Products Introduction:
Parallel Volume Bundle Aerial Insulated Cable (Parallel Volume Bundle wire) is a product popularized and applied in the fifteenth scientific planning of the rural grid construction by the national electric power company. The scientific staff in our company borrowed the experience of applying the wiring harness from abroad, on the basis of which they successfully developed this product by improving and designing its technique and structure, filling the blankness of this product.
The reactance in low-voltage power-supplying circuit is composed of impedance, capacitive reactance, and inductance. Parallel Volume Bundle wire supplies power through three-phase and 4-wire, so as to minimize the imbalance of three-phase load and to reduce the neutral wire current, thereby reducing the resistance consumption. As a result of using the compact symmetrical split structure, the wire inductance lowers, and the dielectric constant between the lines is increased, electricity capacity increases and the reactance is significantly reduced so as to achieve the purpose of expanding the capacity and reducing the loss eventually.
As the wires are bundled as a volume, the tensile strength has been greatly increased than a single one, thus reducing the possibility of single-phase getting broken. When suffering tensile force such as wind pressure and frost, the insulation between parallels is not under pressure, thus enhancing the operational safety factor and distinctly improving the effects of preventing against thunder, electricity stealing and leakage. The fissility of the volume makes it easy for the interconnection between branches and convenient for transfiguration and combination. Marked by the zero wire, it is clear to identify the sequence of phase, thus mistakes can be prevented. The connection of the parallel volume bundle wire uses fewer poles, horizontal bars and porcelain materials, saving a lot of metals. As insulation can reduce the height of the poles and can not be influenced by such complex environments as trees and compounding, the wire can be laid along the walls, thoroughly without poles, thus lowering the project cost. In addition, compared with single wire, it makes the construction more convenient and is more labor-saving and time-saving, thereby reducing the construction expenses. Compared with the pattern of ordinary aerial naked wire, the parallel volume bundle wire is advantageous in that its operational cost is low and it has obvious long-term interests.
Characteristics of the products:
Relatively low circuit loss, with 5% - 10% loss.
Making constructions convenient, time-saving and labor-saving and fixing expenses lower.
Having great tensile strength when combined and highly safe to prevent filching and leakage of electricity.
Lowering the cost of project and reducing the need of poles, horizontal bars and porcelain materials and also reducing the height of poles.

- Q: Does it need the PCI-e power cable on the PSU
- Well the older models don't, but the newer models do. Theres either 6-pin, 8-pin, one 8-pin one 6-pin etc.
- Q: Hey guys, I noticed that with heavy use of the power cord to my laptop, a part of the rubber surrounding the cord is open near the insertion part and you can see the wires. I'm just curious how dangerous it is. I don't have another power cord for my laptop, so do any of you have a recommendation for what I can do?
- if you can see the copper on the inside then yes it is very dangerous, but if you don't want to buy a new cable all you should need is some black electrical tape and wrap it around the exposed area and it should be fine.
- Q: This type of cable with the armor without expert advice, thank you. More
- Eight or six no less, the first good fire retardant pipe on the line, the box can be opened after the slot
- Q: Its on power and one is in a pc monitor and one is lying on the ground. Will the electricity go through the cable that is not connected and lying on the ground? is this safe to touch with hands or shoes?
- The voltages and amperages going through the Monitor Cables are too low to be of any concern. If you actually stuck your tongue into a live one you'll get a jolt that may be painful...but it's not going to kill you. Touching it with your fingers won't do anything. However it might not be a bad idea to cover it with a little electrician's tape (don't go crazy) to keep it from picking up anything that could jam or bend the pins.
- Q: I live in Chicago, and I want to know if somebody can help me. The next house on mine have electrical power cable, telefon and cable from my back yard and pas my propriety aprox 60 tf, the last two stay on my garage, its legal ?Know haw i can do to move the cable? some codes or regulation, samething? Thanks, Best regards.
- If you suspect someone is in violation of the electrical code for the city of chicago call the City offices and ask for the electrical inspector ..ask them to take a look..Better safe than sorry...From the E..
- Q: power cables of 630 mm buried (cable trench) what could be the reason for fire?
- A very high power surgeon could cause it. Very high current transfer of a short circuit could cause burning of the cable. Power cables have materials which have very high resistance (rubber materials mostly) but could burn in a not very high temperature.
- Q: summary of why 'power cables' are bad evidence. what happens to people whose whole life has been living close to power lines?
- Well, before 1977 the United States had massed produced electrical powerlines which used PCB's, or PolyChlorinated Biphenols. They were chains of of chlorine, used as insulators in powerlines. They get into the air and the people are sick around them at a certain period of exposure. They give people really bad acne and it gets into water underground and many other ways of infection are possible (even eating food around a powerline outside. However, many of the powerlines you see now are younger than 1977, but if you see any powerlines that you suspect are extremely old or at least 30 years old, and you believe it has PCB's and are worried it is infecting the area of environment... You should call FEMA or some sort of environmental pickup specialists or something. How do I know all this? Selected research, I believe my area may have a large amount of ground PCB levels.
- Q: we have one control cable 120 VAC contains 7 conductors and another power cable of 480 VAC each contains 7conductors. can be installed in one conduit
- Physically yes, but it is definitely not good practice. Normal practice is to segregate power and control cables. Local regulations may also prevent installing systems of 2 different voltage levels in the same conduit
- Q: (for example : 1sqmm, 4sqmm, 35 sqmm) i need a formula to calculate current by knowing the area of the cable?
- The area of a cable is the CMA (circular mil area). The attached link shows calculations for conductors like house wiring. Ampacity varies not only by CMA but material and temperature.
- Q: Most systems are about 1 thousand watts, the red power cable is really thick but then the speaker wire is really thin about 12 gauge, shouldn't the speaker wire be as thick as the power cable?
- This is because a lot more power is running through the power cable, to power the speakers.
