Take really big glops of meringue out of the bowl with a spatula, and set it on your pie in 3 or four sections, and carefully redistribute the meringue until smooth. Take a tablespoon and make the peaks with the back of it, or swirl with your spatula. Meringue is very delicate, being mostly air if you press it out, you will lose the air.

- Most pressed powders won't do that. Try a powder foundation. There is one by physicians formula that is awesome. Its in an orange compact and its SPF50. Or there are lots of good mineral powder foundations if you have the money to spend.

- Leg press is a great exercise, however the squats don't only work the leg. They also work the core. Right now your plan looks fine, but consider that the squat is a more compound exercise and will work several muscles.
