Q1:I can’t find the type of steel check valve which I need. what can I do?

The chart above only lists out some common composition of steel check valve parts. We may provide other different parts material composition according to the customer's request or the actual valve working condition.

Q2:Which certification do your products pass?

  Our products are in accordance with ISO 9001ISO 14001API 6AAPI 6DTS CEAPI607/6FA/BS6755.

Q: I know what a valve is, but I would like to know what an actuator does?
Actuator is acting part of the device, it control the valve open or close, how to open or close, when to open and close and the acting time.
Q: This is in continuation to a question I posted earlier today.....In trying to remove the shut-off valve (that is for a dishwasher hookup) from the main hot water line under the kitchen sink, it just turns and turns and turns in the same spot w/out showing any threading. How to I get this removed so that I can either replace it or put a stopper on it so it will quit leaking?
if the valve handle just turns and turns and never stops the stem is broken off on the inside. Behind the handle of the valve there is a nut about 1 in size, loosen this nut, when it gets loose turn the valve handle in the on direction and the valve handle should spin out. remove the broken pieces from the inside of the valve and replace it with the guts from a new valve. When you tighten the nut back in place make sure the valve is in the open position. Then close the valve. Turn the water back on and open the new valve, if water drips from around the handle of the new valve, tighten the nut a little more.
Q: My 91 GMC Van has an Idle Control Valve that is unplugged, but the van still runs great. Will the valve being unplugged, result in harm to my vehicle?
Won't hurt a thing.
Q: I have a 3-circuit sprinkler system in my yard (built by me, last year). I discovered this week that I overtightened the connection between the valves and the downstream pipes, and 2 of the three valves are cracked, and leaking, at the connection. I replaced all 3 valves, and now I need to reconnect them to the supply. But this means I'm working backward - when I bult the system last year, I worked downstream - I built the manifold first, connected the valves, then the remainder of each branch. Now, I have to make the new manifold fit the valves, and naturally, they don't line up perfectly. Any tips/tricks on connecting valves in this situation? Is there such a thing as flexible pipe that can withstand continuous pressure? I'm using unions at both ends of each valve to help things go together/come apart more easily.
valve manifolds are something that requires practice and experience. i used to struggle with them at work until i did a good bit of them. 3 zones is not that many valves so it shouldnt be too difficult. if they wont line up exactly right, i would recommend adding longer peices of pipe to the mainline side of the vavles and re routing the supply line futher back and you will have more room to flex the pipe and vavles into the Tees and 90s. do not use any form of flexible pipe on any mainline. you will regret it. lol the bigger the hole you dig will give you the most room and the more pipe, and room will give you more flexability to build the manifold. it is easier to connect the valves the way you did it first though, but you can do it either way. good luck and hope this helps
Q: my EGR valve has gone on my Vauxhall Vectra 2.0 DI LS, 1998, 5 DOOR HATCHBACK, so i am getting a new one next week, what i want to know is, is it an easy job to replace them if so how do i do it? or is it better just to let a garage do the job?
The EGR on this model is indeed vacuum operated. The diaphragm rarely fails to be fair but that particular engine suffers with vacuum leaks. This is something that needs checking first. Also, before buying one, try sucking on the little vacuum connection going into the unit first. You should feel resistance as the plunger is sucked up against spring pressure. If no resistance is met, the diaphragm is gone and it needs replacing. If you can feel the plunger lifting, there is nothing wrong with it. You can remove it to make it easier. Push the plunger in by hand and put your finger over the vacuum connection; the plunger should stay where it is until you take your finger off. (It's hidden under the plastic cover on the top of the engine (3 Torx bolts) and is easy to access.) The EGR valve unfortunately comes with the inlet manifold (expensive) which would mean removing injector pipes etc. if you fit it all. It is, however, very easy to replace if you just remove the 2 bolts holding it into the inlet manifold. They are female Torx but an 8mm 6 point socket will work too. Any other questions on this job, just ask or email.
Q: Or is our money stinky? is the $59 we paid not equivalent to that paid by xbox360 ps3? Please help!! I am sick of getting killed every 5 minutes. Is VAC false advertising?
Well first off Activision fired infinity ward so chances are slim to none (they hired Bungie, guys who created halo).. valve doesnt have a thing to do with the game and generally Activision are lazy asses so id count the chances around 1 in 100
Q: i have seen the wrting M/T on some valve covers and was wondering what that meant
Yep those are the old Mickey Thompson valve covers. He was a great drag racer and tire maker. M/T slicks are one of the most used tires in drag racing today. He was murdered (shot IIRC) around 30 years ago by a hired gunman that his biz partern hired to gun Mickey down
Q: I think I have a bad valve steam seals because when I start the car white-grayish smoke comes out of the back of the car. When let sit for 2 or more hours start car and smoke comes out everytime. Will a valve adjusment fix the problem? Thanks
I agree with MC. If you have a leaking valve seal, it'll just be a matter of time before the other ones start leaking, if it's a high mileage engine. You might as well pull the head(s) and have all seals replaced. The kit you but has all the seals in it, not just one. You can check the valves also while the heads are off.
Q: Ford Capri 2.8 injection. I need to adjust the valves, so need to know how to tell if the valves are tipping and at what exact time I need to adjust them.
valve tapping what is valve tipping search yahoo answers for valve tapping i saw a resolved question about how to fix this problem
Q: I have a 03 civic ex with 96k how important is it that I do a valve adjustment. The engine runs smooth.
Honda valves don't NEED adjustment unless you have serious problems.. If you give it the correct gas...keep the oil changed and don't beat on the engine, it won't need LOTS of work...
