- Q: I want to press the heck out of tofu, and then freeze itso how would I press it overnight in the fridge?thanks!!
- I just did this! I used a steamer insert (the insert you put in a pot when you steam things) and placed it in a bowl so the liquid would go through the holes and into the bowl. Then, I placed the tofu (I used firm) in the steamer. On top of that I placed another bowl, then something heavy to press the liquid out (I used an unopened jar of pasta sauce). I pressed mine for 24 hours (but that amount of time is not necessary). It was good, but I think I need to experiment and do it with different types of tofu. I've had it before at a friend's house and it turned out really dense and amazing. I can't seem to get the same results myself.
- Q: 91 jeep wrangler dont have ball joint press
- almost any auto parts place will loan you one. I recomend O'Reilly because they will tell you how to do it.
- Q: What is the best for OILY skin: Loose Powder or Pressed Power? If Loose powder, what is the best Loose Powder for oily skin?If Pressed Powder, what is the best Pressed Powder for oily skin?PLEASE HELP!!!xooxox
- I have oily skin, too, and I prefer pressed powder over loose powder. The one that I use is Revlon Colorstay, both the foundation and the pressed powder. They're about $8 each at Walmart. Hope this helps. :)
- Q: I thought that hold means press !! what is the correct meaningplaystation 3
- To hold a key means you press it and do not release it. If it says hold L2 and press X for example, press down the L2 button and while it's still pressed down, press X.
- Q: I normally seated shoulder press for the shoulder workout today the gym is closed early so i working out in a residents gym near they dont have the rack so i have to clean it up and press it.I only have done standing one time before 95*12For seated here are my sets95 warm up135*12155*10185*6-10( with a little help from spotter)
- Normally one can military press more weight than they can seated press, so I would say go with your seated press' highest set. It may be harder simply because your not used to the movement, which in that case means to go lower and lower till your comfortable.
- Q: Every time I press out my hair it looks like feathery sh**. I do everything my mom tells me: use leave-in conditioner, divide the hair into 4 sections, press small amounts of hair at a time, curl the ends, take my time and not rush through, but it always come out looking like sh**. What am I missing? I get so frustrated when my hair does this, I don't have the money to go to a salon every week/month to get my hair done. I use shampoo conditioner, leave-in conditioner, and Pink oil lotion. I went through search engines on the internet for help, but it kept coming up with articles on how to care for your natural black hair, something I definitely don't want. I have relaxed African-American hair and I need help taming it since this sh***y mane of mine won't behave and refuses to like me.
- I've made up our minds to do the identical factor and thus far so well. I have approximately four months of recent progress and a shortish however thick head of permed hair that I am no longer equipped to reduce off. I cautiously contact up the roots with an electrical scorching comb and placed hot curlers in my hair as ordinary - no none might inform the change and I consider like i simply received a perm. I use hair dressing and I do not get the brush too scorching- if it presses it instantly at the first swipe, for me it is too scorching. It begins to get kinky in two to four a couple of days once more and while I wash it at the weekend, it fully reverts which I am comfortable to peer. But I have most effective been doing it for 2 weeks so the longer term results are unknown, however I can say that after I wash it, I do not get plenty of hair loss.
- Q: I use almay clear complexion foundation, and I am looking for a powder to go over that...i have fair skin so i use all the light colors. I also like the natural look, where it doesnt look like youre wearing.......makeup.. SO.....I purchased almay nearly naked LOOSE powder and liked it, but was scared it was going to make me break out since it wasnt on the clear complexion line, although it is still non clog poring. I exchanged it for Almay clear complexion press powder and im afraid it will dry out my skin? Help? has anyone ever used these items before? If so..what do you like better? I have sensitive skin..gets kinda dry at first, than oily during the day. Thanks
- I much prefer loose powder. It has a more natural look. I have sensitive skin too. So I only wear makeup about 3 out of 7 days of the week. I would say that most likely the pressed powder won't break your skin out IF you don't put too much on AND you moisturize first. I would recommend Aveeno. It has an SPF and doesn't break my skin out bc it's hypoallergenic. I have found loose powder to not clog my pores as pressed does. Try investing in both and use the pressed powder in your T-zone (nose, forehead) where your skin is oily and breaks out more. Then, apply the loose powder on the rest of your face. hope that helps!
- Q: what do people think of loreal true blend pressed powder?
- are u talking about Covergirl's TRUblend pressed powder or Loreal's true match pressed powder? I havent tried the trublend powder but i have tried the true match and i love it! i use it to set my foundation and it makes it look flawless. Ofcourse you have to apply the right amount using a brush not the sponge cause the results may be cakey.
- Q: I have to write and essay with multiple quotes from legitimate book sources on the effect of the Printing Press on the Enlightenment. I am saying that without the press, the Enlightenment would not have happened. Though I can use only one credible internet source, I can cite other web pages as long as the content of my quote can be found in a book somewhere. A little help finding these sources? I've used Francis Bacon's Novum Organum, but other than that, I'm totally lost. And any points I could write on would be great!
- The printing press helped with the development of the English language. With the press, more texts were available to the public. With more texts available, literacy increased among the masses. Once literacy takes a foothold, you see advances across the board. I would do a search using key phrases with The History of the English Language. Once you have some titles to work with, you should check out the Project Gutenberg website; it has older texts available on-line for free. Once there, you can obtain quotes and information to cite. I hope this was a little helpful.
- Q: When doing the bench press, where should I bring the bar?Is it in the middle of the chest like on the nipples 'line'?How do I build my 'upper' chest. I think it's called the pectoralis minor, just below the collar bone.
- you want to lower the bar just below your nipple line so the bar touches your chest at the bottom of your pectoral muscles but above your rib cage for peak power. To innervate your upper chest you want to do any kind of press or chest fly on an incline bench. Its not your pectoralis minor because that is underneath the pectoralis major stretching from your collar bone to your ribs.
