PV Cable

1.The origin of technicalspecifications

The related requirements of this test technical specifications are come fromK411.2.3 working group about PV-system wire of Germany standardization committee.

This will be released as German national standard.

Germany Rhine TUV (Shanghai) will use the technicalspecification to test and evaluate the performance of PV - cable.

The file number of the technical specification is 2PFG1169/08.2007in German Rhine TUV company.

2.The range of application

2PFG1169/08.2007 is suitable for 1.8kV ( the maximum kilovolt )(conductor-conductor,non earthed system) DC voltage and the flexible single-core cable (wire) of DCside in PV system.

Theproduct shall be used under class II security level.

The highest temperature of the cable operating environment shall up to90℃.

The cable can be used in parallel of many cores .

3. The specialterminology

  PV system(Photovoltaic system): PV solarsystem.

DC side: the parts between PV battery and DC terminalof PV converter in PV device.

The open circuit voltage in the standard testconditions (UOC STC): the PV                                                                 modules, PV wire, PV array, PV generator of not under load (opencircuit) or the voltage in DC side of PV converter  in the standard testconditions.

The short circuit current in the standard test conditions(ISCTC): the short circuit current in PV modules, PV wire,PV arrays or PV generatorin the standard test conditions.

Q:I have this printer, bought for $100 at Best Buy a few years ago... I moved almost 2 years ago, and seemingly have lost one or more of the cords associated with this printer. Im trying to find out which one is missing. I have the one which connects the printer to the computer [USB]. But I dont have the one that gives it power... It looks like the end would fit into a 3 hole [prong?] opening, the holes are all in line... Anyone got an ideas? Know what Im talking about? If so, any idea what its called, or where I can find one? Im sure online, but I havent any idea what Im looking for at this point.
why don't you e-mail HP see if they will send you a power cord or advise you where to get one in your area
Q:I noticed many of our server cables are thicker than the standard ones for a desktop PC. Would any power cable work, regardless of gauge? I want to use shorter server power cables for cable management purposes, since some of our server cables are over 10-15 ft. in length and only need 3 ft. or so.

Q:I used my laptop as a home computer, most of the time I keep my laptop turned on with the power cable plugged in. Is it good to do that? or is it better to plug the power off whenever the laptop's battery is full? Which one is good for my laptop' maintenance? By the way, everytime I asked this question, people give different answers. So I really need a professional opinion.
Use your laptop as you would a mobile phone. Have it fully charged, then run it until it's almost flat. Once again, the battery does have a memory, as said by another person. and also if it's continuously left in power it can also cook the battery cells so when you unplug from power you may have 5 mins of battery life if that. Ammil makes a good point, however if you asking maintenance wise, his response isn't relevant as he refers to Performance more than anything.
Q:what wattage do you need, how many power cables going into the graphics card and what type etc
The psu in your pc will need to be supplying between 450 and 500 watts.
Q:Will the wire and cable industry belong to the power industry? The
4 core 185 square millimeters plus 1 core 95 square millimeters of cable three
Q:HiI'm organizing my cords at the moment, but I'm curious, is it safe to use power cords (say a phone charger) when it is still wound up in a coil? It would save a lot of cord clutter, but are there any drawbacks, as in it would start a fire? Thanks
there is no danger coiling cords.dont fold the cord or you could break the wire
Q:When i want to connect two SATA hard drives do I need some power cable on slave or just to connect it with sata cable and that'it? Because I did it like that and it's not recognized. And I don't have second SATA power supply cable in my computer.
first, your HDD needs power in order for it to work, that's a fact, after you have connected all necessary cables(cables and powersupply of HDD), next go to bios setup(press delete button at start up) and configure your HDD in STANDARD CMOS FEATURES, put your primary HDD in IDE CHANNEL 0 MASTER and your 2nd HDD in IDE CHANNEL 1 MASTER, save and exit set up, then your good to go :D
Q:I need to select a power cord for a computer and other appliances (like a printer). Power cords usually have their amps and voltage (capacities?) imprinted on the outside. What is the rule of thumb for selecting a power cord and why?For example, if my printer has the following requirements:Power Source AC 120V 50/60 HzPower Consumption - 5W-350WWhat amp/voltage type of power cord will do the job?I am of course concerned about overloading the cord with too much electric requirements.(People who actually know this matter SPECIFICALLY only need to reply; please excuse if the electric language is not used right.)
The power cables themselves don't have much bearing on Power Source AC 120V 50/60 Hz (Your typical household outlet) You couldn't acciddentally plug it into a 220 line anyway. Power Consumption - 5W-350w -- How many watts of power it draws from the socket. Typically the thicker guaged wire is better to use, as it has less impedance or so I've been told.
Q:When I went to go set it up, everything is ps3 except the power cable. You know on the side where it connects to the ps3? Well its supposed to be round on both sides. Well ours is round and square. Can i shave the square one or will it not work?
No, you can use the power cable for a computer on the PS3. It is a standard shape and can be purchased from any good computer shop. The PS2 uses a transformer and the pin alignment is different. Just get a proper cable, they are really cheap anyway.
Q:My laptop works gr8, but the power cable when plugged into the machine is quite loose and just falls out sometimes which is very annoying. Has anyone with this laptop had the same problem and fixed it? if so how? an what do you think i can do to fix it?
contact dell maybe theyll help u
