- The press should be non-bias. The press presents all sides so you, the reader, can make a decision based on what you think is best.
- Q: i'm 5ft8 and weights 185 and i am 17 male. when i was about 170~175 pound last time i remember doing 4~5 reps of 185 pound bench press. i regulary benched 6~8 reps of 135 pound. is it bad?and i haven't go to the gym for long time because i really don't have time to go there right now. how much weight do i need to bench at my weight? and i saw some skinny guy can bench more than me.. how can guy who is smaller than be can bench more?

- Q: Hi!I have started a strength training routine in the mornings. Unfortunately it is hard to find anyone I know to come with and spot me that early in the morning. So what is a good replacement exercise for the bench press to work the chest in case I have no one to spot me. I guess preferably something using a machine that I won't need that spotter for.I know that pushups with the hands out wide work the chest, but I have no idea if they are effective enough to replace the bench press. So anything that might work about as well as a bench press would be great!Thanks!
- The bench press is the most effective chest exercise there is. I strongly recommend you stick to it. I do it without a spot. When you do the reps, on the rep where your upward momentum slows then this is the rep on which you stop. In my expereince for example, if I do five reps at roughly the same pace for each then on the way up on the sixth I slow down then I won't attempt a seventh.

- The key is to check if the press releases of that site is in Google News (there are free ones that have been banned by Google for posting fake press releases). If it is in Google News (search the name of the site) at least you know that your release will get out somehow as some don't have any distribution at all
- Q: Also, is loose powder or pressed powder better for covering up discoloration?
- I think loose powder is better because I read or heard that the pressed kind is compressed together with an oil. So why put oil back your face when you're trying to control shine. Also I think a pressed powder holds bacteria. Yuck!

- I think the catholic church would be different. The church and religion and traditions play away too big role in their relationship with God. Regular church goers' Bible knowledge is very minimal in the Catholic church..

- Freedom of the press is a myth. As an individual, you can write whatever you like, provided it is your opinion. If you claim something as fact, you may need to qualify your statement. Newspapers can and do protect confidential sources. Ajournalist doesn't have to be professional to be considered a journalist, so I see no problem with that person's writing being protected regardless of where it is published. Freedom of the press is a myth in the sense that press organisations censor their writers/content. If freedom of the press were a reality, newspapers and other written media would be presenting many different viewpoints, rather than rehashing the same point made by many different writers.
- Q: Does anyone own the cookie press from pampered chef? How do you like it? Are there any issues you have with it?
- are you talking about the little plastic one that stores the multiple cutters in side and you can attach 2-3 at the same time? yes i have that one and the little tiny pieces i threw out becuase they were a nuesance
- Q: i know that there is a way to erase all memory on my computer with pressing a few buttons while the computer starts up, like the F4 button or something like that, does anybody know which buttons
- Never heard of a button that does that, go to your computer site, and get it's manual, it comes free in a pdf file. ~ Edit : Memory is usually described as the RAM, and there is no button to erase that on start up.. On start up , it is clean, as there is nothing on it, cause when you shut down, it is no longer active, When power is off of the RAM , is does not remember anything, It starts all over when the OS starts running your start up programs and processes. Edit : Read question before you thumb down an answer to a question that makes no sense.
