Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

- Q:How do you like your coffee prepared and why?I like French press, but the coffee doesn't stay hot long enough, so I'm looking for other options. I'm not particularly hopeful though that anything else compares with the FP.
- You could always purchase a french press that in insulated. The trouble with coffee is, even if you keep it hot, it loses flavor over time. maybe you should think about a single cup press. As far as percolators go, I think it is a bad idea to run coffee back through the grounds, kind of nasty. For myself, I like espresso, but a good machine gets expensive.

- Q:why does it seem that the bench press is targeting my arms. I could feel my arms weared out after a set and not my chest. Could it be I'm doing it wrong?? I dont know its pretty hard to do the bench press wrong if I'm not mistakened.
- Well the bench press works mainly with the chest but definetly does work the arms also. The reason that you probrably dont feel it as much in your chest area is because you arent bringing the bar low enough. Once your elboe goes lower than your chest, your arms will need more help from the chest. Another possibility may be that your chest is stronger than your arms and it just feels more sore in your arms since they are working harder.

- no you left a time slot in between now and the time it happened and you left the state you cant do anything but take him to civil court. and you dont press charges you file charges.
- Q:Ok I will be 16 in March here(today is 2/16/09), I'm 5'11-6'0(somewhere between there) and weigh 161 ilbs and I can bench press 185 ilbs.
- There is really no good bench press and bad bench press. Everyone is different and can lift different amounts. If that is your heaviest you can lift, I think that is pretty good for you, but someone the same size and weight might lift 100lbs and that could be good for them.
- Q:Is it alright if I apply pressed powder or loose powder without using foundation/bb cream? Will it cover the pores and acne on my face?
- No. Powder is used to set ur foundation not BE ur foundation. Wearing powder alone, it'll just get absorbed ny ur face every few hours and you'll have to keep reapplying. If u have acne then u do need a good foundation to cover that up cuz powder will only accentuate it. Stick to ur bby cream or and apply powder over that for a set look that should last for the majority of ur day.
- Q:How do I know what direction to press my seams?
- There are two reasons: construction and color show-through. Construction -- When you sew opposing seams it's best for them to be facing in opposite directions, That way they kind of snug up against one another and make a nice tight join. Show through -- The rule of thumb is to press to the dark so you don't have a dark seam allowance possibly showing through a lighter quilt square. Some quilt directions will tell you how to press, but basically you have to think ahead to the construction phase to determine which way is best. Good luck with your quilt project.
- Q:I have a machine where you can do a lot of workouts. One is where you are sitting and have one bar on each side of you that you push forward, like if you are bench pressing, only sitting up. Does this work out the same muscles as lying on back and is it easier. People ask me how much I bench and I can do 200 sitting but have no idea how much I could do laying.
- If you max out with 200 lbs on the seated press you won't be able to do that amount with free weights. You gain more balance from balancing the weights and the nautilus cuts down some of the work your muscles have to do to push, balance, and lower the weight. You should invest in a flat bench and a barbell. Or if you lift alone I recommend dumbbells. Your pecs will get a better workout.

- Google sample press release and you will be amazed at the number of websites offering excellent tips. One important tip: keep it very factual. No hype, or the editor will just toss your press release into the wastebasket. If you are going to make such a strong claim, be sure to back it up with facts. How many people have lost weight/inches this way, etc. I just wrote a news release for a terrific pet product that a well-known dog breeder had developed. She has the pedigree to make her claims believable, and a list of supportive testimonials as long as your arm. Good luck to you.

- I think loose powder is better because I read or heard that the pressed kind is compressed together with an oil. So why put oil back your face when you're trying to control shine. Also I think a pressed powder holds bacteria. Yuck!
