Products Introduction:
Parallel Volume Bundle Aerial Insulated Cable (Parallel Volume Bundle wire) is a product popularized and applied in the fifteenth scientific planning of the rural grid construction by the national electric power company. The scientific staff in our company borrowed the experience of applying the wiring harness from abroad, on the basis of which they successfully developed this product by improving and designing its technique and structure, filling the blankness of this product.
The reactance in low-voltage power-supplying circuit is composed of impedance, capacitive reactance, and inductance. Parallel Volume Bundle wire supplies power through three-phase and 4-wire, so as to minimize the imbalance of three-phase load and to reduce the neutral wire current, thereby reducing the resistance consumption. As a result of using the compact symmetrical split structure, the wire inductance lowers, and the dielectric constant between the lines is increased, electricity capacity increases and the reactance is significantly reduced so as to achieve the purpose of expanding the capacity and reducing the loss eventually.
As the wires are bundled as a volume, the tensile strength has been greatly increased than a single one, thus reducing the possibility of single-phase getting broken. When suffering tensile force such as wind pressure and frost, the insulation between parallels is not under pressure, thus enhancing the operational safety factor and distinctly improving the effects of preventing against thunder, electricity stealing and leakage. The fissility of the volume makes it easy for the interconnection between branches and convenient for transfiguration and combination. Marked by the zero wire, it is clear to identify the sequence of phase, thus mistakes can be prevented. The connection of the parallel volume bundle wire uses fewer poles, horizontal bars and porcelain materials, saving a lot of metals. As insulation can reduce the height of the poles and can not be influenced by such complex environments as trees and compounding, the wire can be laid along the walls, thoroughly without poles, thus lowering the project cost. In addition, compared with single wire, it makes the construction more convenient and is more labor-saving and time-saving, thereby reducing the construction expenses. Compared with the pattern of ordinary aerial naked wire, the parallel volume bundle wire is advantageous in that its operational cost is low and it has obvious long-term interests.
Characteristics of the products:
Relatively low circuit loss, with 5% - 10% loss.
Making constructions convenient, time-saving and labor-saving and fixing expenses lower.
Having great tensile strength when combined and highly safe to prevent filching and leakage of electricity.

- Q: I bought a Zmodo CCTV system. The system came with 60' of cable,so I purchased some 165' cables.I would like to have more, but I can't find anything longer than 165' anywhere. Is that the longest size that they manke?Thank you

- Q: I just bought a new power supply and it doesn't have the cables for my CD drives, how do I know when I buy a PSU if it will have all the cables I need? How do I know if its compatible with my motherb?
- Do your research.
- Q: 3 (WDZBN-YJV-4x240 + 1x120) cable how to interpret
- 3 halogen-free low-burn A-class flame-retardant cross-linked insulated PVC sheathed 4 main core per core 24 square millimeters, 1 ground 120 square millimeters cable.
- Q: is it possible to split the live wire feeding my car stereo into 3 feeds so one is my stereo , two is my satnav power cable and the 3rd is my reversing sensor display. will this overload the wires? any advice how i can do this would be most helpful. thanks
- I'm assuming you mean the wire providing the 12-volt power to your radio? And you want to connect other unit's it? It all depends on how much current is drawn by the additional units. Do they have fuses? What sizes are they? Backup cameras usually draw very little current and have really thin wires. Shouldn't be a problem. What type of navigation device? Does it use a DVD-ROM or is it just on a chip, like a portable Tom Tom, Garvin, etc.? If neither of the units' fuses exceed 5 amps, I'd say you're safe (in most cars) running it from the radio's power wire. However, you didn't state the type of car. Late-model GM cars or Audi/Volkswagen have low-current radio wires that use computers. They are known as data bus or can bus systems. I'd avoid connecting to these.
- Q: I bought a new amp and sub to replace my old ones. I disconnected the battery, unplugged the old amp and plugged the new one in and when I reconnected my battery the power cable began to smoke at all the exposed ends and got very hot. What causes this? Is it because the new amp requires more current than the old one and that is causing it to get very hot? And what is the solution to my problem? Thanks
- What it sounds like is you accidentally connected the wires to the wrong terminals. If current were an issue u would most likely blow a fuse. But dont rule it out, u could just need a thicker gauge power 12v line. And also remember to ALWAYS GROUND the amp. either way, if it is an amp desined for car use, youre batt would never be too much power. If it is a high watt amp, you should look into buying a capaciter. Itll help regulate voltage usage and extend the life of your batt and alternator.
- Q: I'm trying to find out whether a laptop computer can be powered by an adapter via USB cable. Is it possible? Feasible? Available? Thanks!
- Good question, however I don't think there is a way at this time. I am a Computer Engineer and coming from an electrical point of view it would be very difficult for the USB cable to send enough power to the battery to be able to charge it significantly. You have to understand that the laptop battery is very large and has to be significantly more powerful than a battery like say the iPod that can be charged via USB. Power consumption and load means the world to batteries. A load like a laptop would use on a USB cable would fry the cable in my opinion. Take care, Chad
- Q: are the power cable for the super nintendo and nintendo 64 the same?
- No the power cable is not the same. The video cable is the same though. It's the same for SNES, N64 and the Gamecube
- Q: I need help asap before I lose my patience with my dog.
- Try Radio Shack or if it has a 3 prong socket any computer power cable will work.
- Q: what is the difference in applications between single and multicore power cables?
- Multi-core power cables are useful any time you're carrying a circuit in and out of an appliance at the same location. Usually that's just 2 plus an optional ground. For electronic devices with specialized power requirements, there may be several power lines in the cable carrying different voltages. Single-core power cables are especially useful in high amperage appliances, such as welding equipment, and in DC automotive wiring in which the chassis serves as the ground. Thick cables for high amperage are hard enough to manage and wire without being bundled into a multi-core monster. It also makes sense to use single core cables with a ground chassis so that you only have to run one wire, and just complete the circuit to ground at the point of use. Single-core power cables can also be useful in serial or parallel wired appliances, or power supplies, such as a string of lights, or an array of batteries.
- Q: Like I lost my power cable, so can I get one somewhere?
- most amps use the same cable, so it shouldn't be a problem, through your amp in a car, (to double check) and check the local music stores, electronics shops, or Radio shacks
