Q:What is the material of pp in carpet?: it depends on the type of the carpet, now there are a lot of plastic carpets on the market , chemical materials will be more in carpets with worse quanlity,so suggest to buy carpet with a better quality, at least it guarantees the quality, in addition to the polypropylene mentioned above (also have PVC, PVC, plastic and rubber)

Let the creativity flow.Gracias.: I think that an area rug on top of carpet looks nice. In my living room, I have an area rug on top of my carpet and it looks good. If you have sheer green drapes, I think you should get a muted brown rug.

Q:I am in soo much trouble, i am baby sitting at a brand new house. The child im taking care of wet the carpet so i used a hair dryer to dry it out. I found out the carpet was synthetic and it melted, there is a huge melt stain, plz help me, how can i fix it, i will die!!!: WHAT?? Are you sure that was a hair dryer and not a freekin' HEAT GUN? I've never heard of a hair dryer that was hot enough to melt the typical polymers used in carpeting. In any case, you tried to fix a problem and for some strange reason it didn't work - if I were the owner, I might be upset, but if you really used just a conventional hair dryer, and it indeed melted the carpet, I think I would be more upset with the carpet company. After all, you were trying to do the right thing. Now, if you're lucky, the homeowner will have some spare carpeting that they've saved away for exactly this kind of accident. An experienced carpet layer can surgically replace that using any one of two or three techniques. They can even do this if the homeowner doesn't have some spare carpeting, although that will add some additional cost, and the match may not be quite as good (depends on the color and style, which if the house is new, will hopefully still be available).

Q:We recently had a storm and I had water damage in my bedroom and the carpet was soaked. A company came out and extracted the water and steam cleaned the carpets but I can still smell that wet carpet smell. Any ideas on how to get rid of the stinch?: I think the only way to get that smell out is to air it out for days or weeks, any time your at home open the window in that room if you can , air the carpet out and keep spraying it lighty with something that smells good while airing.

Q:Hi,I am a tenant and had a leakage from a dishwasher. now carpet is wet and smelly.around 1 square meter is the carpet area affected. I told the landlord about it. They usually have quite a few to choose from and, at least here in PA, they are $20 or under. If you are looking for color suggestions, you may want to find a print with another color(s) you like in it that has just a little chocolate brown to bring all the colors together...then use the 'other' colors for planning the rest of your decor to play down the brown. As far as the bathroom, start with the shower curtain. Find one that you really like that has just enough pistachio in it to match well....then also use the other colors in it to choose the main color for you bath decor.

Q:Have you or anyone you know had any allergy problems after getting new carpet?: yes...so see a Dr and get some meds or go to the store and get some OTC meds..

Q:What about vinegar spilled on the carpet?: Use salt to roll down it and you can clean it.
