Can anybody help me to find out what size (meant weight in lb) I have to start with? And as a begginer how many repetations per day I have to start with?
- To find the right weight of dumbells is kind of like guess and check. If you can bust out 10+ reps without any difficulty, then you'd have to bring the weight up. If you can do no more than 5 reps you are using too much weight. Find the right weight for you to do 7-8 reps with difficulty with 2-3 sets. Since your a beginner I'd suggest for you to do 7-8 reps, but as you get more advanced try to go to failure.

- u can develop a strong chest with out bench press....dips and push up will develop your pecs, but strentgh i have seen men bench 425 and can't do 15 push ups....i have seen guy do 50 push ups and can't bench 135.....you need the total package...

- Seal the pressed wood first. use a good quality oil based primer. make sure you read the label for how long to let the primer cure. Then use a good quality top coat. glossy is the hardest finish, then seni-gloss and down the line. Do not use flat or eggshell. There is not enough enamel in them to handle a good cleaning without the paint wearing off

- Pressed are easier to work with and less messy, however they cost more to make because they use more energy to be moulded into that form. Imagine if a powder eyeshadow opens in your handbag = NIGHTMARE! lol

- You did not mention if it is a translucent loose pressed powder, or a pressed powder. Now, translucent powder is definitely not a foundation. It is used to set your liquid or creme foundation to help it look more natural. The pressed powder can be used separate (if you have great skin) or it is used on top of foundation to add a little more coverage. If you want a powder foundation that will cover your blemishes without having to use a separate foundation under it. Try a mineral foundation. Though, you will need to apply more to get the desired coverage.
