit more? she is a thoroughbred chestnut (someone told me that chestnuts have thinner skin??) and is in a 100g fill w/ a neck rug atm....the coldest it has been lately would be about 10/11 degrees c....the next rug we have is a 250g fill with neck rug, so it's quite a step up...Um... yeah... would i need to start putting that on, or do you think she will be O.K??
Yes, I always add more rugs once clipped this year my boy had a 360g stable rug with neck and a fleece with neck under it most of the time. But it was going down to -12 some nights, if I'm not sure what weight to put on I usually put the heavier rug on then see how he is in the morning if he's to hot then I put a lighter weight rug on the next, he's pretty good at telling me when he's to hot though.
