- Q: When you break really hard i noticed that the car lunges forward giving the car extra forward momentum even though the wheels have stopped. So my idea is a computer system that stiffens the front suspension only or even hydraulics to push the front end up to counter-act the weight being put forward on the car when the break really hard.What do you think of my idea it was just a random thought though so it might sound stupid if im wrong.

- Why on earth would you want a pure air suspension? It can be done and is being done today without conventional springs. Cadillacs have pure air suspensions, older Lincoln Mark 8's have them front and rear too without conventional springs. But with air suspensions you have to get actuators, air compressor, control modules, and air lines. Not to mention most cars made today dont have room for any extras under the hood. Waste of time if you ask me. If you are getting airbags to help carry the load of a work truck or something then go ahead and do it, but dont mess with it just because it sounds cool. It's more trouble than its worth. You're buddys wont help you pay the thousands of dollars its gonna cost you to install and repair this system over the years, you will. Stick to springs. - Nope. I narrowly avoided it once though. Me and a friend were smoking cigarettes behind an abandoned building across the street from the school before class. Apparently someone snitched us out, because the power tripping security guard came over to check it out. She ran towards the school when we saw him come around the corner, and I ran the other way. He chased her, since she was dumb enough to run towards the school. I just ran through a field, up to the street and walked back down to school like nothing happened. She got a weeks suspension, and I got a nasty glare from that security guard the rest if the year since he knew I was the girl who got away but couldn't prove it. We laugh about that to this day, many years after we graduated.

- You will have to go to a shop that handles air bags as a course of business. I have found that Les Schwab ires can do this kind of work, so can Big O and a few of the other tire shops. The draw back is that it is not going to be cheap. The only other recommendation I can give you is to try a customizing shop.

- Heidi No, its not a good buy. If he has back problems try a gel pad. He'll still feel your seat without painful pressure points and extended stress.Air pads take the saddle up too much, and it wobbles: causing more problems. Its the vogue this week, and next week it will be gone and good riddance. A sheet of white cloth like a baby sheet or changing table sheet is a good size to place under saddle, ride and remove. Then look and see where your seat and your saddle might be hurting him.Keep and wash a few of these little sheets, in case you borrow a saddle and do not want to swap infectious things. I like the gel pro sport split pad,,which cushions shock without that saddle boost.
