- if you know how to clean furniture and have your own machine you can clean micro fiber sofas yourself. Just a few things to remember though, you can't just spot clean its really noticable if you do, you have to clean the whole sofa. Extra drying do a lot of extra drying microfiber tends to take a long time to dry otherwise. Most microfiber furniture is heavily stain guarded and should be fairly simple to clean. If you don't want to try it yourself call a professional i recommend you get someone IICRC certified, and who uses a truck mount cleaning unit,

- The white sofa can really be a stand out in your room. I would trim in white and color the walls but wait until you have found your furniture and then color your walls to what you need. Pick your colors to make you look good. I watched . . .can't think of the name. . .but the TV show with the four women on Histeria Lane (LOL) and Brie is the redhead and her house is decorated to just make her colors pop. Even her car made her eyes just stand out. That's how you decorate and choose colors. You want someone to walk in the room and say how great you look. . .Good luck with it all. Just don't get in a hurry and find something you really like.

- You don't have to worry as long as his orders/job allow for him to have his family with him. Not only can you keep your green card, but your absence from the USA does not break your period of continuous residence for naturalization purposes. You cannot get a SOFA Stamp in a Japanese passport because you are Japanese. His orders will suffice as long as they are accompanied.

- Oh absolutely--and usually they will--but you can keep the whole situation simple by calling Salvation Army and asking them to pick it up for you, to resell at their store. Goodwill and Habitat for Humanity are two other options. That way it won't end up in a landfill. Charities pick up for free.

- You can use it, but it's going to feel a bit weird because the fold out bed part is what adds support/stability to the piece when it's being used as a sofa. All I can say is try it to see if it will be comfortable for you. If you find the manufacturer's tag on it, you can always contact the maker to find out if replacement mattress bed mechanism is available for the model that you have. If so, and you decide to order, just know that you'll have to have it installed by someone who works with upholstered furniture.

- You need to teach your dog not to jump up on the sofa. Then you can buy whatever colour you want! Why not buy a cheap leather sofa with a cover that can be taken off and shaken or washed. A cover would protect the leather from being ripped by his toe-nails! I have a leather one from a well known swedish manufacturer I**A. I have several covers so I can change the look and have them cleaned. I even bought a white one and dyed it to match the walls.
