- Q: Been renting rooms for years, and now I'm finally ready to get my own little place. I'm trying to save space and money basically. I'd like for there to be a comfortable place for people to sit when they visit. I'd prefer not to have a mattress and frame as that would require a lot of space and its not very versatile and cant be moved much. I also dont want something really uncomfortable. I've slept on air beds and floors for years, but I'm not trying to go that route.I only have a bedroom, kitchen, and small bathroom. My bedroom would have to double as a living room basically. Whats the best option for me? Pros, Cons?I'd like to keep it simple and spend no more than $500 on all my furniture. Thanks
- For starters, you might consider taking your time and setting the stage a little longer. Stop focusing all the attention on penetration and performance, and even if you reach the goal line or not. Consider a few other things, like manual or oral stimulation. And if you want to introduce a toy, put it in his hands to use on you. That way, he's still got the job of pleasing you. Take the pressure off the man to perform, and you might have more luck.

- Q: Just bought a second hand couch and loveseat...im pretty pissed now because I get it home and because I do not have a dog, now I can smell it. I tried everything...EVERYTHING...I heard vinegar works. Its a microfiber set, will it even soak in? Has this method worked for stubborn smells such as this for anyone? I dont have the money for a cleaner or steamer to come, or another couch..im upset about all this...please help. I tried natural enzymes, odo ban, pet urine eliminator, bottles and bottles of stuff. Vinagar is my last hope. Please tell me if this has worked for you, or im just at a complete loss :(
- NOTHING is going to work, unless you completely recover the sofa, getting RID of the cover and the stuffing that is probably holding the urine odor. You made a really bad mistake. OWN IT. Buying second-hand upholstered furniture, is never a good idea. You've got: skin cells, dander, dust mites, semen, urine etc. etc. Utter FILTH.

- This is a really difficult task to accomplish even if you had some previous upholstery experience. The advice that anyone can give you without seeing your furniture might not be 100% accurate because different skills or techniques are required for different detailing. Piping and trim might or might not be required, your sofa might or might not have a skirt, roll arms are treated slightly differently than square arms or your model might even have wood arms, if the seat is one large cushion you have a different task ahead than if there are 2 or three smaller seat cushions... If you are determined to try this on your own, which I wouldn't recommend, go to your local library or bookstore and find some good books on reupholstering -- you can bookmark all the pages that are relevant to your situation, and keep it in front of you for visual reference while working. Having sofas reupholstered is quite expensive and not always worth it, to be honest. The fabric and other items required to reupholster a sofa often exceed $400 (not including labour). Repairing springs or sofa feet increases the cost even if you're doing it yourself. It doesn't make sense to spend $400 or more to reupholster an older sofa that you can replace with a new one of similar quality for $700. Good luck!

- What colour is your flooring curtains? no matter if it is laminate flooring then cream is going with something yet for my area I timber opt for red cushions, for sure once you've a colored carpet then opt for cushions an identical or similar colour to the carpet.

- You can either remove the hanger bolt from the leg using a pair of Vise Grip Locking Pliers and buy a smaller one, or using a pair of needle nose pliers pull the Tee Nut out of the bottom of the sofa and buy a larger one and put in it's place. If you are going to replace the Hanger Bolt on the leg, you will need to plug the hole the existing bolt came out of as it will be too big. Use a small piece cut from a wooden dowel to do so. You could also use chair leg brackets. They are square metal plates that you screw onto the bottom of furniture then screw your legs into them. They work pretty good and are very easy to install using screws. After screwing the legs into them, they are pretty stable too. Those might be more logical for you to do if you don't want to replace the Hanger Bolts and Tee Nuts and pretty easy too. Chair Leg Mounting Brackets, Sold usually in the lumber section of the hardware stores.
