- Q: I got suspended once for asking about spam answers (didn‘t know what spam was). It was many accounts in Singles and Dating saying she‘s hot and see more pics of her on (a link was posted). - The length of travel of the pistons within the caliper is limited to X amount.When you exceed X amount,there is no pressure due to over travel of the piston.Put in new pads and it will return to it's normal pressure because you have returned the pistons back to within their working range.Don't play around with bad brakes on the front-just a tad risky don't ya think?

- There is multi-link suspension and it can be controlled by either a coil spring and a shock absorber or by a coil over strut type shock assembly (Macpherson Strut). The advantage of the multi-link is the geometry of the wheel assembly it controls. There is also a stadard type suspension that entails upper and lower control arms with coil and shock absorber to control the ride rate. and a straight axle suspension, usually used on larger vehicles and gives an undesirable ride in the comfort dept There is also IRS (independent rear suspension) and it uses struts mainly.

- Take a look at the new Toyota FJ Cruiser. It is modeled after the old school Land Cruisers. Great off-road capabilities and it looks cool too. - I have a 99 Expy myself, and have often wondered about the longevity of the air suspension system. I do know that not all Expys have the air suspension, it's usually found on the Eddie B's. Based on the fact that they are the same vehicle with the exception of bells and whistles, I see no reason why springs wouldn't be a viable replacement for the air shocks. However, it might be wise to look into what part of the suspension system failed. It may be a leak in one of the air lines, compressor failure, or something else that maybe the same in price range to repair without having to do a conversion. The main component is air, and if it leaks out, it fails much like an air mattress. Repair the leak and he should be back in business.

- Q: I‘ve had my prelude for about 4 months now. I bought it used with 161,000 miles on it and now it has almost 164,000 on it. - Q: I was told I could buy 265/50/20 for my murano instead of the standard 235/55/20 is this true? I need a good all season tire. Any suggestions ??
- I have two family members that own Edges, and both are extremely happy with their purchases. I'd buy the Edge because it was rated as more reliable than the Murano by every major reliability and quality report. You can also get a better deal on the Edge. I think Ford is offering a pretty good financing rate on it at the moment as well. Plus I'm not too fond of the murano's front end, I think the Edge looks better.
