- I don't know what state you live in. but most states have changed their laws to say that the police themselves can now press charges without parent concent of the charges. Federal law say's they can press charges and have to press charges. Sorry for your friend but here's the law in utah. Sex with anyone over the year of 16 has a 10 year limit. so a 26 year old can have sex with a 16 year old and not get into trouble. Anyone over 10 years counts as Statatory Rape. Sex with anyone under 16 counts as rape of a Child, or Sexual Abuse of a child. An interesting case was 2 years ago when a female 14 year old babysitter and an 8 year old boy were both charged when they played a touching game. Now this might offend some of you, but anytime you have someone in their 20's dating a teen you have an issue. At worst case, he's abusive. At best case he's a loser.

- Well bench press is mostly tri's and shoulders and some chestso your going to want to work on these tgree muscle groups if you want to improve it so military press, flys, incline press, declime press, tricept extension, hammer tricept extension, kick backs and shrugs are some isolation exercises you can do to help it. Or just simply add bench press as part of your routine and work at it consume lots of protien and eat your fruits and vegetables and dense calorie foods. Good luck hope this helps! - picking depends on weather, morning with no dew is best i think. have supplies ready for pressing before you pick, so they don't wilt. you need: a thick book, napkins or paper towels, a flat surface and a brick or something heavy. next, lay flowers out on paper inside a page thinly and not piled on top of each other, go like ten pages and repeat, making sure paper covers both sides of flowers. they will dry in a sunny spot in about 2 weeks this way. if needed sooner, put between paper towels and waxed paper on outside, use low iron, no steam, then press in book for few days. use modge-podge glue/sealer to cover card-stock paper, press flowers down into glue, then let dry. you may need to weigh the corners down. repeat after dry to seal. your card should be beautiful. no need for a kit! you can sprinkle some glitter dust on top before 1st layer dries, or glimmer mist after dried. i have never tried to write on leaf but they get very brittle after dried, so try before? have fun!

- Bodum is a brand of French press coffee makers. No, you don't need to buy a filter for it. I think it's nice to get a bag of interesting coffee to make up the gift, perferably Fairtrade coffee and go for a strength 4 or 5 because it makes a better coffee for these sorts of presses. Bodum is good because they last, the glass is strong and when they press, the work soooo much better than the cheap ones. Check online, they aren't 'expensive' but more than ?5/$5 understandably because Bodum is a quality brand and it shows because of better design rather than something that looks like a French press but is inadequate or fragile and breaks 2 weeks later!

- should be able to bench is hard to say but I'll tell you man, starting regular resistance exercise right now is awesome at your age. It will stimulate hormone development and kickstart your body into making changes that could potentially last for many years. To be honest, I started at 13 and couldn't bench press 65 pounds. That was almost 20 years ago and I loved teh changes I made back then. Today, I'm a personal trainer and could probably bench press two of my 13 year old versions of myself without thinking twice. - no. well, you COULD press charges, but seeing as all he wanted was to apologize and he left you alone and never bothered you again you would probably lose. i mean, he's not harrassing you ANYMORE, which is big. and hell, FB messages can simpyl be deleted without even reading them, hence simply messaging over FB isn't harrassment at all. Plus if it's just revenge for the thing he did then any 2 bit lawyer would point that out and you can be countersued for harrassing HIM with a frivolous lawsuit and abusing the justice system :P.
