Design Features of full welded forged steel ball valve

The body of ball valve is full welded, selects high quality forged material, and adopts the advanced forged forming technology to form two semi-spheres which are welded into a whole in the middle of the body. This welding technology differentiates the ball valve form others, and makes the valve more spherically,so the valve structure is more compacter, lighter and stronger.Besides, the middle direct welding realize highly accurate valve body manufacturing, makes fully and completely sealing between the seat and ball. The full welding instead of bolts completely avoids the outside leakage,so ball valve is the ideal product for under-ground,offshore working platform and under-sea equipments.

Adopting fixed plates or trunnion to support the ball

The top and bottom of the ball is supported by upper and lower fixed plates or stem and trunnion, and the ball is accurately placed in the center of the ball valve to achieve complete seals and precise movements. When plate adopted, the force exerted by the medium to the ball is distributed via the plate to the left and right bodies,so that the stem does not bear the blending moment from the medium, but only the torque from the ball rotation during the opening/closing of the valve. The low-friction PTFE Teflon composite bearings installed between the ball axis and fixed plate and between the stem and the trunnion can absorb ball moving action caused by the pressure of the medium. This structure brings stable actions and easy operations for the ball valves, and the required operation torque can be reduced,so smaller actuators can be used, and the cost is cut down.

ball valve seat is floating structure, means the seat can move along the medium direction,so that the seat can fit against the ball all the time.
Double piston effect structure seat of full welded forged steel ball valve
Seat design is special double pistons effect structure,it can ensure the seal wherever the medium flows into the ball valve.

Seat multistage seal strucute of full welded forged steel ball valve
As following graphic instruction,on seat bearing ring, set two soft sealing rings(A and B)and metal sealing spherical surface which can seal with the ball.Seat ring A is spring loaded, which seals the surface with the ball tightly to the surface to form an initial seat; When there is pressure generated from medium, the piston force is generated to make seal ring A elastically deformed and seal ring B fit the surface of the ball surface due to the piston effect caused by area difference, thus the second seal forms. When the medium pressure is rising. It will generate huge pressure to seal ring A and seal ring B,so the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, then metal seal ball surface compact with ball surface to form the third level of metal to metal seal.

Secondary seat seal device of full welded forged steel ball valve
As the above graphic instruction, the secondary seal device(seat grease injection valve)can be chosen according to the actual working condition, medium requirement, seal requirement, etc.Seat ring grease injection valve is a one-way valve, installed on the body, which can prevent the leakage and inject grease under the outside force. When secondary seal is required, there is a grease injecting channel and hole on the seat ring. The grease can form a seal between the seat and the ball, and then stop the leakage.

FAQ of full welded forged steel ball valve:

Q1:I can’t find the type of steel check valve which I need. what can I do?

The chart above only lists out some common composition of steel check valve parts. We may provide other different parts material composition according to the customer's request or the actual valve working condition.

Q2:Which certification do your products pass?

  Our products are in accordance with ISO 9001ISO 14001API 6AAPI 6DTS CEAPI607/6FA/BS6755.

Q3:How can I place an order?

The only one thing you should do is to tell us the sepecification about type quantity and  mode of transportation, then we will send you quotation within 24 hours.

