- only frm personal experience.... if you purchase a cheap sofa, you will get a cheap sofa. It will not last , it will fall apart and you will need a new one twice as soon. Look hard, and long. go classic. something that will not scream 2006. it will be better . you won't hate it in 6 months. get the BEST you can afford, whatever that amount might be. unless you only plan on keeping it for very short period of time... then go inexpensive
- Q: Does anyone know if the klik klak sofa/bed comes apart? I think that when the delivery guys came to set it up it was in two parts...I'm moving and was hoping I could take it apart so it isn't so heavy.

- I have an Ikea sofa but not the one you mentioned. It's comfortable and sturdy for the 500$ I paid for it. With the one I have the cushions are not washable or dry cleanable. So getting them clean is very difficult. This is very annoying because my 2 year old is constantly on it. Find out the care instructions before buying, if it's washable I recommend them.

- Yes, you could have an ant colony in the sofa. The little buggers can set up shop pretty much anywhere. Some species of ants actually build their colonies in wood. In nature they prefer trees. Sometimes dead, sometimes not. But if your sofa has a wooden frame, they could decide that's good enough. If that really is where the ants are living, the best way to get rid of them is to get rid of the sofa.
- Q: I know a loveseat is a small sofa that seats two, but is there a name for a longer sofa that bottom-wise, seats two? I'm picturing a long sofa that has two upright cushions and two seat cushions, where width-wise and elbow-wise, three people fit fine, but one of them would be sitting in the middle where the cushions meet. Is that still a loveseat, regardless of the overall length of the thing? Does it have a different name when it's that big?

- Sofa beds are more expensive. As to comfort level, that's hard to judge. I slept on a sofa bed for several years...the first few years weren't bad, but eventually the bar across the middle became more pronounced and started bothering my back. I've never slept on a futon bed, but I believe they might be more comfortable...no springs on a futon. Decent sofabes $400.00+ $Futon 250.00

- No when you sleep on them, you can feel the steel bar under the mattress. If you put a thick layer of foam over them, it helps because the mattresses are usually too thin.

- your sofa is neutral - you can go with what ever color is pleasing to you. go with an accent color that is easy to match. My favorite accent colors are aqua and sage. Again, your couch is still a neutral color. I am assuming your walls and floors are too - you can go with ANY color that feels good to you. Go buy a few accept pillows in different colors. Keep the receipt - and see which color agrees with you best. Take the others back.
