- I used to have acrylics but they go so costly I have to stop. Now I am using the press on wow much cheaper. People comment about how good they look, they never believe that they are press on. I only use the Broadway brand, they have stayed on for up to 2 weeks. Kiss nails aren't shaped correctly for my nails and never stay on.

- if you have never bench pressed before 100lbs is not a bad place to start based on the info you have given be sure to warm up before you try to max out though otherwise the amount won't be accurate but bench pressing you should try to shoot for your body weight don't hurt yourself have a spotter

- behind-the-neck shoulder barbell presses work out the same muscles as barbell front press, but it emphasizes the anterior deltoids to a much greater degree than standard shoulder presses because you're doing these presses in an unfavorable position. however, front presses should not be replaced by this as a standard mass or strength builder. i wouldn't recommend doing behind-the-back presses unless you've developed some form of shoulder strength and flexibility. having a spotter to help you on the heavier sets wouldn't hurt it either.

- There can be a big difference in a m2m full court press and a zone full court press. It depends on how the zone press is going to work. There are many versions of a zone press. Now as far as giving you websites... I could give you all sorts of websites, but it will not help you instruct your players unless you have an understanding on how to break a press in general. If I were you, I would be an assistant to start out with and let someone who knows the game coach the players. I have coached basketball for 15+ years and have seen alot of coaches who think they know what they are doing and wind up getting beat by 20+ points every time they put their team on the court.

- I like no garlic press the best. I have a santoku knife and I just peel my garlic then turn the knife on it's side and press the garlic flat. Then I cut garlic as I like it.
