- The problem is making a 4-legged chair-shape out of a skeleton. Otherwise, the tibia/fibula would be the front legs, the femurs would be the seat, the radius/ulna would form the arm of the chair, and the ribs/spine would form the back. There are no bones to make the rear legs...

- Staples! lol they offer really good quality chairs and they have a HUGE price range from cheap to super expensive, they will also assemble it for free for you and the one I went to even delivered it for free. (A guy in the dept brought it over in his own car, so I just tipped him) Office Max and other similar stores will sell computer chairs as well. You get to try them out too before you pick one.

- As already said - there is no health plan yet - so nothing is set. BUT, if you read what Obama has wanted the reverse is true. Obama does want to change the way power chairs are authorized - but the rules will be different, not harder or less hard. Currently the rules are unfair. People who do not need power chairs at home - only when out in the community are unable to get them through medicaid/medicare. So a person who lives in a very small house and can set it up to hold onto furniture to get from place to place - and whose home is too small for a power chair - cannot get one, because it is required that you need them at all times to get them paid via Medicaid/Medicare. Obama has stated that is unfair and it should change.

- When you push on the chair at 56 N, that push is both downward and horizontal...so by Newton's III Law (action = reaction, the floor is pushing back up an amount that not only equals the weight of the chair but the DOWNWARD component of the force you are applying...so a little reflection shows that the total downward force on the floor must be F(dnwd) = 56 sin 30.4 + 8.8 X 9.8 = 114.6 N so the floor has to be pushing straight upward the same amount. Remember that W = mg so you have to multiply the MASS 8.8 kg by the acceleration of gravity 9.8 m/s^2 to get the WEIGHT.
