Brief introduction of the 110~220KV XLPE high-voltage cable products

1. The cross-linkage PE insulated and wrinkled aluminum wrapper waterproof PVC sheathed power cable.

Specific property for usage of 110KV~220KV XLPE high-voltage cable

Cable’s conductor highest working temperature is allowed up to 90℃, and overload when meet an emergency is 130℃ ,When short circuit (in ≤5 seconds) the highest temperature is 250℃
When installing or laying cable, the ambient temperature should be less than -20℃, and have to give a preheat to cable.

Note: In form, D₀ is a real test value to cable’s outer diameter.

4. Allowed biggest axial traction force to outer diameter when laying cable (not consider the radial lateral-pressure at bent section) T=K×core NO. ×section (kg), in formula, the coefficient K value should be: the copper core get 7, the aluminum core get 4.

5. Allowed biggest lateral-press P, when cable is being bent

The single core cable is required P≤500kg/m.

P=T/R (T is indicated axial traction force; R is indicated radius of bent-wheel), Knowing from above formula, as the traction force is made up by length and weight of cable. So it lets P to applying requirement as above. Then the diameter of bent-wheel should be widened.

6. Cable laying is not being restricted by drop.

Q: I want to put a poe switch into the patch panel and power a few runs throughout the office. Can the end users use the drop as a standard way to plug into a computer or add a switch if they need to split the internet? What if they want to add their own POE switch at the end of the drop?I can't beleive I haven't seen this question asked already! Anywhere on the intternet!thanks for answering: Yes, you can attach PoE or non PoE devices to the switchports. No worries. If a device is not configured for PoE, than it won't use it.

Q: I had bought a new stereo for my Dodge Neon, had installed it, and everything worked great for a couple days. Later my stereo was no longer getting power, I took it out to try to find out the problem. The power cable from the battery to the stereo is no longer intact. The little metal pin in the middle(no, I don't know exactly what it's called) broke off! I have no idea how, or even where it is, all I know is that it's gone and I don't know what to do! Is this a replaceable car part? If so, where do I find a new part, or where would I take my car to get the best help and possible answers? Would it be better to take it to a mechanic or to a stereo installation shop?: the cables are not a life and run away from the dash , that never happends, and if the cable is there its not broken the power comes from the ignition switch not the battery , so you have a bad fuse or bad ignition switch most likely it is only a fuse, did you know there are 2 boxes ? check both

Q: ill exlplain more the battery is connected to one end of the fuse then i want to run 2 power cables out of the other end to both of the amps will tis work or will i just loose power the fuse is 60A if that helps. 60A is massive why a fuse that big is needed i dont no: You will need to run a wire to each amp using a fused distrobution block as mentioned. A 60 amp fuse isn't really that big for car audio. Some amps can pull 80 amperes. This fuse is really only there to protect the power wire from being shorted.

Q: Need advice from tech guys. Can I use laptop charger (20v 3.5A) as adapter with IDE/SATA to USB cable to power 3.5HDD in place of (12v 0.8 A) cheap adapter which just got faulty.: Essentially you could, but why would you when ypu can buy one for cheap? The whole idea f a laptop is so its portable (just my two cents)

Q: i have an amp with an 80a fuse i figure i shoud use a power cable with a 100a inline fuse what guagee should i use? also can i get two 8 guage wires with 50a inline fuses both to the ampthanks guys: I also use an 2 channel amplifier with an 80amp fuse on board (I'm running two of them actually). If you are only running the one amplifier, 4 gauge cable is a safe option. If you're going to be running more amps, go 0 gauge. The only time you'd look at running multiple power cables from the battery is if your audio application demands it (like SPL cars, that run anything in excess of 4 amplifiers with MEGA continuous running power and also running multiple batteries at that, too). I don't think you're going that far, so the single run would be sufficient. From your 4 gauge cable, run a distribution block with however many points of 4 gauge cable running to your other amps. Q: How, i guess versatile are they. I have a Dell M1730. Basically i went on a plane and left the power cable in the suitcase, took the laptop as carry on and they lost my luggage. Is this something i HAVE to buy from dell, or can i run to circuit city and get something. The brick for this laptop is HUGE.....my dad's laptop cable fits in fine, but i'm afraid to plug it into an outlet.Thanx: i okorder ... so best you call up dell service / support and ask them use your xps premium services to full effect

Q: I just purchased and mounted my 52lcd and I cut holes to run the HDMI cables behind the wall. As I was snaking the power cable, I realized this might not be the best way. Is there anything I need to do (I only have basic 'contracting' skills) to keep my install fire code safe?: The hole should be sealed for a fire stop.That little hole should not amount to anything.If you seal the hole and have a problem with the tv set you are really going to have problems removing the set for service.

Q: so my old psu fryed itself, and i just ordered a new one, i have another psu that i can use but its only 350 watts, it has no gpu connector, can i still use my computer without the power for the gpu, i have no onboard video and i have a radeon hd 6850 256 bit gddr5. and my cpu is a amd phenom 2 x6 (six core) 1045tthankyou: Please note HD 6850 is a high end gfx card and requires 6 pin power connector. if you want to fry you mobo - then use gfx card without 6 pin power!!!? while running the gfx card will try to take power fm mobo and that time to give support to gfx card your mobo will fry for sure. thanks

Q: Can I connect a single HDD and a DVD drive to the same SATA cable or will that draw too much power? I have 3 sata cables and a modular 850W PSU so I could use another cable if I needed to.: Hi, No you can only have one hard drive or cd drive per sata data cable. Q: when i remove the cable it becomes lighter again. what can i do to fix this problem. the os is winXP: Usually it's the other way around. When it's on Battery power the screen should be dimmer to save on battery usage. I'm not sure about Asus but my Acer has power settings for when you are on Battery power or plugged in. Poke around to see if there are settings similar on your computer. It might be under display in the control panel.
