- Q: I'm having a family party, and only have about 10-12 chairs. We're just having snacks, so I'm not sure everyone would really need to be seated at once. I thought it would be appropriate to have a chair available for each guest, but my boyfriend disagrees. Any insight would be appreciated, thanks for your time!
- Its always better to have more chairs then needed, chances are everyone will not be seated at once but its nice to be able to sit down and have a family conversation with others especially if you have not seen them in a while or they live far away. I would get like 24 chairs just to be safe.

- All you need to do is fill up an empty spray bottle with water. I had the same problem with my cat Nalah. Once you start to continually spray your cat when it gets in the chair she will get the hint that you want her OFF!!! The water bottle precedure works for all sorts of things like if your cat hops on the counters (which my cat does alot), or when your cat is acting up. My cat is very palyful she likes to run up behind me and pounce on my legs. She also likes to restle my hands which is painful because she has sharp teeth. just wip out your spray water bottle and you'll be fine Hope this helps!!
- Q: my chair is going fat (i am sittoing on 2 pillows right now since they are also going flat, but it is annoying to keep moving them back as they slip)
- Depends on what kind of chair it is. If it is a wooden dining type chair with a flat cushion, you can flip it over, remove 4 crews that hold the cushioned part on, pull off the fabric, put in more stuffing and staple back on the fabric. If it is an upholstered desk chair then it would have to be professionally re=upholstered. Unless it is a high quality chair like a Steelcase or Herman Miller (the kind of professional chairs that cost hundreds of dollars) it would cost you more to have it repaired than it would to buy a new one.
- Q: How much bigger than chairs and how to make a pattern?
- Unscrew the chair bottom and turn upside down on top of your fabric. Lift edge of fabric over chair edge and see how much it takes to be able to staple to the bottom. Cut fabric around chair bottom that much. staple middle of front....pull fabric tight and staple middle of back. Do the same thing on the sides and continue stapleing and pulling fabric. Do the same thing for the seat back.
