- Q: I bought a hanging chair at the market, but I'm not sure how to attach it to the ceiling without it falling down when somebody sits on it. Help please!
- Before you attempt to hang this chair, you need to do the following: 1) Use a stud finder to find the floor joist 2) Once you find it, find the center of the joist 3) Take a drill and a small 1/16th drill bit and drill a pilot hole into the joist. If you see wood in the shavings, you are good. Otherwise you have not hit the joist. 4) Take a lag bolt type hood and screw it into the joist. At least 3 should be in the wood. The deeper you go, the better. 5) Hang your chair. Good luck
- Q: Everyone else's chair is causing problems because it sags and goes down over time. My chair gets taller over time, and it's driving me nuts. It seems kind of sporadic; normally it increases by about an inch a day but sometimes it just goes all the way up without warning, within just a few minutes of being out of the chair. My office chair sees about as much use as my bed, maybe even more, so I try to keep it at a good ergonomic height. Having to constantly readjust the height of my chair is annoying, to say the least. What is causing this? Can I do anything to anchor my chair at the correct height? Please don't tell me to buy a new chair. I could have figured that out myself without anyone else's help.
- My next door neighbour uses the lever and gets it back down for me. Every time I use the lever, it springs up. He tells me I am not heavy enough when I sit in it. Hahaha.

- I suggest mid-back. But if you find a good deal on high executive then buy that one.
- Q: I have an office chair someone gave me and I am trying to get a musty smell out of it, is this possible? I was going to put it outside to air it out. Any other suggestion?
- Sprinkle baking soda on it and let it set for a day then vacuum. You may have to do this a couple of times.

- most of them chairs will have a gas power push up in the base but all of that section should just unscrew from under the seat. You have to get down and dirty on the floor to see. be brave a pull back any covering.
