- Q:I've decided to have a go at making cider this year as we've had a bumper crop of apples from our tree! What sort of press do I need and how big? Thanks!
- Alternatively you could opt for the fruit press version that doesn't include an apple grinder but is still sturdy enough for apples. With that you would just have to crush the apples manually. A single-tub press would be perfectly adequate and produce a fair amount of juice for personal use! Good luck!
- Q:I tighten the belt as much as I can (sorta hard to adjust) but it still jams. It's an inexpensive mastercraft 10 model. The belt looks fine to me but I don't know what to look for. It jams a lot, almost unusable with a 7/8 forstner bit. Really annoying. I would definately get a new belt if I thought that was it. I think it didn't jam as much when it was new. The other day the belt just came off while running for no apparent reason (it was plenty tight). Thanks for any help anyone can suggest. Could it be alignment?
- drill press belts stretch over time, especially if the bit has been binding. you could just replace the belt. if your particular press allows you to adjust belt tension, usually by moving the motor away from the fixed wheel, try that. you should be able to use that forstner bit, just speed up the press, and drill slowly. Hope that helps.
- Q:The standing barbell presses that you lift over your head, it works your shoulders. Should I stop doing this since im still growing? or is it safe.Also My friend told me that after you work out you should hang on a bar for 30 seconds to stretch your spine and you dont stunt your growth.. Is that true??????
- There are a lot of great athletes that started bench pressing when they were young. Most of them grew up to be 6, 7 foot tall. Bench pressing will not stunt your growth it might actually make you grow faster and bigger. The only thing you should worry about is lifting too much for you to handle and hurting yourself, that's about it. Good luck with everything!

- Q:Im 14 145 lbs and 5' 8. I have abs and stuff but i want my arms bigger, and i generally like routine and to workout. How should i start to bench press? I have everything at my local gym, and i need a routine, and need to know how much weight. Im open to any advice.

- Hey, I guess it due to heavy weight or when you were exercising you didn't warm up at the beginning. This pain might be due to a sprain in your thigh muscles because originally a leg press exercise focuses and puts most of the weight pressure on your thigh muscles. I advise you to skip using it for a day and make sure you run on a treadmill min. 5 minutes before starting other exercises. (And If you wanna do the leg press, just decrease the weight and exercise slowly, don't go to fast.)
- Q:what does the number of pulls up with your weight tell you about your bench press
- pulls up's transfer more into expolsive exercise's like power cleans that take alot of back strength. But i can do 20 pull ups and bench 330.
- Q:I've had this problem for a long time, after I have to shut down by pressing the power button (Or because there is a power failure) my computer starts up again, goes into loading screen, and then goes into a black screen with options like Last Good Configuration and Safe Mode. I don't usually have to turn off my computer by switch, but it does come up one time or another, and it doesn't happen the first time, maybe 5 times or 4. I run an XP, Please help! - Go ahead and let it go into safe mode. Try to do a regular reboot after. Sometimes lost files will be restored. In the worst you may have to do a system restore or system recovery. Extreme you may have to reimage.

- Q:I have a 2000 Mazda Miata and up until recently it has functioned perfectly. Recently it started to make a squealing sound when the clutch was pressed. I noticed the sound would go away as soon as the car warmed up. Now however the problem has leveled. The car now stalls every time i press the clutch. If I press the clutch it makes that squealing noise until stalling the car. I have not driven it since it stalled on me. My question is what is causing all of this mess? and am I pretty much at the point of no return? Will I pretty much have to replace my whole transmission?
- I think that you cluch plate is worn,the problem is caused mostly when the cluch is pressed and left to come up by its own spring force wich does alot of damage and friction cause when you step on your cluch the cluch plate goes out of mesh with the crankshaft(output shaft) and allows engine to spin freely without spining the wheel,so the cluch has to come up slowly with your foot cause letting it come up by its self forces the cluch plate to go straight into the spining engine and causes alot of friction,and if your car is in gear and you don't step on cluch hard enough then your car will start shaking
