General valve using the market long-term, widespread Water Leakage, rust phenomenon, soft sealing gate valve produced by the introduction of foreign advanced technology of the enterprise. To overcome the poor sealing gate valve, general elastic fatigue, rust and other defects. Soft sealing gate valve is a traditional valve replacement products, the compensation effect of using flexible gate produce small deformation, achieve good sealing effect, the valve has a light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life and other significant advantages, can be widely used in water, sewage, construction, food, medicine, metallurgy, electric power, textile, energy systems, fluid pipeline regulation and closure devices as.

The characteristics of:

- flat style seat

The traditional control valve often pass after washing due to foreign objects such as stone, wood, cement, paper, and other debris deposited on the valve at the end of the groove. Close but not close easily lead to the formation of Water Leakage phenomenon, the lower part of the soft sealing gate valve with water using the same flat design, easy to siltation caused by debris, the fluid unimpeded.

And the overall package glue

The valve plate is made of high-quality rubber overall, the outsourcing of plastic, making the domestic first-class rubber vulcanization vulcanization after the valve plate to ensure accurate geometry, and the rubber and ductile iron gate is connected firmly, not easy to fall off and good elastic memory.

And corrosion resistance

The valve body adopts epoxy coating powder, can prevent the corrosion and rust, and can be used for sewage systems.

And not easy to break

Traditional cast iron garden gate often hit foreign objects, collision or overlap caused by the fracture phenomenon. Because the valve to switch to ductile iron, this is the case already significantly reduced.

Three "O" ring seal

As the valve stem with three "0" ring ring seal design, can reduce friction when the switch is greatly reduced, Water Leakage phenomenon and can cut off the water supply construction not replace sealing ring.

And help to drink

Due to the internal body to non-toxic epoxy resin coating, gate of the inner and outer surfaces are completely coated with rubber and can not rust or corrosion of water available to drink.

- Casting valve

Valve body casting, precise geometry makes the body without any internal finishing to ensure that the valve seal.

And light weight

The valve is made of ductile cast, lighter in weight than conventional gate weight about 20%-30%. Convenient installation and repair.

