Specific property for usage of 110KV~220KV XLPE high-voltage cable

  1. Cable’s conductor highest working temperature is allowed up to 90, and overload when meet an emergency is 130 ,When short circuit (in 5 seconds) the highest temperature is 250

  2. When installing or laying cable, the ambient temperature should be less than -20, and have to give a preheat to cable.

  3. The minimum bending diameter:

                Cable type

Bending diameter

Metal sheathed

After laying

30D0

During laying

40D0

Note: In form, D0 is a real test value to cable’s outer diameter.

 4.  Allowed biggest axial traction force to outer diameter when laying cable (not consider the radial lateral-pressure at bent section) T=K×core NO. ×section (kg), in formula, the coefficient K value should be: the copper core get 7, the aluminum core get 4.

5.   Allowed biggest lateral-press P, when cable is being bent

The single core cable is required P500kg/m.

P=T/R (T is indicated axial traction force; R is indicated radius of bent-wheel), Knowing from above formula, as the traction force is made up by length and weight of cable. So it lets P to applying requirement as above. Then the diameter of bent-wheel should be widened.

6.  Cable laying is not being restricted by drop.

Q: I need power cables for my sony laptop
go okorder
Q: I'm gonna be running a 2,700watts RMS system on a Power Acoustik 4,500watt Class D Monoblock amp at 1-ohm. I have a 2005 Impala LS do I'm going to need a secondary battery. What size should it be? Also what size power wire and ground wire should I use? I'm going to be using 8gauge speaker wire. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
You can try the dealer for the exact cables for your vehicle, if they are not obsolete and are still available, no modifications required. But if shopping for aftermarket cables, longer may be better. You can always tie the extra cable up out of the way. If you start with a cable that is too short, you can't make it any longer. You want to make sure that the cables are not touching any hot engine parts, or crossing any sensitive wiring harnesses where electromagnetic fields could screw with electronic components. It may be better to let the local repair shop replace them for you.
Q: when i bought my motherboard it came with two 4-pin to sata power cables but i see that the power supplies have a sata power cable on it how do i connect these i have no idea how to do this
at the same time as you're which skill are you able as nicely off of the IDE demanding tension and get get right of entry to to the Sata tension, the respond is definite. in undemanding words connect the SATA demanding tension, and make effective the BIOS settings are set as nicely from the IDE tension.
Q: Why is my 2 Gage power cable from the battery to my amp is to hot and makes a big spark and burns the wire when you meet one end to the other end?
Too hot means the current is very high. Probably in excess of 200 amps. I suspect there is a short in the amp, specially if you tried to connect it hot and drew a spark. That will kill a lot of electronics. .
Q: I was walking through the bush recently and I noticed that there were cable towers separated by a valley. How would they get the cable between the towers when there is a cliff on either side?
I doubt they use a rope to pull that cable. Even if they upsize the rope each time, it sounds as a waste of time to me. They have hellicopters that transport tanks now. I doubt that they can't carry the weight of a cable accross a valley. The kite story is cute, but I would say its great child reading material before bedtime....... lol:)
Q: I have a Canon Pixma MP190. Recently moved house and lost chord/cable so left with just printer and USB cable. Please help... I've looked on Canon's website and OKorder. Thank you!
Hi okorder /
Q: The power cable to my mom's laptop keeps making a buzzing sound that I've never heard it make. I've asked my dad, but he said it was normal. I was relieved until the cable made that noise after I unplugged it. What can it be? It is the power cable itself not the laptop.
The buzzing noise is not that of a Laptop its rather that of the Power adapter of the Laptop so there is nothing to worry about it you laptop is as good as it can be. But i would suggest not to use that adapter for a longer time because it may cause trouble in voltage fluctuations .
Q: cable laid in the GI trays and temperature is 30 digree centigrade
There is no definite safe formulas for your cables because it depends on many factors like what conductor . what insulation, how many cores ,what is your load , where is your load and ambient temperature and so on. The best guidance will be from the particular manufacturer who would provide the tables under various conditions as above.
Q: Which is the best way to prevent damage to the laptop / ac power jack when someone trips on the cable ?Dont ask me to buy a Mac since I already have one. This is for my new PC notebook.
Purchase a warranty that covers accidental damage. If you don't want to do that, arrange your cables where they can't be tripped on easily.
Q: So my computer monitor keeps flickering on and off and I'm pretty sure the cable just needs to be replaced. My concerns or questions are,-Are all power cables compatible, or do I need a specific one for my model?-If not compatible, how do I tell what type of monitor I have or what it's model is?Deeply appreciated,Lauren
Hi Lauren, Dell monitors use the same power cable as the system tower does. They are interchangeable. You may try swapping the power cables of the monitor and the tower to be sure that the cable is faulty. Hope this helps. Regards, GauravS
