Q: How to connect the power cable pre-branch connector
Pre-branch cable detection: a In addition to routine pressure test, it is necessary to increase the insulation resistance test, with a shake table can be completed in each branch after the completion of injection The table measures the insulation in the finished product After the pressure is also used to detect the insulation of the table to prevent the water cooling process in the branch of the water caused by short-circuit, the general AC voltage test can not detect, can only increase a set of table detection process B Core conduction detection, In each branch body should be tested with the trunk of the conduction test to prevent the production process due to improper operation caused by the branch and the trunk circuit
Q: everything was working great! and then i blew the main fuse! i replaced it everything was fine after that but then out of nowhere i only have power in half of the power cable connected to the amp!! What can i do??
Not sure what power in half the power cable means. Are you saying (for example) you have a 6 foot power cable coming off the battery to the amp and only 3 feet has power and the other 3 feet doesn't? I would isolate the power wire from start to finish. I would bypass the power wire by running an external wire from the battery terminal to the amp. Basically, disconnect the old power wire from the battery (or source of power) and amp. Then run a temporary wire from the battery to the amp. If everything works then something is wrong with the original power wire.
Q: I live in the Arizona desert, on a flood plain. Most of the time things are pretty dry. But during monsoon season the area I live in experiences flooding. I am planning a shallow, square, sunken pond. The main pond will be 4.10' L x 4.11' W x 3' deep. I plan to build an 8wide wall around the pond to keep out flood water. The wall will be made of standard red bricks. I plan to make the wall 2-3 bricks high. This would make the wall itself around 5-7 inches tall. The foundation for the wall will be concrete. Do I need a waterproof concrete sealant for the foundation? I plan on installing a power cable for my submersible filter between the EPDM liner I plan to use, and the mortar for my brick wall. Should I use sand between the mortar and the cable to protect the cable from the mortar? The cable will be encased in PVC as well.Thank you.
You should use a concrete sealant, it can't hurt. Put the cable under the foundation in PVC and it will be fine.
Q: I have a desktop PC that when turned on the fans works but it won't beep or display anything on screen. But after I unplug both motherboard power connectors and plug them back in, the PC stats working normally, why is that? Oh, and I tried disconnecting only the external power cable, no luck.
Its a trick that always seems to work this is because when you disconnect the motherboard it shuts down and it cant process any data, therefore when you plug it back in and it starts working again it starts from scratch and all the data before was forgotten. As this is very helpful to people what they don't realize is that every time you do this you are not letting your motherboard finish processing the information which can lead to long term damage.
Q: I am currently travelling in Europe and my power cable crapped out. I need a website which offers next-day international shipping. I am currently in Prague and am going to Krakow next; so if you know of a store in either city which would save me the shipping costs, that works, too.

Q: I would like to buy a replacement. What AC/DC adaptor should I buy? Should I buy the exact same model (FSP150-AAA)? I assume any AC/DC adaptor that has the same spec is ok but I am not sure what is the key for the spec. Any advice would be appreciated.
There appear to be various manufacturers of FSP150-AAA power supplies. You must have a substantial laptop or whatever that is powering. Most laptops have 65 to 90 watt PSU, my gaming laptop is 120 watt, and FSP150-AAA is 150 watt. Or is that an all-in-one PC where the computer is built into a screen? The one you link to is one of the ones I found in a web search.
Q: I have a ZXi8008 and there's a cable that goes out to the head unit to turn on the amplifier, which is different than the power cable. But in this car, i have not installed a new head unit. Where do I hook up this cable otherwise? It needs a constant power supply to be on.
i would hook it up to the power cable from ur stero that whay the amp will only come on when the radio comes on. that way u wont drain ur battery, thats if ur talking about the remote cable
Q: I just plugged a 300V power cable into power supply that accepts 115-240V then turned on the power supply. The power supply was not connected to the motherboard. I don't have another cable so I can't really check if its still working nor do I want to try again with the 300V cord if it can potentially cause damage.
Where did you get a 300V power source? Why would you plug a 115-240V power supply into it? Didn't you need some sort of adapter to plug a pc power cord into 300 volts? Or was it just an ordinary power cord with 300V stamped on it? If that was the case, that would be the maximum safe voltage for the cord.
Q: So, yesterday I went to a bargain store and I found a Memorex MiniMove Boombox for iPod for 15$ because it didn't come with a DC cable. It has a battery function but it will only charge my iPod if its plugged in. I've been browsing OKorder for a DC IN 6v power cord like it calls for, but I was just wondering if there's anything else I need to be aware of before I consider buying one. Everything else works great, but I really need a charger as well as the stereo because my mom broke my last one and now it work play anything relating to my iPod when its plugged in but that was the only alarm clock I had. Thanks!
Hard to say for sure. Your best bet is to go to the Memorex site and see if you can download the user manual that will have the full specs for the power cord. Then you can match everything.
Q: I CAN'T AFFORD A NEW POWER SUPPLY CABLE/ADAPTER AT THE MOMENT.CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE.
No, thats only used for transferring files to and from the camcorder.