Q: So just yesterday i bought a second-hand ytr 2320e. After i bought it, i washed it and tryed playing it, but when i press the first valve, there is this small metal scraping metal sound kinda like if you scratch a metal bowl with a fork. I think it has something to do with the spring but im not sure.also, i was wondering if the trumpet valves are supposed to be very easy to press, or if they take a tiny bit of push.
I don't think anyone knows, because there's multiple Bibles. And people interpret it their own way, and re-print it with different scriptures. As far as I'm concerned, there is no such thing as a REAL bible anymore. And any beliefs we have today about it are all false. According to one bible, you will be sent to hell on both counts. According to a modern version, you will be excused for doing your wife, and in another bible, you'll be stonned for asking this question (Knowledge is a sin) Interesting that we are the only intelligent life on earth, supposedly made in God's image, and yet the bible says to stay away from the tree of knowledge. Sorry, I don't buy into that bullcrap.
Q: Where is the Auxiliary Air Valve on my 98 Civic?I have a 98 Honda Civic ex and need to change the Auxiliary Air Valve
l was told by a mechanic that I had a bad auxiliary valve and I would cost $1200.00 I can t find information on such a thing. Douglas
Q: heater control valve is leaking
Honda guy has the terrific answer, yet I also have a pair issues to characteristic. whether that is like my daughter's 1993 Accord, that is extra handy to do from under the vehicle than above it. if so the converter warmth safeguard is close by and it badly decrease my wrist whilst i attempted to get the valve hose off the heater center - placed a rag on that depraved concern. Be very mushy whilst wrestling the hose off the heater center pipe that sticks interior the process the firewall - the pipe is skinny brass and easily deformed. that is terrific to diminish the hose lengthwise and peel it off, and wait and notice. you will opt to interchange that little bit of hose besides. EDIT - one extra concern. After refilling the coolant, discover the nipple (in all probability on the thermostat housing) for bleeding the trapped air out of the cooling device. Open it a million/2 a turn and close it whilst a mushy flow of coolant comes out. correct up the radiator - keep in mind, constantly use ideal coolant diluted in accordance to instructions with purified water, under no circumstances faucet water. existence is sturdy.
Q: Hey,Recently purchased a 2006 Audi A4 2.0T Q S-Line. Loving it so far but i can barley hear the blowoff valve if at all. So i am in the market for the loudest blowoff valve. I realize its a very tiny turbo but id still like to hear it and maybe even turn some heads. If anyone can help me out i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
The reason for this is because the car has a stock diverter valve in the car. I would not even think about putting a blow off valve inside of this type of car. This is because the car will be running to rich off of the blow off valve. This can cause a malfunction in the computer system in your car. This also will cause a check engine light which will not be able to come off unless you take out the blow off valve and replace it with a diverter valve. A diverter valve takes the air in from the turbo then recycles the air back into the turbo to give it more power. The blow off valve gets the air from the turbo and pushes it out which is why you will get the swoosh noise. There is a type of valve that will allow you to pick what you want whether you want a swoosh noise or to keep the air. You can choose the percentage and I would put in 60% divert and 40% blow off if you really want the swoosh noise.
Q: I want to make a ram pump but i don't have any waste valve. So I decided to make it but i don't know howCould you help me?If you can send me pictures, video and something like that (Pleasssssssssse)
I already answered this for you, but here we go again: Why do you need to make a waste valve when you can just buy one, if you need to make a waste valve, you need tools from machine shops in order to do so. BTW, it's not allowed to repeat the same question more than three times because believe me, people will think you're annoying and will assume you have a case of OCD. In addition to that, they will likely report your questions for violation to the community guidelines. Refer to the links below for the answers and rules
Q: i recently had a new condensing boiler and water cylinder replaced the existing radiators all have thermostatic valves fitted to them and worked fine until the boiler was replaced now all of my radiators when turned on, get as hot as the radiator without the valve on, i put each valve on number 2 which should be slightly warm, instead they are very very hot to the point you cant hold your hand on them for long one of the bedroom radiators can be heard bubbling like a kettle, i find it hard to believe all the valves could suddenly develop a fault could there be another reason for this ie fault with the fitting of pipework i am really concerned as we have young children in the house any thoughts on this much would be much appreciated
I think you might be confusing a thermostatic mixing valve with a thermostatic on/off valve. The thermostatic valves on radiators are on/off valves. They don't control the temperature of the water, they just shut the radiators on or off when the room temperature goes below or above a certain point. The radiators with thermostatic valves *should* get as hot as the radiators without (at least until the room heats up). I'm guessing your new boiler is set to heat the water to a higher temperature than the old boiler.
Q: i believe it's to do something to the valve guide to make it the right clearance n not go straight to the valve seat right? or is valve seat next?
Once the valve guide is installed, it has to be reamed to fit the valve stem. After it has been reamed to fit the valve stem, the new valve needs to be seated in. (The valve seat should have already been done by this point) This can be done with a machine tool, or it can be ground in by hand with valve grinding compound. Once this is accomplished, the valve is removed, everything is cleaned thoroughly, and the valve is reinstalled with the spring and keeper. Normally you would do all the operations to all the valves at the same time. (That is, you don't grind in one valve, then go back and ream another valve stem. You do all the operations required at one time. So you would install all the valve guides, then ream them all, then grind or face the valve seats, then check the valve contact area, then remove all the valves, clean the head and valves up, and then reasemble into a completed head unit.)
Q: Specify eight technical requirements that you would consider important, when deciding upon a particular control valve?
1] I assume that by control valve you mean a variable orifice valve, not an on/off valve. 2] An answerer to your other question listed Metallurgy, temperature, pressure and shutoff requirement To which I note that if you need a tight shutoff you should not trust a control valve to do that, but should add an on/off valve in series. Also, metallurgy covers corrosion requirements but not obviously so 3] To which I add: flow rate [or Cv] and pressure drop fail open or fail closed response time signal input [3-15 psi, 4-20 mA, 1-5V, etc] connections [ie, fitting type] packed vs sealed might need to look at hard seat materials and/or replaceable seats, to control erosion reliability, ease of maintenance, availability of spares, timing on that vendor permanence [ie, are they entering bankruptcy ?] Cost
Q: the ac replacement valve seems to be leaking i was wondering what is the average cost of having it replaced..
The valve itself is only a couple dollars. Some shops have a tool that will let them replace a valve without dumping the charge but since its likely low you will likely also have to pay the regular AC service fee which is usually $50-100 plus parts and refrigerant.
Q: i got a filler neck for my dodge dakota and was wondering how to put it on. can anyone send me a link or help me. and also what does my EGR valve look like and i cant seem to find a new one not even at the dealer. i was told to clean it how do i do this. can someone send me a link or pic what it look like. thanks
The VECI decal map under your hodd will show you EXACTLY where your EGR valve is. You may need a magnifying glass. The valve can be removed and cleaned with Gum-out or foaming cleaner (amsoil). When you are done, re-install the valve. While you are getting ambitious, clean your throttle body and plate, and the IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE. A dirty IAC is the most prominant reason for the EGR valve to clog up. Running Gum-out through your intake system will clean out your O2 sensors, as well. Good luck!!
