- Hc sofas buy/sell for 3 credits now. Sometimes throught the day you'll see a room saying there selling Hc sofas for 2 credits, but the people are obviously trying to get quick cash. It might take a long time to sell them for 3 credits although thats what they are worth, so try doing 2 hc sofas for 5c. If you just can't sell any, you'll have to go for 2c each.

- I got my futon at Walmart for $99. But, it's for use at a vacation home only, not for daily use. If you are sleeping on it every day, I would suggest getting a good twin mattress and box spring set from Mattress Firm, or any place having a sale. Then I would get daybed cover and bolsters at JC Penney catalog. You can even use a twin bed-in-a-bag with a coordinating body pillow back, to save $$$.
