Brief introduction about XLPE Insulated Power cable

Cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable do not only has excellent electric, mechanical proper-ties,but also has powerful resistance against chemical corrosion,heat resistance and environmental stress resistance. Its structure is simple,the long period operating temperature is +90°C. It is convenient to use and can be laid with no restriction of different level.

APPLICATION

XLPE insulated power cables has a number of advantages over paper insulated and PVC insulated cable.XLPE cable has high electric strength, mechanical strength,high-ageing resisting,environmental stress resisting anti-chemical corrossion,and it is simple construction, using convenient and higher operating of long term temperature. It can be laid with no drop restriction.

Q: How would I go about stripping 4 gauge power battery cable for my amp? oh and how would i screw the fuse holder down? with what kind of screws? thank you!: I use a knife to strip that wire, just be careful not to nick the wire. Drill a hole and use sheet metal screws to screw the fuse holder down.

Q: I'm gonna be running a 2,700watts RMS system on a Power Acoustik 4,500watt Class D Monoblock amp at 1-ohm. I have a 2005 Impala LS do I'm going to need a secondary battery. What size should it be? Q: I moved to another country and my computer arrived without the cord that goes from the power supply unit to the wall (aka I can?t turn it on). The PSU in question is a Corsair 750W Unit. I tried searching for independent cables but as expected no one sells them. Contacting the manufacturer is too much of a pain. I was wonder, could I find special generic cables that would work with the PSU? Not necessarily by the manufacturer. Thank you.: (link defaults to 1foot, but id recommend a 6foot cable at the minimum, as 1-3 feet can be very limiting.) If using more then 1000W of power, you will need a cable capiable of it. one above is rated at 10A, and given psu efficiency (rounding way down for very inefficient ones) you should be able to get like 900-1000W+ from it w/o any worry. (that doesnt mean using a 1000W psu.. im talking about pulling 1000W+ from the wall, and unless you have like 3 gtx titans running at 100% .)

Q: i have a cable modem that i lost the power cord to. i found another that fits but the output listed on the adapter is 12.5vdc. the modem lists +12vdc. can I use them together? i plugged it in and it lit up for a while but then went out but I don't really know how the modem is supposed to work if there's no internet connected to it.: first! are you sure the modem needs 12 V DC and not 12 V AC? Mine uses AC. OK, you can use a 12.5V in a 12V modem - the extra .5V is not a problem... Next, make sure the polarity is correct!! center pin is the correct polarity? If not, POOF! You will let the smoke out. Have you considered that the modem is bad and the power supply is not the problem here. If the modem is bad, you may have killed the supply you plugged in.

Q: i replaced my ps2 power ribbon cable with a slightly diffrent ribbon cable but it had all the connections just like the original one. i plugged in my ps and i heard that slight clicking sound of the electricity entering the ps2's cuircut such as it always has when it was working fine. but when i plug the ps2 in the lights on the power buttons wont come on and they havent come on no matter whitch way i turn the cable. i would really like to get back to KH2 bugt this is getting annoying. what is up with my ps2 that even though everything is connected i cant seem to get the power lights to come on. help!: Your Power Cable block is most likely defective. If you take it to a gamestop or what ever your local gamestore is they will examine it and give you a straight answer of what you need to do. Hpe I Helped XD

Q: summary of why 'power cables' are bad evidence. what happens to people whose whole life has been living close to power lines?: Well, before 1977 the United States had massed produced electrical powerlines which used PCB's, or PolyChlorinated Biphenols. They were chains of of chlorine, used as insulators in powerlines. They get into the air and the people are sick around them at a certain period of exposure. They give people really bad acne and it gets into water underground and many other ways of infection are possible (even eating food around a powerline outside. However, many of the powerlines you see now are younger than 1977, but if you see any powerlines that you suspect are extremely old or at least 30 years old, and you believe it has PCB's and are worried it is infecting the area of environment... You should call FEMA or some sort of environmental pickup specialists or something. How do I know all this? Selected research, I believe my area may have a large amount of ground PCB levels.

Q: I'm extending one of my PSU power cables because is to short. the line got 2 black/1 yellow and 1 red (molex) I know the colors have to be matched but if at the other end I end up mixing the 2 black lines, will there be a problem?ps: I already sleeved the cable for that matter I can't see the 2 black cables inside and i forgot to mark them. :): first of all dont make any home made concoctions you can find those tipe of extensions in a pc store for under a buck and it dosnt mater the black cables are just grounds the important ones are the red and yelow

Q: So I finally bought a quot;boss blues driverand when I got it, I assumed it didn't work, because it didn't turn on, I tried it with an adapter and still nothing. So I decided to take back to the store, the guy who helped me plugged in with a power cable and used a battery, and it worked. MY QUESTION IS; do you need both for it to work?
