Brief introduction about XLPE Insulated Power cable

Cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable do not only has excellent electric, mechanical proper-ties,but also has powerful resistance against chemical corrosion,heat resistance and environmental stress resistance. Its structure is simple,the long period operating temperature is +90°C. It is convenient to use and can be laid with no restriction of different level.

APPLICATION

XLPE insulated power cables has a number of advantages over paper insulated and PVC insulated cable.XLPE cable has high electric strength, mechanical strength,high-ageing resisting,environmental stress resisting anti-chemical corrossion,and it is simple construction, using convenient and higher operating of long term temperature. It can be laid with no drop restriction.

Various of flame-retardant and non-flame retardant XLPE cable can be manufactured with three technology(peroxide,silance and irradiation crosslinking). The flame-retardant cable covers all kinds of low-smoke low-halogen,low-smoke halogen free,and non-smoke nonhalogenated and three slasses of A,B,C.

Q: My computer has ran fine for almost 6 to 7 months and just recently shutdown, and when I boot it back up, I get a red message and a beeping noise saying quot;The power cable is not connected to the video card. I thought it was a heat problem with the computer so I shut it down and left it for a while to cool down, but I still got that message.: you have to open up your computer and plug in the power connector to the card, its easy.

Q: Can A bad battery or power cable cause a laptop to Blue Screen?Is there anyway to pinpoint the actual cause?: If the battery is bad and the lap top is shut down from lack of battery or power from the power adapter charger it causes the operating system to crash or causes whats called a hard shut down and this in tern causes the operating system to develop corrupt system files. Fix replace battery or use on the power adapter only and re install or repair the operating system using a set of recovery disc made for the lap top.

Q: power cables of 630 mm buried (cable trench) what could be the reason for fire?: A very high power surgeon could cause it. Very high current transfer of a short circuit could cause burning of the cable. Power cables have materials which have very high resistance (rubber materials mostly) but could burn in a not very high temperature.

Q: My system was working fine until today. The bass stopped hitting to the music and thumps in intervals of about 5 seconds regardless of whether the music is turned up or down. I hooked up my system without my capacitor to see if this was the problem. It worked...but only for a minute. The bass was hitting like it was suppose to but all of a sudden it went back to the interval thumping and the power cable got hot to the touch and the fuse inside the holder was melted. Q: my laptop power cable is pluged in and turned on but it fails to charge or power my laptop but its in properly and sumtimes works .. any help?: ok....this might not be you power supply cable.. this may be a problem with your powerjack in your laptop, if that's loose, then it won't recieve any power from the cable...it will randomly though..i had the same problem a few months ago, and a little solder job will do the trick! take it to a good local repair guy (or me if you're in the uk hahaha)... and have the power jack resoldered.. try your power supply on another similar laptop to make sure it's not that..but generally speaking..once a power supply's fried..it won't work randomly...all it is, is a transformer and a converter... it would make sense if it was the power jack loose or has a faulty connection to the motherboard :) hope this helped!

Q: today i purchased a used audiobahn atb10at 10quot;subwoofer with a built in power and for my car but there was no cables for it, the power is a six prong plug and i was wondering if anyone could tell me what the specific name of this cable is or where i can buy it and maybe how to install it, i tried looking into it and didnt get anywhere thanks: Yeah, but beware that if your house or wherever you're at loses power while your laptop is on, it will force shut your laptop down and that isn't a good thing. It can damage your laptop, so it is always a good idea to have the battery plug in, Even if the battery only last for 30 minutes. That will give you more than enough time to shut down the laptop the right way.

Q: Just curious i also want to have my ps3 in good condition so i was wondering how durable is the power and av cables: they would last for years if you dont pull them or stomp on them... they are that good!

Q: where do i put the wire through from the inside of the car to the battery located under the hood?: you have to find a hole in the firewall and make your way through.. I have an 02 explorer, i found a plastic cap where some electrical wires went through to the engine, so i drilled another hole in the cap, (very carefully) and used a rubber washer to seal the gap. Make sure you dont leave any gaps in your firewall, and avoid drilling a hole in the actual firewall AT ALL COSTS!! hope that helps!
