- Yes, if you work with small weight.
- Q: Basically I do both in my full body workout but was wondering is there any point in doing the less press if im doing squats and deadlifts.
- Both are big compound exercises that will work all of your leg and core muscles to some degree. Leg press isolates the quads a lot more, and is generally considered a secondary exercise to squats if you are doing leg work outs. I rotate between two leg routines, One starts with squats followed by leg press, the other starts with dead lifts followed by leg press. (I don't do squats and dead lifts on the same day) If you were only doing a leg work out I would say leg press would be fine for a couple of sets to get a little extra quad isolation. But since you are doing an all over routine I would suggest no leg press, simply because an all over routine is usually quite demanding and usually based on the bigger compound exercises. Depending on how often you work out you could alternate between leg press and squats, but squats is the preferable exercise.

- but I got it from Kittery Trading Post. It is $99.95 with free shipping on orders over $49.99. The challenger kit will allow you to prime off of the press with a separate tool. If you have someone helping, you they can prime while you are loading. I do not have the turret press, but it looks like it would be handy. I load .223, .243, .308, .30-06, 6.5 Grendel,.38 SP, .357 Mag, .45 ACP.
- Q: I have a rotator cuff tear and can't perform bench presses. What are other chest exercises I can do?
- Depending on which rotator cuff muscle your tore, you may be able to do flys. I wouldn’t recommend the dumbbell flys. The machine that does pec and deltoid flys will probably be your best bet. I would imagine that push ups would be out of the question. The fly machine isolates the pecs more and does not use a lot of the shoulder (deltoids) muscles. Try that exercise and see if it works for you. If you recently tore it, then you really need to rest it and seek physical therapy. I tore my supraspinatus and was out for about a month and a half - I did not do physical therapy. I have lost about 40% on my bench. It is getting better - slowly, it has been 2 years. FYI: The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) published a study on the effectiveness of the incline and decline bench presses. It basically said that those two routines are no more effective than the flat bench, military press (overhead shoulder press), and chin ups. In other words, they are a waste of time. - Amber and Melissa are both right. Application is much better with a big, fluffy brush. Swirl it around the powder 2-3 times and lightly dust it over your face, focusing on oilier areas like nose/forehead/chin first. If you look cakey you've used too much; you'll be able to tell. If you choose to use the powder puff, pat, don't rub, and wash it out dry it if it starts to look dirty. Revlon's Nearly Naked pressed powder is super fine-milled, looks great, is easy to use and it's inexpensive. Have fun enjoy!

- press fit means the outer case of the diode is not wired, it makes its electrical contact by physical contact with the frame of the device it is mounted in. thus only one wired connection is required. make sure you have a diode of the correct case polarity when doing this.
