Brief introduction about XLPE Insulated Power cable

Cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable do not only has excellent electric, mechanical proper-ties,but also has powerful resistance against chemical corrosion,heat resistance and environmental stress resistance. Its structure is simple,the long period operating temperature is +90°C. It is convenient to use and can be laid with no restriction of different level.

APPLICATION

Q:My power supply cable to the motherboard is only 20 pin and the motherboard has a slot to take a 24 pin power cord. The 20 pin will fit but 4 slots are just left empty. The motherboard LED light comes on showing it has power. When I try to boot up the motherboard runs but the hard drive doesn't boot or the screen isn't working. Could this be b/c of not having a 24 pin power cable?I know the video card and HD work b/c I just transfered them from another motherboard that was a 20 pin. Any ideas?: Yes it will work, but it may affect your system's performance.

Q:i have a lightning audio amp, it was wokring a few months ago when i pulled it out of my car, i tried yesterday to see if it worked, it turned one for 5 seconds and went into protection mode, so i tested it with the battery and it did the same, and the cables got hot, and help please: Having the alarm put in should not affect your amp, I hate taking my car somewhere thinking someone might play with, and maybe break my toys. But yes they were right always sand the ground spot till its nice and shiny but I cant see a week ground tripping the protection light. Try unhooking the power wire and run a temperary one from the amp to the battery to see if your power wire might be the culprit by wearing and posibly lightly shorting against metal. The power wire is the most likely to be the guilty party if everything bench tested good (also relace the fuse at the battery they can become defective without breaking I had that happen before) Good luck.

Q:Were can i get a power cable for a SNES I checked okorder and they say there discontinued.: They're a great site, they clean and repair systems as well. I've bought and had things repaired by them before. It'll set you back $7.95 plus shipping however. Or if you have a regular AC adapter that fits, it works just as good as the SNES brand.

Q:are there power cables or batteries? Thanks: Some have batteries, most have power cables. None that I have heard sound good. I know it's a pain to wire speakers in but it's worth the time and effort (or cost if you have someone do it for you). Your going to have the speakers and setup for a long time, I presume. Do it right the first time and put the wires in.

And if I want to read/learn more about it where should I go?: If you look at the jack that go inside the power input you will see that it is an outside connect and an inside one.The O is the inside connect and the C is the outside one.Because it is a DC power adapter it has a + and - polarity .O,the inside ,is the plus and C,the outside,is the minus. Also on the adapter you can see the same thing! This is because some brands use the outside connect as + and you can burn your device if you use it!!!!

However,.. you CAN get shocked by DC voltage. -its when you get up around 75 amps that will feel hot like a fire heated wire. At around 150 amps it still won't shock you like AC current but will make you pee on yourself.
