Angle Control Valve has a compact valve body and an S-shape flow passage that features low pressure loss, allows a large flow capacity, rangeability and high accuracy flow characteristics, complies with the IEC534-2-1976 standards. The leakage complies with the ANSI B16.104 standards. The actuator integrated with simplest mechanisms utilizes a compact yet powerful diaphragm actuator loaded with multiple springs or a cylinder.

But before I replaced the gaskets I noticed that my valve cover bolts wasn't tight. So I basically went out for nothing and get new gaskets. And I noticed that I still have an oil leak at the same valve cover gasket at the same place. Why is this? I also used cork gaskets, did I tighten them too hard? No degreasing is necessary. Are you sure you didn't hear de-carbonize the power valve? If so, remove the power valve and linkage from the cylinder. Remove hardened deposits with a wire wheel on a bench grinder. Clean the parts with parts cleaner.

Q: 12 valve: Un plug the vacuum hose on top of the valve, loosen and remove the big tube nut on the bottom of the valve, I have found if you hit it sharply with a hammer 3 or 4 times before you try to loosen it won't break the valve off, once the tube nut is undone remove the 2 bolts holding the EGR valve to the intake manifold. Remove and discard the gasket and install the new valve in the reverse order. If the tube nut still won't come loose try heating it with a torch, if it's really rusted on you might have to replace the EGR tub along with the valve.

If based on thermal expansion, they can regulate. Otherwise a fusible alloy just melts and releases all pressure in one go.

Q: hi ihave a 2001 1.4 civic (6th gen) has anyone got any info/reviews on the following mods: powerboost valve, denso/splitfire spark plugs(which one would be better) and splitfire ignition leads.: While I'm not familiar with the power boost valve specifically, it looks similar to a rising rate fuel regulator which is used more for forced induction applications like turbocharging and supercharging. If you were to install this on a relatively stock car you would risk running an extremely rich mixture that the stock ecu would be unable to compensate for which in turn could cause damage to your engine. The stock fuel regulator that currently sits in your car is more then sufficient enough to keep up with simple bolt on parts and shouldn't need replacement unless you are planning on doing true engine work or forced induction. As far as comparing different companies' spark plugs and wires it would really be a matter of splitting hairs.