Q: Can sum1 tell me how i can tell if my valves are in the right place?I notice there are holes in the valves, please explain how those holes are suppose to face to for each of the 3 valves?
Put the correct valve in the valve case. (There is usually a notch that guides the placement, but it is not always accurate enough.) Blow gently into the trumpet, (you don't need to play, just blow as you do to clear the spit valves). If you feel a resistance, rotate the valve until the resistance is gone. When there is no resistance with the valve up, depress the valve and blow again. There should be no resistance there either. Repeat with each valve.
Q: Movers messed up the valve so hose won't screw in w/o leaking
Buy a new valve at an appliance parts outlet. Make sure it's the right one. Many times they will come with instructions. Unplug the unit. Shut off the water and remove the hoses. Remove the back panel to access the valve. Remove the old broke valve and replace it with the new one. Replace the panel. Attach the hoses and turn on the water. Check for leaks. Plug in the unit and give it a test. Try all the temperature settings. Congratulations. You are now a professional..
Q: ok im buying an aftermarket blow off valve for my car. the car itself is taken apart completely and i have no idea wht vacuum lines go where. i know tht the top nipple of the bov has to be connected to the throttle body but it has 5 lines. does it matter what line is connected to it?
Don't do it. First of all, if you knew enough about turbo charging or supercharging, blow off valves, bypass values, hooters, etc., then you would have known we need to know the size of engine, model of turbo, piping diameter, etc. The actual control lines are not that complex. By using your tongue you can tell what each line is ported to, and then you just need to know if you blow off valve is operated by vacuum or lack of vacuum. They make both types. And your throttle body will have ports on both sides of the plate. And yes, it does very much matter. Turbo charging is not for the novice to fool around with.
Q: Grade seven, my teacher's a pain. She didn't even explain the 'sets', we just know what valves are in general. So.. which set of valves closes when the ventricles contract? Relax? Thank you so much!***10 POINTS***
Atrioventricular valves close when it relaxes and the lunar valves close when it contracts
Q: I have 1998 Husqvarna WR250 2-stroke and the torque valve isnt connected and i am wondering if its worth it4 me to track down the part that ismissing to get it working. does the torque valve increase power much? please help cos im wondering whether i should sell bike and get motocross bike instead.
it's called the power valve. and yes you need to get it hooked up. come on dude use your brain.
Q: I'm drawing a complete diagram of the heart, but I'm unsure of the positions of the different valves. I know there are the pulmoary valve, the aortic valve, tricuspid/right AV, bicuspid/left AV, semilunar valves, mitral...but I know there are several names for some of them, like I think the mitral and the bicuspid are the same...but there are so many sources online I don't know which to believe. If anyone knows for absolute sure the right names and where they are it would be very appreciated if you could help :)
well right= Tricuspid valve left=Mitral valve good luck
Q: Is there a difference between the atrioventricular valves in the right side versus the left side of the heart? Is there a different between the pulmonary valves?
Atrioventricular valves separate the atria and ventricles. Mitral valve has 2 flaps which separates the left atria and the left ventricle, whereas tricuspid valve has 3 flaps which separates the right atria and the right ventricle. I think there's only 1 pulmonary valve, which is located between the right ventricle and the pulmonary artery. Pulmonary valve and aortic valve, which lies between the left ventricle and the aorta, are two semilunar valves.
Q: my check engine light tells me that i need an egr valve, if i install one will that cut the light off????
Possibly, unless it's a Ford. A lot of the time on a Ford, it's the DPFE sensor that sets an egr code. Or do you mean ther is no egr valve on the car? Some GM and Chrysler engines were built with and without egr valves, (2.2 GM, 3.3 Chrysler). If someone replace the engine, you will need to get the parts required for installing an egr valve. In the case of the 2.2, it means a different cylinder head and exhaust manifold, the Chrysler 3.3, a different intake and rear exhaust manifold.
Q: When I went to cardiologist he said i had normal EKG, excellent blood work high HDl 58, low triglycerides only 51, and LDL was like 71, ejection fraction of 65% he said I was fine but he said I had mild mitral valve prolapse. DO I have to worry abt the mitral valve prolapse? Im healthy and can I live a normal long life any opinions?I dont smoke, dont do drugs, no family history of Heart problems just some cholesterol but mine is low so Im good
If it is MILD mitral valve prolapse then no you don't need to worry. Most likely what your doctor meant is that you have a mild heart murmur which is not dangerous(that is only a guess since i don't know exactally what your doctor said and am not physic). If there had been dangerous or to worry about you doctor would have told you and explained the issue. Why didn't you ask him about it when he told you? Here is some information about this topic ?Mitral valve prolapse (mitral valve prolapse) is the most common heart valve abnormality. ?Most patients with mitral valve prolapse have no symptoms and require no treatment. ?Mitral valve prolapse can be associated with fatigue and/or palpitations. ?Mitral valve prolapse can often be detected by a doctor during examination of the heart. mitral valve prolapse can be confirmed with an echocardiogram. ?Patients with mitral valve prolapse are usually given antibiotics prior to any procedure which might introduce bacteria into the bloodstream, including dental work and minor surgery If you are concerned then go and talk to your doctor about it more. Your doctor is a professional and should be the one to explain it to you. I am not a doctor, nurse or cardioligist all my information comes from Personal Experience and Research.
Q: how to replace a valve cover gasket on a 98 pontiac sunfire 2.2. engine?
First off, you remove the PCV hose and unscrew the plastic nut that retains the PCV valve. Next you remove the air intake tube from the throttle body and the air intake housing. Now locate the bracket on the side of the throttle body that contains the throttle cable. Remove the 2 bolts from this bracket and remove the cables from the throttle body. You should now be able to remove the valve cover from any obstructions. If you are not cleaning the valve cover, there is no need to remove the PCV valve. If you are cleaning it with soap and water, take the PCV out. The gasket is one piece and rubber, but you may find it a pain to keep the gasket in the groove on the valve cover, so you might try some yellow weatherstrip sealer to help hold the gasket in place. Let it dry for a little while before reinstalling the valve cover, so the gasket doesn't 'roll' out of the groove on the corners, or it will leak heavily. Good luck.
