- you mean truck, right. if you mean car, you dont want to go there. trucks, simply put, the idea here, arguably, depending on it's use, is that body lifts retain more of a lower center of gravity. it is also argued that suspension lifts don't give any real added clearance as the running gear/axle clearance is only effected by tire size. put on the tallest suspension lift you can find, and the axle clearance will not be effected. only frame rail clearance is effected. but your are right. in most cases, tire clearance can be addressed by imploying just body lifts.
- Q: I was just wondering if when driving a car and you leave the clutch pedal paused at around 6 or 7/8ths up. can it wear the clutch out for the other 1/8th? it‘s just my clutch has a little play at the very top now i‘m not sure if it‘s always there and it‘s just a coincidence or if I have done it by not fully lifting the clutch up after about 5-10 seconds when in low gears and finding the revs.
