- Q: How to remove the oil from the carpet is the best?
- Static carpet scorch if accidentally carpet will be burned, we can repair method to eliminate the scorched office as far as possible with a stiff brush off, then can be cut with scissors in other parts of the carpet pile, and adhesive and stick it in the scorched, use the equivalent of books with flat things heavy pressure on it. The adhesive is dried, glue hair firmly, finally with the brush gently comb can be.
- Q: my room isnt very big...how much (approximately ) will a new carpet cost??
- you must measure your room first and then check with a Lowe's and they will let you know. Theres no way to tell you how much you need unless the room is measured, width and lenght of your room be sure that you add an additional amount to cover you closet floor also.

- He is such a cutie! - i dont think a lycra hood would stop the rug slipping like that. but it would provide some protection for his neck and stop the other rug rubbing away any fur in the places it doesnt fit properly. - if you are going to get it repaired, you could also get it altered so that it is smaller. or if you can, you could just put more holes in it so that it will fasten tighter if you know what i mean. you can do that with a hot piece of metal like a screwdriver. the eat will also seal the hole so that the edges dont fray. - if you get a new rug you will probably have the same issue with the neck part not fitting right because the body part looks fine. - also, you could just get a lycra hood and fold the current hood part back so it is out of the way

- Not all of them are carpeted. In fact, I don't think I've seen any carpeted ones in many years. Old Cerwin Vegas, had carpeting as I recall. Anyway, it's just cosmetic. The carpeting doesn't show road wear as much as the Tolex vinyl coverings.

- As a carpet cleaning pro, I've seen hundreds of damaged carpets, mostly Nylon or Polyester, where a laundry product permanently damage the carpet dyes. When inquiring as to what caused the damage, the number one culprit was Oxy Clean Laundry Detergent. About 6 years ago, I came across a couple who used this product to fine tune the spills and stains in their carpet, severly damaging the Nylon carpet in numerous areas. They did receive a settlement from the Oxy company at that time to help replace their carpet. Their ads made it sound like they had a miracle product available. If you have Olefin carpeting, a laundry detergent may not hurt these fibers, but why take a chance. Never use bleach on any spill or stain on furniture or carpeting. I've seen thousands of damaged carpets cause by the mis - use of this laundry product.

- The store I work at sells carpet and I work in the flooring department. 800sq.ft. = approximately 89 sq.yds. carpet on special pricing costs about $20/sq.yd. $20 x 89 = $1790 pad runs $5.31/sq.yd. x 89 = $473 basic labor = $199 there is a $4.99 per step charge average is 12 steps 12steps x $4.99 = $60 total for the room is about $2522. That is for them to come in and install the carpet. that does not include removal of carpet or furniture moving. The pad at $5.31 is 8lb. with vapor barrier. Prices are subject to change in other areas of the country.
