- Q: Hi. Every time i boot up my computer i get a message saying my CPU fan has failed, system shut down to prevent further damage.. press F2 to continue.when i press F2 it boots up just fine. i was wondering if its bad to continuously press F2 every time i boot my computer
- There's a problem. Bad power supply? Bad motherboard? Bad fan? No way to tell you without actually taking the computer apart and testing it. It'll keep working as long as the fan starts when you press F2. But it will probably start a different cycle soon - you press F2, it restarts, you get the prompt, you press F2, it restarts, etc. All that will have been damaged is the power supply, motherboard or fan - what's already bad. It just won't come back to life by pressing F2 any more. It's a LOT cheaper to troubleshoot now, while it's still sort of working. Bring it to a real repair shop (not a retail store with a squad) and ask for an estimate.
- Q: i want to press the flowers that my boyfriend gave me, can i still do that when they are dried?
- What i always do is cut off most of the stems, get a dictionary and put them in the middle and pile books on top of that dictionary. In 4 days or so, they are perfectly pressed! (:
- Q: Isn't the push press basically the same thing as the military press just with a small squat?
- A push press is done by using your knees to get the weight started and pushing it up about 1/4 to 1/2 of the way where a regular or regulation military press is done without any use or help from the knees and it's pressed solely with your arms and shoulders from a stand still position. In the push press it's more like a jerk than a press.

- No, not really the same. I guess you should be able to bench around 120 lbs, tbh. It matters if you lift or are active.. I'm guessing the average person is 120 in your weight and age.. Height kind of matters. Average out of all 15 year olds is probably 100. Doing 20 reps is dumb... If you're looking to gain strength you should be doing 5... Nothing more than 10... Some races are genetically stronger, weaker... Erm, it's not average at all to bench your own bodyweight T_T

- You can bench-press against a 'bar-bell' or a pair of 'dumb-bells'. - bench press will work your chest/shoulders/triceps. it emphasizes each muscle differently depending on your grip width. if you have a wide grip, you will mostly work your chest. if you have a close grip, then youre gonna work your triceps. if you do it at an incline, then youre gonna be doing upper chest and shoulders

- ok dont listen to these people... what you need to do is something called burnout... put 2 10's and 2 5's on each side... do ten reps the take one of the 5's off, do another 10 reps, the take the other 5 off, do 10 more reps take the ten off, do ten reps then take that last ten off and do the bar as many times as you can.... vote mine as best answer

- I use a Bodum Chambord. I have an 3- and a 12-cup model. They are measured in espresso cup sizes so the 3-cup model is actually more like 1 regular coffee. I like the glass models, but that or stainless is your choice. Although you should get stainless if anyone around it is a klutz. The French press is also very useful for making tea (I use my 3-cup for that work).
