Q: I just got a new chair for my computer, Its the kind that spins.He's terrified of the chair!How can you make a cat stop being scared of a chair?: I'm guessing he(?) saw it spin and maybe thought of it as something predatory. What I'd do is hold your cat closely in your arms, talking in soft tones and petting him/her then walk slowly to the chair, sit down with your cat still in your arms and just hold him for awhile, then let the chair slowly turn back and forth and just keep talking to him, holding him. After awhile he/she will be more curious than scared; then soon after that he/she will be leaving hair all over your chair and you will have to move him/her to use your computer (like I do!) lol. Truly!

Q: I am under the impression that I should just leave the place without bothering to put back chairs.If you were eating with friends and found chairs then you'd pull them over and don't usually put them back - okay I understand this because you are in a group.The problem becomes noticible if you pull a chair over from a table for two (swapping sides to face the window because you want to eat facing the window) and you eat by yourself.Is it then normal to put back your chair on the opposite side after you ate? :: In nearly all cases one puts the chair back there it was. For one reason, someone might trip over it if it was left in an aisle. At a private home, replace the chair everytime.

Q: In the process of sending question's in,..... the gas level's in my office chair have dropped over the last few week's or so, and as a result will neither lift or lower..... Does anyone know how to refill the gas.....Thank's.....( replying to question's on a low chair is somewhat uncomfortable.): :) You can go to an office supply shop and they'll sell chair gas cylinders. I've not had to ever do this but if you take them your chair and buy the gas from them they'll be able to refill it for you. They can also just give you the instructions on how to do it and you can give it a go if you don't feel like lugging your chair in there.

Q: I am practicing Zen Meditation but cannot use the lotus or seiza position anymore because of legs issues. I was told to use a chair. Should I purchase a zafu to keep my back straight by putting this one on my back? Or should I just stand straight on the chair naturally?: I'm sorry to hear about the leg problems... I have sciatica, so I also cannot sit in lotus position any more. But it's really no problem as far as the ability to meditate goes. Really, any position which is relatively comfortable but not conductive to falling asleep will be fine... especially if you are already skillful at meditating.

Q: these are supposed to be used in a restaurant if that helpschair: Number choices 2 and 4 should not be used because hygienically they are not easy to clean because of the texture. If choice number 3 was a decent width and heavier legs to accomidate all body types/sizes then I would go with that one just because personally I like the look of it and it would probably be comfortable. Repairs would not be easy...would have to be reupholstered. Number choice 1 is smooth (great for cleaning), seems to have a wide enough seat to accomidate most, looks sturdy enough and probably would stack for extra storage convenience. This one could be repaired easily/less expensive. This chair looks great (style), but does not have the comfort of number choice 3. Your choices will depend on the type of restaurant it is being placed in. None of these might be appropriate. They are varied quite a bit for choices.
