Main Structure for PE Copper:

Cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable do not only has excellent electric, mechanical proper-ties,but also has powerful resistance against chemical corrosion,heat resistance and environmental stress resistance. Its structure is simple,the long period operating temperature is +90°C. It is convenient to use and can be laid with no restriction of different level.

Application for PE Copper

insulated power cables has a number of advantages over paper insulated and PVC insulated cable.XLPE cable has high electric strength, mechanical strength,high-ageing resisting,environmental stress resisting anti-chemical corrossion,and it is simple construction, using convenient and higher operating of long term temperature. It can be laid with no drop restriction.

Various of flame-retardant and non-flame retardant XLPE cable can be manufactured with three technology(peroxide,silance and irradiation crosslinking). The flame-retardant cable covers all kinds of low-smoke low-halogen,low-smoke halogen free,and non-smoke nonhalogenated and three slasses of A,B,C.

Q: Why is the terminal metal housing of the power cable to be grounded?
How to say that interference is certainly some, if you line less words on one or two in the bridge next to do a tube it! The pipe will be a little better. Upstairs that I do not think that although in practice the construction of this practice a lot, because you do not feel the interference, but the reality does interfere with, or science should not be strong and weak must be separated.
Q: why my pc is shutting down and restarting only when removing the power cable and connecting it again?
What she is saying is that when she goes to shut down the system,it shuts down fine. but will not start again unless the unit is unplugged from power, then is plugged back in,and then the power switch is hit. If the system is shut down and the power is not removed then re- connected it will not restart.. Not that hard to understand.. unless you are brain damaged. Try having someone swap the power supply out with a known working one. I had a system that did that until i changed out the power supply. It's usually caused by bad capacitors in it. Another thing that can cause it is bad caps on the motherboard and sometimes tho rarely an improperly seated ram chip.
Q: i have an hp7500 and their is only two pin spots on the 9400 cable
Huh? Do you have the right model #? The only cable on the 9400GT should be the fan cable, and it should plug into the card itself (see picture in the link)
Q: I have been doing research online and have found replacement power cables from Kimber, Nordost, PS Audio, Cardas, Monster and Audioquest. While Kimber did win an award in Audiophile magazine, the write up for PS Audio's SC statement cable appears to be very good as well. Nordost makes a great product too, but have read some complaints that it actually cheats the bass. So I am basically looking to see if anyone owns any of the replacement cables from these companies or what they could recommend as a good replacement power cord.
For many years there has been a debate within the audiophile community whether power cables influenced the sound of components. Someone finally performed a double-blind study. The only reasonable solution for such a debate. A power cord made no discernable difference in sound. Choose your power cord replacement on appearance (It’s nothing more than decoration.) I have some purty Audioquest interconnects and speaker cables.
Q: Why did my power supply entrance burn with the power cord cable the stats of my computer are: HP Compaq dx2250 Microtower PCProgram: Windows 8 32bitPowerSupply: 500w MaxGraphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 550 tiWhy cause it to burn? What should I do? Change the power supply or buy a better power cord cable. The cable that burn, I bought it on OKorder for $2, I am not sure if this cause the problem, but for sure I need to buy a power supply because the entrance burn. What should I do? Is my computer stable with all this stats? What cause this to happen? Was the cheap power cord fault? I don't know, please answerThank You,
A dodgy power cable can very easily singe or burn the power socket on the computer. In general, the lighter the cable, the more dodgy it is. $2 is nothing - I would buy a more expensive cable. The cents you save isn't worth it when your house is on fire. It's impossible to know whether your power supply or other computer components suffered any damage because of the electrical fire. You could try testing with a multimeter, but you should probably replace the power supply at a minimum.
Q: what kind of power supply cable plugs into the hard drive?
they are called molex connectors, for optical and hard drives, berg connector for floppy drive
Q: I'm installing aftermarket amp and subwoofers in the trunk. I currently as a temporary fix ran the cable outside and in through the passenger door on the car, then under the carpet to the trunk. Is there a break in the firewall anywhere that I can put it through instead? Thanks for your help!
well honestly im not familiar with preludes but what you do is pull the carpet down a little under the gas and brake pedel the should be a clearing spot in the fire wall from steering colum speedo cable or electrical. it wont look like much of hole but there will be a rubber plug take a flathead and scoot it out then run your power cable through that-wraping it with protective cover where it will lie in the firewall(so it dont cut the plastic and short something out) then tuck all the wires under the carpet along the runningboards. be patient it takes a while but in the end when you can see no wires it looks great
Q: im curious to know if using multiple small cables to power my amp is the same or better than using a single big one??like do three 4gauge wires give more power than one 1/0 gauge wire? or is it worse?and how do i know if my amp needs more current?? THANKS
Running 2 seperate power cables is fine. In theory the current will split and each cable will carry the same amount of current. In reality, it will not be exact but it will be so friggin close that it doesn't matter!!! Yes you can run multiple cables, but two lengths of 4ga is going to cost you more than one length of 2ga. Unless you already have the stuff laying around, just get the larger cable. Besides, if you run two seperate cables, you will need to use some sort of distribution block to tie the two cables back together at the amp then have a conductor capable of carrying the current to your amp, or all your heavy cable doesn't mean squat. Less money will be spent in the long run by using one larger cable! As for how much current a size cable can carry: 14ga = 15A 12ga = 20A 10ga = 30A 8ga = 80A 6ga = 105A 4ga = 140A 2ga = 190A 1ga = 220A 1/0 = 260A 2/0 = 300A These wire ampacities are according to the NEC (National Electrical Code) and are set for wire to be used in any structure. The wire can actually carry more current than what I have listed, taking consideration that the wire is in an environment that it can be cooled or is in an open-air environment. If you run two 4ga wire to your amp, you have the ability to supply the amp with 280A of current (by multiplying 140 * 2). Do you need larger wire running to your amp? Only if you are having a voltage drop at your amp. The idea is to be able to supply the amp with 12V at its maximum current. If you run too small a wire to the amp, as you crank up the volume the ampacity of the wire will be maxed out and your 12V turns into something like 11,10,9... volts and your amp no longer amplifies your tunes.
Q: The Leader of the band inists that all power cables connected to the amplifires be placed away from the performance area.
a) He(she) is smarter and more experienced than you? b) He(she) wants some action on the stage and you might just kick (scuff) the cords in the process (either of which is undesirable since sudden silence in the middle of a number does not get repeat performances and sudden shorts doesn't impress too many people, either).
Q: I recently bought a 750watt power inverter and there are two small cables to connect to it that look like small jumper cables. Can i connect my regular (longer/bigger) jumper cables to the car battery and connect the other end to the inverter cables??Ive been told that this will blow the inverter, and i've been told otherwise. Please let me know if you've had any experience doing this. Thanks,
A secure connection is the best connection. A connection like that can cause hot spots in the connection itself.
