FAQ

Q: Do you produce valves with PN40?

A: Yes, but for PN40, we suggest materials of metal, like cast steel, stainless steel…etc. We could also produce ductile iron valves with PN40.

Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company? Which kind of valves do you supply?

A: We are a professional manufacturer of butterfly valves, check valve, non-return valves, gate valves, Y-strainer and so on.

Q: Will you do inspection before shipment? Whether Third Party Inspection is available?

A: We have a professional engineer team, so we can offer you the most professional technical support. All valves are tested twice before and after hammer pin to ensure its perfect sealing property and to make sure every valve is ok before ex-factory. TPI is ok but the clients should bear all fees.

Q: What kind of package do you use for these valves?

A: Valves from DN80-DN1400 will be packed in wooden boxes, but valves above DN1400 will be in wooden pallets. If you need wooden boxes for above DN1400, the price may be more expensive.

Q: I was just wondering if any body got there valve replaced, and if they are still having symptoms..Such as sweating, and shortness of breath.I do not know if i should see a cardologist, or the surgeon who replaced the valve.Any answers would be appreciated.Thank you.
Any side effects directly after or shortly after a major heart surgery or valve replacement would best be followed up by a visit to the cardiologist to make sure there are no other problems or problems with the new valve. This is a serious question and should be treated as so. Go see a doctor asap. That way, if nothing is wrong you have a piece of a mind instead of waiting and waiting.
Q: Hey,Recently purchased a 2006 Audi A4 2.0T Q S-Line. Loving it so far but i can barley hear the blowoff valve if at all. So i am in the market for the loudest blowoff valve. I realize its a very tiny turbo but id still like to hear it and maybe even turn some heads. If anyone can help me out i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
first off dude, it comes stock with a diverter valve. ive been doing research and so far the best thing ive found to get it loud is to upgrade the diverter valve and get a spacer (all forge) if you dont wanna spend that much then idk what to tell you. chipping your car improves boost so that would help too, also a cold air intake could improve it. all together and youll turn some heads. i have the same car just not s-line mines quartz grey :) good luck bro rick from philly
Q: I really like the sound that a blow-off valve makes when they are in audi tts. So I was wondering if I got one for my '02 225hp Audi tt if it would damage the engine in any way. I have read that diverter valves are better, but I want the sound of the blow-off valve. Also any recommendations on blow-off/diverter valves would be great.
Well, in the audi system it expects to get the extra boost back from the diverter valve so it would be against your best interest to blow off all the boost. However, they do make blow off valves that sound great but only lose 10-30% of the boost which would have little to no effect on the car and you still get that cool sound. I personally am not into blow off valves so I've never bought one but I've heard some good things about Forge blow off valves and I believe they make a 30% blow off like what you would want.
Q: Also what prevents this from occuring? I have a lab due tomorrow for my biology class this is one of the questions. the answer is no where in my book, and we haven't discussed this in class. im also having a hard time finding the answer online. i would assume it would have something to do with the elasticity of the valves, and i know that when valves are weak sometimes blood can flow back into the artium when the ventricle contracts causing a heart murmur and other problems, but i haven't came across any information that talks about the valve being pushed backwards. if you can help me out that would be awesome! thanks =]
the heart valves maintain the unidirectional flow of blood in the heart by opening and closing depending on the difference in pressure on each side. (wiki) So I would assume that the pressure of blood flow is what prevents the valve from pushing backwards. ALSO Atrioventricular valves These are small valves that prevent backflow from the ventricles into the atrium during systole. They are anchored to the wall of the ventricle by chordae tendineae, which prevent the valve from inverting. The chordae tendineae are attached to papillary muscles that cause tension to better hold the valve. Together, the papillary muscles and the chordae tendineae are known as the subvalvular apparatus. The function of the subvalvular apparatus is to keep the valves from prolapsing into the atria when they close. The subvalvular apparatus have no effect on the opening and closure of the valves, however. This is caused entirely by the pressure gradient across the valve.

Q: Electric Hot Water Tank Pressure Release Valve Leaking, Why?
did you recently increase the heat settings or change a thermostat? an increase in temperature can cause the pressure relief to go off a little...but usually only when the temperature gets up there (160-180oF) which is uncommon for electric. Unless the valves are shut off above the tank, the piping system should handle any pressure increase in an electric tank. Do you have a buffer tank on the hot water side? (usually only when you have hydronic heat) it could be saturated or pre-charged too high. If none of the above are probable, you may just have a bad pressure relief valve, I've changed one before, had to turn off the cold water and open up a cold tap to let all the pressure out of the system, bleed off the hot water until the pressure valve didn't spit out when I opened it, unscrewed the plastic downpipe from the valve(some have it, some don't) and remove/replace it with some teflon tape on the new one (20 bucks or so from the home depot)
Q: also are those air flow limiting valves safe for the air pump to reduce the flow of air, I have one because the air bubbles are just way too many without one and it scares the fish away
a check valve is to prevent back siphoning of water into the pump if you have a power outage or unplug the pump by accident. I'd suggest checking it by blowing through it the wrong way; if air does pass through get a new check valve (check new ones to be sure they don't limit airflow too much, and that the close in the wrong direction, many are cheap crap and don't work the day you buy them, so check them before you leave the store with it...note: same with thermometers, compare them with each other so you don't get the one that's crap) what you want is a normal air valve, they come in various configurations, one or more valves so as to run multiple airstones and to balance the airflow to each stone or ornament. You should not however just use the valve to limit airflow, as this damages the pump eventually. You can just let one of two valves bleed off a little air; however make sure another check valve is in the line from the tank to the valves or else you risk water coming out of that valve if it's lower than the tank water level.....You may want a smaller air pump or an adjustable one instead.
Q: In place of actual valve oil, can I use WD40? How about baby oil? Are there any household products which work?

Q: I have a Tippmann A5 and I removed the gasline from the tombstone and when i went to put it back in the valve washer is in the way. Please help
You examine your volecity with a chronograph your interior reach paintball shop would desire to have them, you additionally can purchase one on Ebay i would not propose a handheld get one you are able to set up on a tripod like a digicam. a diffusion chamber we could the liquid Co2 increase into gas to keep away from the liquid Co2 to circulate into your marker The low stress kit is designed for working Compressed air no longer co2 it enables with decreasing the the working stress of your marker so which you get greater cosistant photos use much less gas
Q: Hello. I am interested in purchasing a Hydroclean Fill Valve for my toilet. Are these good fill valves? Thanks!
who cares, a toilet fill valve only costs a few bucks. as long as it opens and closes it's a good valve. if it only lasts for a year then it's a piece of junk and you should try another brand. it's not a major decision
