- For a temporary fix, I'd go with a loose powder, not pressed. If you do want bare minerals, or something like it, there's other brands to be found that are less expensive. I use that because I'm not enough of a make-up person to spend 60 bucks each month or two months for just the face make-up. :p For long term, getting into a habit of washing your face properly is best. Wash, astringent, and a non-oil based moisturizer.

- Q: I can curl 85lbs on a preacher table, squat 250, 75lbs skull crushers, leg press lbs, but for the life of me I can't bench 160+lbs I don't know why? I'm 26yrs old, 215lbs. I take pre-workout energy drinks, whey protein 2-3 times a day, and nitric oxide pills. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week up to 3 hours. All forms of bench pressing incline, flat, decline. - You can't put balance aside, because that's the very thing that separates the two. And your muscles definitely know the difference. The bench press is a free weight exercise, and any free weight exercise is more effective in building muscle for two reasons. One, because it incorporates stabilizer muscles to assist in the movement, meaning more muscles being worked. Two, because the human body responds better to movements it would do naturally. That last part basically means your body grows better when subjected to something heavy, rather than machines, which are merely hard. This isn't to say that you should give up the machine, and it certainly isn't for wusses. Machines force proper form, and isolate the muscle you are trying to work. Do the bench press first in your workout, and the machine press toward the end, when you're tired.

- It all depends in what shape you are in and how developed your muscles are for lifting if you just started lifting then your ahead of most since you can at least lift your own weight which many people cant

- Nothing to worry about if you are not feeling any joint pains by what you are doing. If you are feeling any kind of pains during or after the workout on your joints, then your form should be changed. Shoulder press primary targets your deltoids, or shoulders, not your back.
- Q: Is pressed powder only for setting foundation or can you wear the powder alone without any foundation? Some people say that wearing pressed powder alone will give you acne, is that true?
- This all depends on your skin type and the powder type. Powder has many uses. Setting foundation, preventing shine, covering redness, and preventing streaking. There are different types of pressed powders. Some are more organic or designed for sensitive skin, so if you worry about acne I would suggest this kind. Some pressed powders are a bit thick and give that dreaded caked look. If you have dry skin I wouldn't recommend powders at all as it can give a flaked look or some times make your skin look dull. Also, if you have a lot of things to cover powder probably wouldn't work alone that well. Remember to keep powders light on the face and always always always wash off makeup before bed. - Q: I was just wondering about vanity presses, because a friend of mine sent his work at the exact same time as my own. We have a little wager going about who will get a positive response, and who will get a negative - if indeed they do give bad news. Because i have heard that vanity press will publish anything given to them if you are the one paying. Am i correct, or do they have standards as well, because in all honesty his work ain't to great.
- This is the way I've heard it. Vanity press will publish anything. I mean anything. I've read a few books of friends who have published that way and it falls under the anything category. I'm sure you could send them rubbish and they will send you a letter back saying they have the perfect editor for you to work with for X amount of dollars. They will make suggestions, offer advice etc. Even if you don't change a word for, XX amount of dollars you can still have your work published. I say this because I have a friend and he was highly offended when they offered to edit the manuscript he submitted for additional monies. He didn't believe his work needed editiong. He considered his work perfect as it was. He sent it back to them without making a single change and they published it with spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and all in bold caps. Reading it hurt my eyes. At least the cover he choose was pretty but at $25 dollars a copy I would rather just go buy a piece of art.
- Q: There is REGULAR, KNITS and PERMANENT PRESS. What do you use ther permanent press for?
- No, neither is a gentle cycle. If it saysgentle on the tag and wasn't lingerie, I would put them on a short permanent press cycle.
