Q: The new carpet smells great. How do you clean it?
Gently move the broom back and forth until all the baking soda goes into the carpet fiber. Stay a few hours, possibly the best overnight.
Q: How to turn over the carpet when people stand on it
If you are skilled, just need 20 seconds, with your feet to hook up the carpet. There is a good way to stand in the corner, so it will be very convenient, but to coordinate it, the moment of jumping, pull out it. no problem, then we put the other foot on over half carpet again, finally use feet to pave smoothly.
Q: I am trying to find some used carpet for sale or for free to put in my garage any suggestions on where I coulda buy some or find some for free I live in the high desert in California
Any hotels or motels in the area? They change carpet regularly. Some restaurants have rugged flat pile carpets that are regularly changed. Can't hurt to ask.
Q: I just bought two six week old puppies today; one for me and one for my boyfriend. we both love them to death but the thing is, I have a rug in my living room everytime we put them on the floor, they poop or pee on it. I guess the reason why is because its brown have pieces that come up as if its grass. the poop is real hard to clean out of it. I asked my mom to take it out the living room but I dont think she will. When we catch them doing it, we hurry up pick them up take them outside but by time we take em out, they're done. Its confusing because we think they want to get off the couch play but instead they poop pee then get right back on the couch fall asleep. my mom doesn't know that they've done it yet. What can I do to stop them from pooing peeing on this carpet?
First okorder /. They need their litter and dam to help with the bite inhibition. Third.. young pups shouldn't be given a huge space. Keep them more confined on a floor surface that will be easy to clean if they do have accidents. You are seeing that even at 6 weeks they are knowing when they want to go which is good and helps the training, but they are far too young to hold it long enough to get somewhere really. You will get accidents so put them where it doesn't matter. Google crate training puppies.. Fourth.. please do not put them on a couch / sofa. Just put the puppy fell of the sofa or similar in the Search Y! Answers box and see how many deaths or serious injuries are caused by this. Be very careful.
Q: I am planning on getting a Carpet Python in a couple of months and wanted to know a few things about them as I am still learning about them and I like to really know about a snake before purchasing.1. Do Carpets like climbing when adults?2. Do carpets like to be held after their nippy stage?(After Maturing a bit)3. If I started him off in a big tank would it be ok? or would i have to use a smaller tank then progress?Any other cool things you guys know about Carpets I would love to hear about also! Thanks in advance! :)
Carpet Pythons are semi arboreal, so they will appreciate some things to climb on when they are young and old. But as they get older they will need some pretty sturdy branches. Depending on what locality you get, it may get anywhere from 6'-12'. Carpet Pythons actually mellow out a lot when they mature a bit. They are fine with being handled, and it'll make it easier on you. You could start off in a big tank, but you have to make sure that the snake feels secure. Lots of hides, branches, etc. Plus you need to make sure there's enough heat for the whole cage. I would start off in a smaller tank if you can, but you don't have to. And one other tip about Carpet Pythons, unlike most snakes, which are usually fed prey the size of the fattest part of the snakes body, they actually can eat prey that are bigger than that, and prefer it.
Q: I spilled some dark nail polish on a beige carpet. The polish has hardened making it almost impossible to come out. I've tried nail polish remover, carpet cleaner, bleach and even bathroom cleaners and I don't know what else to try or maybe a different brand?
Bleach okorder
Q: we bought several new throw-rugs to protect carpets at door-ways. They were folded in half on a pile in the store. It has been impossible to remove that crease, which as the traffic goes on it bunches up in the middle even worse. Any ideas on how to get out these creases where the fold was? Have washed, weighted down, turned over, hung up.....can't seem to prevail! Need advise on how to get rid of these creases. Will never buy a folded rug again.
I have no idea if this will work or if it was part of what you have already done. But what if you washed it or at least got it very wet, then hung it on a clothes line (maybe you can rig something up in the shower) with weights on it? Your line would need to be pretty taut but it might be worth a try. I never thought about creases in rugs but I have several in the garage that are now bent so it's something I will likely need to figure out at some point ... or toss the rugs when I move.
Q: how to deal with the open side of the woven carpet?
The resilience of the blanket directly affects the comfort of the carpet, the bottom lining is not easy to leak out, the better the flexibility. The greater the density, to see whether the bottom liner comes out. Generally you can fold the carpet back to back in the selection of carpet
Q: I am looking at getting some new carpeting for my home, how much does carpet usually cost? I am guessing they figure it out by square foot and which type of carpet that you want...but just a round about answer, how much is carpet per square foot?
Depends totally on the quality. Plus, you have to pay for padding, the price of which also depends on quality and the installation. Start shopping
Q: How can I remove wax from may carpet?
Use boiling water to the melt the wax , it'll float over the water and you can suck it it up with a wet dry vaclum cleaner. you must do qiuck before it get in to the carpet again with the water. Off course, you have to remove the large portion of it by breaking it with your hand or a scraper. Be carefull not to caut the carpet. Good Luck!
