Self Priming Monoblock Pumps Product description
ZX series self priming centrifugal pump is design under the basic of absorb international advanced technology.
This pump is advanced of simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, high efficiency, long life. So excellent self-priming performance.that no need foot valve in the pipeline. It just needs to have amount of liquid in pump for self-priming before starting pump. So it simplify pipeline system and improves working condition.

- Q: We have an electric sump pump. Battery pumps will only work for two or three days. I want a manual pump that will pump a lot of water. We cannot waterproof the basement because it costs over $10,000. Where can I find a manual pump? Carrying water out in buckets is too slow and exhausting. We carried 80 five gallon buckets out last time the electricity was off for a few hours.
- What you need is a generator to run the pump when your hydro is off. Check walmart.
- Q: starting from the water pump, and returning to the water pump
- Most cooling systems pump the coolant out of the engine through the top radiator hose. In the radiator. Out the radiator through the bottom hose. A by-pass system can be found on most cars and it includes the water pump and smaller diameter hose.l these smaller hoses rout the collant to certain components such as the heater core (which provides passenger compartment comfort). There many other variables depending of the car. Engine oil coolers. Intake manifold warm-up passages, I may be leaving some info out here but that is pretty much your basic cooling system routing. Best wishes.
- Q: I have a submersible pump outdoors for the water to my house. Indoors is a holding tank and pressure gauge. It seems the pressure gauge keeps slowly declining down to 20. Then when the toilet is flushed, the gauge kicks on and climbs to 50. Then left alone for a while the gauge again declines to 20. Do I have a leak somewhere? If so , where? Does the ballast inside the holding tank need to be pressurized? If so, how where? I seem to remember years ago, my husband did something with a bicycle tire air pump. Makes sense? Thanks
- If it's going down while nobody is using water then the check valve or foot valve is leaking through when the pump is off. It should pump it to a determined PSI then shut off. I suppose there could be a leak somewhere in the line, but I suspect the check valve. It's pretty common. ....the ballast does need to be pressurized but I doubt that's your problem. If that was bad you would have severe water hammer.
- Q: replaced water pump and thermostat, flushed, opened bleeder valve had long life red colored original coolant, no visible leaks obstruction, when became hot on highway, accelerated quickly and temp back down to norm, eventually after 3hrs driving o.heated stopped and got towed home, new water pumps fins/pulley not turning as freely as old one, no leak out of inspection hole, hoses good shape.2001 2.2l ohv sunfire, air cond.
- get your vehicle up to operating temps and runs your hand along the core of the radiator from top to bottom. If it's cold at the bottom and hot at the top, it's plugged... Also I see where you bleed the system, might wanna check it again... air pockets are stubborn... Last but not least, have a C.O. test performed at a local radiator/automotive shop... This will tell you if you have a blown head gasket
- Q: What is the safety head of a pump? Why should a safety head be added?
- Pump selection should pay attention to the following points: (1) to meet the maximum load conditions, should try to reduce the waste of energy; (2) rational use of high efficiency section of the pump; (3) using the same type pump as much as possible, the type of neat, standby each other; (4) to the selection of large pump according to the actual situation, but also should consider taking into account the size, flexible deployment; (5) lack of H value changes, different types of collocation is optional pump operation. (6) to ensure the water conditions, take care of basic level, reduce the pumping depth; (7) consider the standby unit necessary; (8) check the fire with water; (9) considering the development, implementation of the combination of short and long term; (10) to the selection of water pump type local mass production.
- Q: I had my timing belt replaced @ 80k (now have 138k) and was told by new mechanic that the water pump was not replaced then. Do I need to have pump replaced? What will happen if I don't? Thx
- well is it leaking now it does if its not leaking then its fine and dont need to replace it if its working right ... most people replace them since they need to come off while timing belt is replace less work to get it then but if its not leaking now no real reason to replace it unles you got money you dont need and just want to fix things thats not broken.. sorry don tneed one if its working but if its leaking sure replace it
- Q: how often do i need to change a timing belt and water pump on my car? also, how much should it cost? should i have it done at the dealers or at a small mechanic shop if i chose to? which would be best? what are steps when having timing belt change?
- every 60000 miles do not go to the dealer they will charge u up the a s s and i dont know what kind of car u have most car i do i get $ 175 $ 275 make sure u change the watwe pump at the same time
- Q: old sbc v8 water pump from oreilly's came apart and the fan ate up my serpentine belt, power steering pump pulley, clutch fan obviously, and put 5 holes in my new aluminum radiator. What will they cover? Remanufactured limited lifetime warranty. '78 chevy k10 350 sbc
- there is only one way to recover your expenses and that's to put your vehicle in to a main garage for the repaires to be carried out, and ask them to make a report on what went wrong, with your report and detailed receipt send photocopy's to OReilly,s giving them the opportunity to reimburses you,on refusal make a free claim at the public small claims court and you will get payed out
- Q: I have coolant leaking out and i'm pretty sure now that it is the water pump. Question can water pumps leak even if the cars not running?Like a steady drip every two seconds? Forming a decent puddle after awhile, but when running the pump is'nt making any abnormal noises is that normal? Is there other clues to positively know the pump is bad? I cant believe how hard a job it looks like it would be to replace it there is no room! Anybody with some helpful how to's? how about an estimate on how much a shop would charge to do it?
- A repair shop will charge about $200 to fix that problem. If you have a jack and a jack stand the lack of room wont be much of a problem anymore. It only a matter of getting the belt covers and timing covers off, and the water pump pully off. The pully can be tricky. since It is a car '92 and younger you may have a problem with a gear slipping and the motor needing timed. If your paticular car needs timed by the belts and pullys, then no problem line up the notches in the gears as they go. But if the timing is off by the valves, Then your in for a long night of work and slight frustration. If you dont really know what you are doing at all, Then don't bother with it, leave it up to the pros, so that your car actually runs when the pump is put in. It took me 8 hours to fix one in a '99 honda Civic
- Q: I am new to saltwater tank, and i what to add a sump to my tank, but I don't know what to add to it. what water pump? do i add the filter to the sump or does the filter stay in the tank.
- If you're using a sump, the pump you use will have to be chosen based on the size of your tank and how much flow you need. The kinds of fully submersible pumps that are used for ponds and other aquarium applications are best. You really could put your filter on either, but most people I know that keep saltwater [and myself included] keep filters, heaters, and skimmers in the sump so they're out of sight. This also gives you more room in the display tank for live rock and fish if the equipment isn't crowded in there. All you really need to have in the display are powerheads to keep the water circulating so dead spots don't build up. And without the equipment hanging on the back, and only power cords coming out, you can use a glass cover to reduce evaporation and keep your fish from jumping out.
