It kind of looks like a reproduction from the picture but it's hard to tell without seeing it in the flesh so to speak. Value depends on so many things. If there a manufacturer name on the chair, what's the condition, etc. It depends what's making the legs wobbly. It can be dried out wood which shrinks the joints or something else.
