Q:Im not sure which strength is better. emotional or physical. physical helps out very well through out your life. but emotional seems like you could accomplish somthing huge in the moment, and we've all heard the story of the grand lifting the car that her grandson was stuck under.
Neither is better. In order to be truly strong, you need strength of mind, body, and will/resolve (spirit). One without the others is like a cart with two wheels - it is either one that does not move at all without resistance, or a rickshaw that you will continually pull, exerting energy on pulling it rather than on improving.
Q:Assume that a strong guy would like to lift the back part of the car.
Its weight is 665 Kg.
Q:I know gondola can be a boat but I‘m referring to the one meaning where it has a similar meaning to cable car. It seems as if cable is more vague.
Do this: Get really, really high and turn the music up. You'll forget all about your brakes.
Q:How many dimensions are sitting at the bottom of the car's lift
20CM expansion screw side of the four almost, but the premise is that you play the location of the screw to use steel reinforced concrete foundation
Q:i have a buick park avenue im trying to lift to put 24s on where should i buy a lift kit atand if you dont have nothing nice to say dont say anything at all
There is a reason most of the lifted cars you see are rear wheel drive. Its very difficult to do to a front wheel drive car because of the type of steering they use and the drive shafts. When they lift 4x4 trucks the usually lower the front differential so the height for the drive shafts that go to the wheels stays the same. In a FWD car the differential is inside the transmission so you would have to lower the complete engine and transmission. A little newer car than that it may be more possible but I dont think the design of the 92 would allow that to be practical.
Q:Hello everyone. First, I don‘t like and never have liked to work on cars. I guess that is the reason I don‘t know anything about them. I have a 2002 Chevy Avalanche North Face edition. I want to lift it between 6-8. I want some really bad *** tires, mud-like, with black rims. What size of rims would I need as well with what size of tires? I want to be able to buy the rims and tires before I get the lift. What ever answer you all give me, I would like to know why, so that way I learn little. Thank you all.
Man, be really careful. Lifted cars flip a heck of a lot easier than non-lifted. As for the size of the tires I am no expert in this, but I believe it is whatever size you can fit on there while not affecting the fender well. If you have too big of a tire, you will create an issue in the fender well when turning. That will tear the fenders up. No bueno. You should get it lifted before you buy stuff for it, because it will depend on how it fits in your fender wells. Sometimes, after a lift, the fender wells have to be redone because they are too narrow and the car looks ridiculous really high up with smaller tires. Honestly, coming from someone who works on cars, I do not recommend you lifting it. You can get bad tires and rims without posing a threat to your safety. You will also need to have your speedometer and odometer re-calibrated once you lift the car. Bigger tires make both of those inaccurate. That will cause a lot of problems down the line especially if you decide to sell. If I am correct, it can be considered odometer fraud for not having them re-calibrated and selling the car as a 70,000 mile car when really it has 120,000 because you didn't recalibrate.
Q:A stuntman drives a car (without negative lift) over the top of a hill, the cross section of which can be approximated by a circle of radius R 227 m. What is the greatest speed at which he can drive without the car leaving the road at the top of the hill?
I am a heretic. Purists say there is no such thing as centrifugal force. There is, you just introduce a Rotating Frame of Reference. Because: A rotating reference frame can have advantages over an inertial reference frame.[15][4] Sometimes the calculations are simpler (an example is inertial circles), and sometimes the intuitive picture coincides more closely with the rotational frame (an example is sedimentation in a centrifuge). By treating the extra acceleration terms due to the rotation of the frame as if they were forces, subtracting them from the physical forces, it's possible to treat the second time derivative of position (relative to the rotating frame) as if it was the absolute acceleration. Thus the analysis using Newton's law can proceed as if the reference frame was inertial, provided the fictitious force terms are included in the sum of forces. For example, centrifugal force is used in the FAA pilot's manual in describing turns.[16] Other examples are such systems as planets, centrifuges, carousels, turning cars, spinning buckets, and rotating space stations. So draw the picture. Centrifugal Force up Gravity down Fdown M*9.8 m/s^2 Force up M *(v^2/r) M*9.8 M*(V^2/r) Cancel the M 9.8 V^2/227 GO
Q:I am 16 and am a very responsible driver, i make straight a‘s in school, and dress nice, my parents gave me their 2000 black durango, leather interior and it has 20 inch rims on it, it looks very nice, but what would be your impression on a guy that has that car(rims)?does it conflict with my character?
well im not into that, im into the loud 4x4 lifted trucks but 20s ain't to bad, but the ones with the 22s and bigger just want attention i think and maybe self absorbed sometimes, not all but some, but 20s ain't over board so thats fine, only thing i think looks plainly stupid is when cars are lifted a little just to fit even bigger rims made for trucks/SUVs, they look stupid, but its funny when the people with the big 22s or bigger get mad that the cops are always looking at them hmmm i wonder why lol, but don't go any bigger than 20s
Q:that of the small piston. How many N of force needs to be applied to the small piston to exactly balance a 2000 kg car? show work
Assuming g = 9.8 m/s?, the weight of the car is 19600N. A force of 19600/100 = 196N on the small piston would balance the car.
