- Usually the press officer would have journalism experience, yet not always. In small communities, the press officer is someone who wears different hats on the job, one of them is press officer. Best way to get into journalism is to freelance stories to weekly newspapers and build up a respectable portfolio of your writing, then try to move up to daily newspapers. Talent and brains are the requirements to get into the business, yet an abundance of talent will get you far into the profession. Better yet is to go to journalism school and work on the college newspaper.

- Q: If only one press is used, it takes the older press twice as long to print an edition as it takes the newer press. If the two presses together can print an edition in 3 hr, how long will it take each press alone to print an edition?
- Let x denote the older press's publishing rate (in editions/hr). Then the newer press's publishing rate is 2x (ed/hr). If the two presses work together for 3 hours, they produce 1 edition. 3(x + 2x) = 1 9x = 1 x = 1/9 So the older press does 1/9 of an edition per hour when working by itself, and the newer press does 2/9 of an edition in an hour. So the older press would take 9 hr to do 9/9 of an edition, and the newer press would take half that time, of 4.5 hr.

- There can be a big difference in a m2m full court press and a zone full court press. It depends on how the zone press is going to work. There are many versions of a zone press. Now as far as giving you websites... I could give you all sorts of websites, but it will not help you instruct your players unless you have an understanding on how to break a press in general. If I were you, I would be an assistant to start out with and let someone who knows the game coach the players. I have coached basketball for 15+ years and have seen alot of coaches who think they know what they are doing and wind up getting beat by 20+ points every time they put their team on the court.

- It sounds like a lot, but it really isn't. Put the end of your pinky finger a thumb's lenght away from the smooth part of the bar. Keep both feet flat on the ground and tuck them under the bench. Breath in while going down, and breath out while coming up. Keep your face looking up, not at the bar. When you go up, do not make your arms straight, because if you lock your elbows you could be injured. You want to go up until you have the slightest of bends in your arms. Chang- My high school's football tryouts are the first of June, so mid- July is not that early. Also, bench press isn't everything, but it's important. It's good for wide recievers and lineman to be good at benching, because they use the same muscles when they push the other players off the line of scrimmage. I don't think you know football.

- Shoulder press should only really target the anterior, lateral delts and core. If you do an incline shoulder press, then it will bring in the upper pecs. Clean and press is an intense compound exercise so yeah

- Windows has a really stupid program called Sticky Keys. if you pres shift 5 times it will pop up, you can disable it if you want. Some people like it but it messes up your computer.
