- So are you asking how to reupholster the back of a small chair? Cut a piece of fabric at least 6 bigger on all sides, get a piece of batting 1/2 smaller all around than the area being covered and a staple or glue gun. Put the batting on the area to be covered, cover it in the fabric and pull the fabric to the back, securing with staples and or glue. Standard upholstery. Other wise, make a pillow the right size and shape and then tie it in place. I would add more detail to the question, maybe a pic of the chair?

- Both types of chair are better for different things. The office chair is better if you are sitting at a desk playing computer games but you cannot really lounge in front of a tv with it. The X rocker chair is more of a lounging play game for 8 hours straight chair but is too low for a computer desk and not comfortable in front of a monitor for long periods of time. The draw back to the x rocker pro is if you want to use the sound you have to have it plugged in and alot of people complain about wire management for it. Just figure out what you play more and get the chair. I use an office chair myself with a back that has a multi-tilter function so that I can adjust it depending on what I am doing.

You could also tie a beautiful elegant bow around the chairs using old sheets or shirts any fabric you have laying around, or you could go out and find a store that sells cheap ribbon, tie it at the top have it flow to the ground. The dollar store sells floral arts and crafts and so does Walmart you could put together some floral designs and find a way to attach it to the back of the chair. It really depends on what kind of chairs they are plastic, wood, etc. Maybe you could use some old sheets you don't use and throw them over the chair. If money is a big issue the thrift store has some nice shirts and pants you can turn into a cushion I don't know how much time you have left to do something about the chairs but I hope this helps or sparks some ideas for you.

- I have the Space Saver. I also have a booster seat much like the one you are looking at. Herein is the difference: The Space Saver is EXACTLY like a full-sized high-chair, except, since it straps onto a chair, it leaves less of a footprint at your table. Great for people like us who have a tiny dining room. I love that this chair has all the features of one of the huge high chairs. The padding is really cushy and comfy, and hella easy to clean. It does have a multi-position infant recline feature, but to be honest, you really aren't going to use that much. The only time I used it was when my daughter was *really* little and I was doing dishes or making meals. I'd put her in her high chair, recline it back, and she'd fall asleep while watching me. The Space Saver also converts into a toddler booster seat. Really though, my daughter is 1.5 years old and we still use it as a high chair. The booster seat you're looking at is great for when they're a bit older and can sit up on their own for long periods of time. Pretty uncomfortable bit of plastic to sit on,though, but really nice to quickly pack up and travel with. (the Space Saver is travelable, but isn't as quick to pack up). Personally, I've used all 3 things you're looking at, and own the two strap-on seats. Out of all of them, I adore the Space Saver. It's the tops. You definitely get your money's worth, and then some.

- Of course you can sue, but it's the winning the case you might have a problem with. The restaurant won't be at fault because they did not make the highchair. They also probably didn't comp you for anything because, while your day was ruined, they believe nothing was wrong with the food or service. I hope she is ok and feels better.
