- Most likely not, if it's a stage amp. You're going to be making a lot of noise (assumably for a long time!) and the vibrations tend to move things about, even things as big as amps on chairs. It'd just be better to lay it down on the floor. If you really want it risen above the ground, try using something more stable, like a table or stool.

- I don't like those vibrating massage chairs. They just make my skin itch after sitting in them. I have an iJoy massaging chair and it's like the massage tables chiropractors have. There are these rollers in it that travel up and down the back of the chair. And, with different settings, you can get different massaging action with them. I think these are about $750 or so at Costco. But, if you're looking for a massage chair, they are definitely the way to go.

- Are you talking about ... Cyclohexane ? There is the more stable Chair, and less stable, Boat configuration. Half of the hydrogens are in the plane of the ring (equatorial) while the other half are perpendicular to the plane (axial). This conformation allows for the most stable structure of cyclohexane. Another conformation of cyclohexane exists, known as boat conformation, but it interconverts to the slightly more stable chair formation.

- Q: I have this executive office chair which, through an unfortunate turn of events, one of the legs on the base split off and makes it extremely difficult to sit in.I've tried repairing it with simple things like wire, rope, and JB-Weld, but the poor leg always seems to come off no matter what I try.I've looked into buying a new base, but after looking at the prices it seems it would be a whole lot cheaper just to buy a new chair.It just seems a waste to throw out a perfectly good chair just because one of the legs broke off, though. - Good luck! Do you know where you bought the chair? Is there a label on it (under it)? If you know who make it, you might find the company online and a replacement part. No two office chairs are the same, so buying a random base may be a waste of money. If you don't know who made it, order a new one from Ikea. You can order them online.

- take four chairs, i use the ones from my dining room with nice points edges. space them out and place them facing away from each other ( like if people were going to sit facing away from everyone). get a biggg blanket and throw it over the chairs. (i reccomend a big but thin blanket so it will stay up, a bed sheet will also work well cause you can stretch the elastic around the chairs.) if your chairs have rounded edges duct tape the blanket to the chairs, or maybe put a pillow on the chair and tuck the blanket beneath it so it stays. if the blanket is too heavy you might have to place a book or something on the chairs to weight them down. next, if you want, you can throw a smaller blanket over just two of the chairs and let it hang off the side to make a door kind of. or, throw towels lengthwise over the middle of the big blanket to make doors. use pillows on the inside to cover up empty spaces and in between the chairs. BE CREATIVE! Hope this helps! :)

- At that price point you won't get durability, but if that's what you can afford, so be it. Things to look for: Heavily padded arms. The seat is comfortable immediately when you try it out. Arms have removable covers. Arm covers and seat cushion cover are washable. Matching footstool or small ottoman. The chair fits you so your back is against its back and your legs bend naturally at the knee. FWIW, if you're in the US you can do better on Craigslist than in an inexpensive furniture store.
