Feature:1. Complete assortments and strong applications.
2 Coaxial volute structure, high efficiency, small volume, lightweight, easy installation and maintenance.
3. The pump which is supported by imported bearing, runs at little vibration and low noise. Mechanical seal, no damage to shaft, no leakage, long duration.
4. The optimal hydraulic model is used for impeller, the pump is of an utmost dynamic-static balance and reliable performance. Can choose other materials according to the customer's requirement.
5. The shaft is made of quenching and tempering stainless.

Q: What is the meaning of "ETA" in pump selection table, the unit is%; and what does "NPSH" mean? The unit is m. Is in the south water pump performance curve appeared, please refer to the master, and now thank you.
NPSH refers to the cavitation, the pump is the technical parameters
Q: i learned from wikipedia that the water pumps back to reactor where it is heated again and the cycle begins again. but then i saw this diagram
I can see why you're a little confused. There are actually 3 separate loops in most reactor designs and you can see this in the diagram. The primary heat transport loop contains the water that touches and cools the fuel and this is the water that is pumped back to the reactor where it is heated again.... It is shown in the diagram in pink. The water from the primary heat transport loop passes into a steam generator which is full of water but the water in these two systems is kept separate to ensure all radioactivity stays in the primary heat transport loop and in the containment building. Basically the pipes from the primary heat transport system pass through a large tank of water and heat the water in the tank causing it to boil. The steam is then passed out of the generator, out of containment, and into the turbine. Next it goes into a heat exchanger which is similar to the steam generator except it is used to cool the water. The cooled water then passes back into containment and into the steam generator to be boiled again. Finally, the third heat transport loop moves cold water from either a lake, ocean, or cooling tower, into the turbine building where it cools the water in the secondary heat transport loop. This water is kept completely separate from the water in the secondary heat transport loop to ensure that if the secondary loop water somehow becomes contaminated, it doesn't pass into the third loop and get into the lake, ocean, or atmosphere. I hope that clears things up :)
Q: How to measure the temperature of pump body?
Pump body temperature in general, with the hands feel good, and when the hand arrived, can not accept, the pump will have a problem. Specific by their touch cooked.
Q: new switch and new tank
Sounds like the thermal is cycling. Check it and clean out debris. (overheating)
Q: Water pump
well thats gana depend on the year and engine size but i would say that you can plan on spending between 30 and 70 dollars
Q: All of a sudden I have no water coming to the house/anywhere from the pump/well outside. It's a newer well, good water quantity (Florida...no dry up problems), no sand in water. I'm new to this house and don't know much about the pump stuff. Is there something I should look at or switch on/off. The breaker is ok. Help, I need a shower! :) Oh, there were about 15 ants around some box, but it didn't look connected to the pump...it's a box to the pool filter thing.
Well Pump Not Working
Q: I am replacing the water pump and want to know exactly where the two o-rings go
There are several rubber seals on a water pump. The biggest irregular shaped seal is obviously for the main portion of the pump (this can not be misinterpreted for something else). The next in size is the o-ring for the thermostat. And 2 additional O-rings (one smaller than the other) are for the return pipes. While removing/pulling out the pump, take care that the pipes do not get pulled outward by the pump. And when putting in the pump just gingerly align the pipes to the holes in the pump and you are good to go.
Q: How hard is putting in a water pump for my 5-series on a 1-10 scale ?and how do i put it in ? details please !? i dont have a chitlon for it . ive worked a lot on this car and i do know some things about it, but not very car savy. Thank you !!
You may want to pull the radiator out also for extra room to work. It will take some time but is fairly straight foreward. Be sure to get a very thin wrench to take the fan clutch off. You should be able to get one from a bicycle shop if there is one close by. Scale of 0-10 i would say a 3-4 in difficulty.
Q: I need a new timing belt and I'm getting that done soon, but my mechanic says that water pumps are usually replaced along with the timing belt at the same time. Does it really need replaced?
not dont have to replace unless it was leaking it but it is off now and wouldnt cost anything in labor since hes taking it oof so get to what he need to fix but no it dont have to be replace til it leaks
Q: i need to change my water pump on my vw 1990 gti. the more details and/or pictures the better or links i can go to to show me
The 1990 4 cylinder was before they ran the pump off the timing belt, so it is still V-belt driven, and it is not necessary to touch the timing belt. Since it is belt driven, you should expect it to be near the passenger side of the engine, but it actually bolts to the front of the engine, near the bottom. In the linked image, they have included the housing, which you see bolts to the side of the block with an O ring seal. It is recommended you remove this housing, so that you can more easily get at all the small bolts holding the water pump to the housing. But there is no reason not to reuse the old housing. This also has the thermostat in it, so replace that at the same time. You may be able to leave the hoses attached if you are working on a lift, from below. The power steering pump may be in the way and need to be lowered. Take the passenger side wheel off. If you have to get at it from the top, it may be much harder, because the AC mounting plate would need to be removed and the head gets in the way, but also possible. Set aside a whole day, just to make sure you have enough time to finish if this is your first one. But you could probably do it a second time in about 3 hours.
