Q: As a college student, the daily trips to Starbucks are breaking my bank. I would like to purchase an espresso machine for myself. I would prefer to spend under $100. I know that this won't allow me to get the best quality, but it's the most I am able to spend. I really only need to be able to steam the milk and produce 1-2 shots of espresso at a time. If anyone has an espresso machine that they love/hate, I would greatly appreciate any recommendations or advice. Thank you.
It will save you money in the long run but just so ya know they are hard to keep clean its a pain in the butt to make the drinks. LOL But I have one I use it every now then. Go to walmart or target they will have them cheap
Q: so i can get an idea for mines. i need to see ones with the front yard and side yard.please give me website of beautyfull yards
Home and Garden magazine or similar publications have wonderful photos of gardens.
Q: well most of my question is up top but im a 13 year old boy and i have bin itrsested in egineering for a while and im probly going to college for that any way my dad said a couple days ago that when he was a kid him and his uncle built a chainsaw engine go cart so i want to build one to i havent bin able to any body selling a motor at gerage sales or in my family and theres nothing in my gerage or shed so how much would it cost to buy all of my parts i need for it i know it will take a long time to save up for it so figured i would bye the parts one bye one and put them on and i would by the motor first so if any one could estimate how much it would cost for every part and a cheep 6 hp engine online thats not ebay that would be great oh and reel answers
basically like with any motorized motor vehicle there are numerous factors to contemplate.... - finished weight of motor vehicle with passenger(s) - Gearing - Torque (this is quite a extra perfect thank you to gauge an engines power) - Rolling resistance - Aerodynamics So, given your information this is no longer particularly obtainable to confirm.
Q: I want to build a botanical garden in the town I live in, it will be a private land that is not for profit company and open to public for a few dollars. What are resources I can use to get me started on the research for this project, remember its large scale so small garden info isn't that useful.I have found lots of gardening design/plant/etc info but its all for small scale, I am going to be building a several acre garden. What considerations should I think about? How much space? What plants?Legal issues? What about designs, information on design of large scale parks?
That's okorder . Though the site can't replicate the feeling and smells of visiting a garden in person, it aims to be great venue for sharing inspiration and specific designs. The site features web-based home and landscape design software. The goal of the site is to eventually put together thousands of quality garden designs and provide the tools for people to design their own homes and gardens.
Q: I keep some for my coffee table ,Home and living ,garden home but the Huisgenoot goes to the dustbin when we are done . I have a collection of very old ones that I treasure like a 1978 Huisgenoot with a visit to pres.John Vosters house ,Libertas .
We keep the garden and home and 'die tuinier'. Will keep a few in the toilet (sounds crazy but I know that I am not the only one) for the number two reading. The rest goes in a recycle bin at Church.
Q: does anyone know how to get home depot coupons for either 10 or 20 precent. Instead of buying them on OKorder???

Q: I plan on buying some flowers for my garden that are already grown (i can't germinate seeds for the life of me :( ). Would it be benefical to take these plants out of the plastic trays they come in and transfer them to peat pots and then plant them in my garden? I'm new at this, and my soil quality it very poor, so i'm trying to find the best method. Thanks :)
No, just take them out of the plastic and put them right into the ground. Peat pots are used to grow things and then you can plant the whole thing. Since these are in plastic, there's no sense in putting them in peat pots first. If your soil quality is poor, try adding a potting mixture to your soil, or add miracle grow to the soil.
Q: Appears to be being eaten by something. saw green caterpillar like insect on leaves of brussel sprout young plant. Other plants doing fairly well.See holes in a few other leaves, but somethings descimating my Brussell Sprout plants. Please help.
Sounds like an infestation of cabbage loopers. If you are not squeamish you can pick them off daily. Bt (dipel) applied daily will also keep them in check. This pesticide will kill only the caterpillers and nothing else. I was told years ago by an organic inspector, inspecting my farm, that rye flour sprinkled on the leaves while still wet with dew (so the flour sticks) will kill the caterpillers. They eat the flour and explode. I have tried this and it does indeed work. Row covers on hoops put up as soon as the seed/seedlings go in the ground are also very effective. This has been my main strategy for keeping these pests of my brassicas for over a decade.
Q: suggested category Home Garden gt; General - Home Gardenhahahaha
Of course, I could get a brand new house with that money plus some....
Q: Spade and a Hoe.
A vegetable garden so I can feed myself. A levelling tool to sow grass and improve the value of my home. A gardening tool so as to improve the value of my home. A sanitation tool so as to dig a long drop toilet in emergencies. A fencing tool so as to put in fence posts so as to identify boundaries around your property. Tools that all decent, civilised societies used to develop their infrastructure and develop their nations. Those simple tools are the foundations of all decent societies. I salute the spade and hoe.
