- Q: I need to have pressed dogwood flowers for something by Wednesday morning and I know how to press normal flowers fast using a microwave and homemade press, but these flowers have little thick green things sticking out in the middle and I don't know how to crush them to where I can press the petals too. The petals are really thin. In case it's not completely in-your-face obvious, I'm a novice at pressing flowers. I've only done it once. Help please? - It is probably not too great of an idea to build a wood bench press. first, if you are lifting heavy weights then i'm not sure that wood is going to be strong enough to hold it without cracking, breaking, splintering, etc... your best bet would be to join a gym or buy a metal one.
- Q: Hello, my bench press max is 285 I don't do dumbbell bench press often but I realized that I should put it into my workout to work the stabilizing muscles so how much should I dumbbell bench press? also for my incline bench press, I do 200 for 12 reps but should I increase it by 10 pounds?
- Well, only you know how much u can handle an how strong u really are... just do a weight u can lift for 4-6 reps or 6-8 and do the dumbell press on a incline you should be good to do 75- 90 lbs im sure... on the incline so try that... see how it goes.. u can also drop down if its a bit much yes increase your incline benchpress.. its too easy for u... correction on the dumbell incline press when i say 75 - 90 lbs.. i mean 75- 90lbs dumbells in each hand.. not 75- 90 lbs total weight.. just making sure u know... lol :)

- Q: I was just wondering [roughly] how many mugs of coffee an 8-cup French press would make. I would only be needing it for myself in the morning but I fear a 3-cup might be cutting it close and even lack versatility.
- A french press is measured in espresso-sized (2oz) shots. If you have a 12-16oz mug, a 8-cup press will be perfect. I use a 12-cup press since my mug is 20oz. You can always fill it with less coffee water, so getting a bigger pot isn't bad.

This usually happens because there is not enough evidence for trial, or new evidence comes up which shows the accused is not guilty of the charge. - Q: I tighten the belt as much as I can (sorta hard to adjust) but it still jams. It's an inexpensive mastercraft 10 model. The belt looks fine to me but I don't know what to look for. It jams a lot, almost unusable with a 7/8 forstner bit. Really annoying. I would definately get a new belt if I thought that was it. I think it didn't jam as much when it was new. The other day the belt just came off while running for no apparent reason (it was plenty tight). Thanks for any help anyone can suggest. Could it be alignment?
