FAQ

Hi everyone. I've been in Korea on E2 Visa since 4/2009 and just recently tried to obtain a job, but obviously denied due to the SOFA ordinary resident rule.Stupid rule if you ask me because I am still an American citizen and pay my State Federal taxes each and every year since I have been here. Here are my questions: I have read some answers about leaving Korea every 90 days and go to USA. I have a couple of questions: 1. Is a weekend trip sufficient to Guam?2. Does it matter is I am in Korea on an E2 visa and not a tourist visa? Any additional information or advice is greatly appreciated.Thank you!!!!
Your statements are unclear, are you asking about SOFA status, jobs with the military (on the base, or actual government or GS jobs?) It seems as if you are trying to obtain employment with the military, not to enlist as an active duty member? So you are living in Korea, but not as a military member or a dependent of a military member, therefore you are not eligible for SOFA status. The rules are the rules, whether you think they are stupid or not. Then you also seem to be asking about your E2 visa guidelines? Not sure exactly what to answer here. You might contact the US embassy there for specific direction. Maybe clarify your question a little so we can understand what you are actually asking and what your employment goal is.
I have two Brown leather sofas, and when I wipe them over I get Blue stains on the cloth. Can anyone tell me why? Thanks'
did no longer you get a leather-based care equipment mutually with your settee? If no longer attempt a furnishings keep, they ought to do them. the products are exceptionally for cleansing leather-based. in case you haven't any longer any success there, then possibly attempt some fabric softener like convenience diluted in water. My buddy used to apply that on hers each and all of the time, she has a youthful son who used to go away all varieties of marks on her settee. It has no bleach in it, and it additionally leaves your settee smelling fantastic!
We're in a rented house and my cat won't stop scratching the sofas! She has also opted to rip the wallpaper, making a huge problem for us! Does anyone have any ideas as to how we can stop her?
I can't believe you Joeyjo, recommending declawing that cat ! That is the stupidest reply I've seen man , after all that's been proved lately about the cruelty of it ! Front paws only you blithely say, as if that makes it OK! And letting your own poor crippled defenceless cats go outside,I think you are hardly qualified to give advice to someone else. They may even live in a country where declawing is banned anyway ! It is animal abuse and will soon be banned worldwide ! What a shame someone always has to come along like this, when the asker has already had sensible and humane suggestions like the first 2,which I really agree with, patience with cats always pays off man.
I bought a new rust color (redddidh orange) sofa set for my yellow (not very dark and not too light) colour painted living room. Should I put chair backs ( laced piece of cloth at the headrest) and arm rests or should I put some square cushions on it. Also please suggest the colors that would look good.
I'm really impressed with your colour selection --- so many people are afraid of it these days...ultra modern, however, if you put lace on the new sofas, you've just set its style back a few decades or so (and not in a good way). Cushions all the way...a pattern would be nice. Bring the yellow into the cushion, a little more vibrant than the shade on your wall.
Where to buy sponge bob flip open sofa?
Yo Gabba Gabba is just creepy. It's almost as creepy as the Teletubbies were...The sad part is my son loves it! Don't think I'll be buying anything though. EDIT: That price can't be right. My friend got her daughter a Dora one for like 30 bucks...same style and everything...I would def. be shopping around lol.
Is it formal can it fit in living room is it classy or u can get bored with it

Hi, We are planning to buy a new set of leather sofas. It would be a 3 seater and two single seater sofas. Kindly let me know your suggestions and idaes as to which color we can go for. Our woodwork (showcase and the T.V unit) is very very dark brown. Our walls and flooring is half white (i.e. not pure white...but creamish in color). We are planning to paint our walls in light yellow after1 year. So kindly suggest a color that for our sofas which would go well with half white and later with light yellow colored walls and as well as the dark wood work done in the living room.RegardsSangeetha
hi sangeetha... with the colors you mentioned you may go with one of the following: 1. if you like the drama and to show your sofas then you can choose a dark brown similar to the one you already have in the room.. or a color that's not neutral like orange! 2. or to demonstrate a smoother transition without loosing emphasis on your new sofas... which is something i prefer... go for medium colors between the white (or later light yellow) walls... like a darker shade of beige or a lighter brown than the one you have...! 3. cream color or off-white (yellowish white)... which is suitable... but in this case you'll lose emphasis on the sofas and the emphasis will be on other accessories... if that's what you wish. may i also offer some tips: 1. ask the manufacturers to provide a sample of the leather, and take it to your room to view it in your room's lighting... it may look better or worse than in the showroom. 2. if you use neutral colors as i suggested you'll be more free with colors that you choose for the accessories and rugs and pillows... if you wish to use colors! 3. if you like this idea and if possible... one of the 1 seat sofas can be a different colors than the rest of the set... it'll give a modern and innovative look to your space... but make sure to distribute the pillows in a nice way then... hey... i hope i helped... good luck!
i had bought a new sofa but i need to paint the wall to make it nicer.now my wall is plain white becuz last time i bought a black sofa.my sofa is a L-shape and 2 seater.I need to paint my downstairs with the colour cuz my house is full of brown furniture.please i need your help verymuch ..thx.
If it's brown then duck egg blue goes really well with it. You could keep the walls in a neutral off white (almond white is nice) and just put one feature wall in the duck egg blue. The feature wall is usually the one adjacent to the window. Another idea is to use greens, you could try a limestone colour or if you want to be really bold, then go for a lime green which is really trendy at the moment! If you go with the lime then I'd just do a feature wall, not the the whole lot or it will be a bit heavy. Be careful doing the feature wall as the lines will need to be really crisp to look good! If you don't want to be too bold, you could try a light coffee brown that will compliment the brown sofa, just make sure that you use some coloured accessories so it's not all too brown. Some light blue scatter cushions would look great. Get samples before you decide an paint a big enough area on the wall so you can see how it looks with your furniture. Leave it a day so you can see how the light changes in the room Good luck and happy decorating!
