1.Features Of Cage-guided Control Valve

Cage-guided Control Valve has a compact valve body, an S-shape flow passage that features low pressure loss and a stabilizer that regulates turbulent flow around the cage , allows a large flow capacity, rangeability and high accuracy flow characteristics, complies with the IEC534-2-1976 standards. High dynamic stability, low noise and little cavitation corrosion. The leakage complies with the ANSI B16.104 standards. The actuator integrated with simplest mechanisms utilizes a compact yet powerful diaphragm actuator loaded with multiple springs or cylinder actuator.

Q: I have a 1997 Toyota Corolla. My check engine light has been on. I tried to get my car smogged and it failed. I then got an oil/air filter change and just yesterday I replaced the EGR valve which was the result given after 2 diagnostic tests. The mechanic gave me my car and the check engine light was off, I've only driven about 5miles and the light is back on. I have to pass smog asap to register my vehicle. I plan on calling the mechanic back and telling him the light is on, but could it just be a sensor?
it could be a sensor ! the EGR code probably showed up because a sensor was interfering with the valve !
Q: What are the names of the main arteries and valves?????????REALLY NEED ANSWERS TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!
Main arteries: Aorta (oxygenated blood from heart to body), Pulmonary Artery (DEoxygenated blood from heart to lungs). Main Valves: Tricuspid valve (separated right atrium and ventricle to ensure correct flow of blood), Bicuspid Valve( separates left atrium and ventricle), Aortic Valve( ensures blood flow from left ventricle into aorta). hey sorry only saw ur question today:P hope it helps!
Q: what does mild sclerosis of aortic valve means? Why does it happens and what is its curethanks
It means you have some plaque build up in ur aorta. causes are bad diet or gentics. change of diet can help
Q: I am working on my riding mower Briggs and Stratton 15.5 OHV. After replacing my headgasket my intake valve did not move when I turned shaft by hand. I took it back apart and believe I have my pushrods positioned correctly but cannot seem to get the rockkers back over the valves and rods. Maybe its because I am a girl and just need to man up but I thought it should be easier. Anyone got any tips?
you'll need to get the clearance between the rocker arm and the valve, usually it's in the range of .060 - .080. then remove the nut from your rocker arm, install the rocker arm onto the pushrod, and valve spring (reminder, engine should be at top dead center) then reinstall the nut,and set your valve clearance.
Q: Does a faulty pcv valve (Positive Crankcase Ventilation valve) cause excessive exhaust smoke ?
Yes. This would definitely cause excess smoke, probably white in color. If the pcv valve is bad, it's probably leaking water into your oil, and oil into your cylinders, thus your engine is burning oil. This is an extremely cheap and easy fix. Make sure that when you change the pcv valve, you change the pvc valve grommet as well (the little black seal around the valve). Also, be extremely careful not to crack any plastic from the pcv valve or the grommet, because pieces of the plastic could fall into your intake manifold, and then you have to remove the intake manifold cover and that can become a pain in the a**.
Q: My house has hot water baseboard heat. In the basement, there is a wood burning stove (now it is like a radiator) that has the pipe system going through it Between the pipe in and the pipe out is a valve. Does it have to be opened or closed all the way? There is no other way to control the heat in the basement I was thinking of opening the valve half way, but I do not want to destroy the valve.
There are basically 2 types of valves, gate valves and globe valves. Gate valves are designed to either be opened all the way or closed all the way. Globe valves are designed to be able to throttle flow proportionately. They can control flow from 0% too 100% or anywhere in between. Setting your valve to the halfway position will not harm it, regardless of what type it is. Experiment with it a bit to find the setting that works best for you. Be aware that if you reduce the flow of water through the heat exchanger portion of your wood stove, the heat will have less water to be absorbed into. That could result in the water overheating and turning to steam. That will cause pressure to build in the line or pipe. Too much pressure will burst the pipe and could be hazardous.
Q: Hi, I have Orbit valve for a section of my yard. The pressure is really low when I turn it on with my remote. When I turn it on manually at the valve, the water pressure is much higher.
Its possible the valve stem is corroded with stuff not letting it actuate properly open. Turn water off and unscrew the valve then actuate it electrically while watching for a full stroke. Make sure flow control is all the way open when inspecting valves stroke. Remember where you had it set when done or readjust. Also check the solenoid for corrosion and clean linkages. I would clean and coat with petroleum jelly. My guess is valve seat is gummed up so lube the stem and work it manually till it slides open and closed easy then test with the solenoid. Good luck!
Q: I need a ball valve that when you shut it off it sends a signal to a light that indicates that it is off.

Q: ex: 4 stroke 16 valve engine
? r u going to include the number of cylinders?
Q: My friend is having 3 valves in her heart replaced with pig valves. Her dr said that putting in human valves raises the risk of her body rejecting them but wouldnt your body also reject a part form different species? And if they only last a few years why use them at all? shes all freaked out about the surgery so I dont want to ask her too many questions
Hello again. The valve I have implanted in me is porcine. Pig valves are sometimes used for a few reasons. First of all, they are much easier to get a hold of. Waiting for a human valve can take a long time. Secondly, there is less risk of rejection. These two reasons make a porcine valve better than having a human valve. You can also have metal valves, but when you have one or more of these you must take crazy medications for your entire life. With porcine valves, no extra medications are needed. So, porcine valves are really the best option. Like I said in a previous answer to one of your questions, I had my surgery when I was 16. I'm 22 now and doing alright. My valve is expected to last 10-15 years, so I expect to go under the knife to have it replaced when I'm 26-31. Unfortunately I have other issues and will have to have the surgery done earlier, and they'll probably change the valve while they're in there already. As far as I know, porcine valves last just as long as human valves. Whichever you have, it's going to clog up eventually anyways.
