- Q: The bed set I want is dark purple with a black zebra design on it, and most the things in my room are purple or turning purple. My walls are tan and will have to stay that way for awhile. So what color would look good with my bedset and room, I dont really want like a zebra patterned rug, but if you think it would look good tell me! Thanks!
- The zebra rug would only look good if it matched exactly to your bed set. But since your gonna have a lot of purple in your room (from your stuff) i suggest a black rug, i know it sounds kind of plain and simple but i dont see how any other color would go besides purple. But it sounds cute!(:

- The most you will probably pay if you can find a decent sale is 2-3 dollars per square foot materials and installed. This is a high estimate in my opinion, but and estimate nonetheless. 11*12=132*2=264 (132*3=396). I agree with trying to carpet shampoo first. Kind of pointless to replace carpet in only one room if you can shampoo it to a decent state.

- Q: Most of the powder carpet freshners have so much perfume in them they trigger a migraine and I can't use them. Not to mention they are pretty pricey for what you actually get. Is plain ole' Arm Hammer baking soda a good alternative? Any other suggestions for freshing carpet?
- Baking soda works well as a carpet freshener and you really want to kill odors in the carpet (pets,smoke,etc) just sprinkle with some dry coffee grounds and then vacuum after 20 minutes or so. Another good way to freshen carpets without damage is 1 capful of liquid fabric softener to 3 cups water in a spray bottle. Vacuum first and then mist carpet to freshen!
- Q: My cat is 2 1/2 yrs old and I've had him since he was 6 months old. Within this past couple of months he started pooping for some reason on one of my kitchen rugs. I've tried everything to correct this. I've used Nature's Miracle, Vinegar, other pet odor removers, put food in the spot so he would avoid the area, and not only changed litters but changed to scoopable. NOTHING has helped!! At first changing the litters seem to help and I scooped it out every couple of days. My only other choice is to scoop it out every day and/or put him in a cage for a week all day long with his own litter to try and break the habit. Other than that I feel I've run out of options! HELP...I'm at my wits end!!!
- My cat poo's on my Kitchen rug too. Just this morning I had to clean up a pile and prepare the rug to wash it again! It's very annoying. The only way I can get him to stop is to make sure that kitty litter box is scooped out atleast twice a day. The days I forget.. then I know I am going to find a pile of poo on that rug. Some cats are just extremely picky about their kitty litter boxes. Maybe try a bigger kitty litter box or if you have the money, get one of those self cleaning ones. Try getting two litter boxes. I do notice that the kitty litter does matter too. When I'm running low on cash I get the dollar store brand. That brand I have to keep super clean but when I get one with the masking order dealy he uses it a little bit more before he decides the floor is his only option. Also I tried removing that one rug and he started using my daughters bed room and my closet which was horrible. So I would suggest dealing with the litter box before trying any potty repellent stuff cause I am sure the cat will just start going some where else in your house.
- Q: Whether is the wood floor good or the carpet good in the bedroom?
- Floor is recommended. Thought it's easier to cause fire and the heat?retention properties is slightly lower than the carpet, comfort matters, the comfort of carpet is better than the floor, if there are people smoking at home, it's much more convenient to clean floor! Put the life aside, the heat?retention of the carpet is better than the floor, but still better than floor tiles, cleaning is not convenient
