- Alternatively you could opt for the fruit press version that doesn't include an apple grinder but is still sturdy enough for apples. With that you would just have to crush the apples manually. A single-tub press would be perfectly adequate and produce a fair amount of juice for personal use! Good luck!

- It really depends on so many factors. How much weight could you press at the beginning, ie how much strength have you built up already. Your genetic potential Your diet (you need to eat loads to become big and strong especially when you pretty young) The quality of your program. Your quite slim, so your probably an average to hard gainer. If you use the right program and willing to train for four years you should be able to reach around 275 pound bench naturally. I suggest if your serious and commited have a read of brawn by stuart mcrobert. If you follow this type of routine you can fulfill your full potential, follow the usual crap and you'll be frustrated with your benchpress for years. Thats what I did and wasted loads of time when i was your age, I even tried steroids.

- behind-the-neck shoulder barbell presses work out the same muscles as barbell front press, but it emphasizes the anterior deltoids to a much greater degree than standard shoulder presses because you're doing these presses in an unfavorable position. however, front presses should not be replaced by this as a standard mass or strength builder. i wouldn't recommend doing behind-the-back presses unless you've developed some form of shoulder strength and flexibility. having a spotter to help you on the heavier sets wouldn't hurt it either.

- Press was treated horribly by the Bush Whitehouse, similar to what Nixon did. They would hold information, don't give anything to the media, but when they were ready to release information the media would be all over it because they finally had something to report. Media finally realized their own mistake after the Iraq war and that they have been used. Watch the documentary called Control Room, its very good. I, however, believe that journalists in the US especially are preparing for a payback against the republicans. If you look at the news coverage now, its all about Obama and Clinton and the air time McCain gets is very minimal. - No, it wasn't designed for that. However, the machine will work the entire chest with the emphasis on the mid pec. If you want specifically target the upper pec, use an incline bench and do flys and dumbbell presses. And, just the opposite for the lower pec....a decline bench. You'll feel the burn in the anterior deltoid if you're working the upper pec. You'll get a more diverse and thorough chest workout if you do all three...flat bench, incline, and decline. It's also worth mentioning that the exercise and equipment only get you in the ballpark and what has the final say in what muscles are being worked is the brain. For example, a bench press uses both the pectoral and the triceps as major movers. How much of the motion is pec and how much is triceps can be controlled in part by your brain. It requires that you understand the muscular activity and can control the muscles individually when at rest. Flexing the muscles individually at rest and with no motion is one way to help train your brain to understand how to contract the muscles individually. Then, if you focus on working the stronger muscle (pec) more fully throughout reps, you'll help prevent the triceps from failing prematurely and keep you from quitting before you have a good pec workout. Where I worked out many years ago we called that putting the mind in the muscle...mentally focusing on the target muscle so it gets the greatest possible workout while saving the weaker supporting muscles for the last reps. - I think all of your suggestion are worthy of a news release - possibly as a combined story. At the very least it will maintain your profile in the eyes of the media you send it to. Just remember the Who, What, Why, When, Where and Why when you are writing your release, and either include images or invite media to attend a photocall. For your local newspaper these things are probably very much of interest, but the higher up the media ladder you go the less chance you have of getting coverage. - Yahoo news (I assume you are taklking about news) pickes up its news feeds - just like all other news media - from reputable new feed providers. a common one which lets you (for a fee) send out your press release on the wire is PR Web (www.irs /faqs/faq/0,,id=199557,00.html) This feed is monitored by many news agenceis so if your news is interesting enough, it may be published on many other news sites. The key to get other sites to pick it up is to make sure the news item is intresting to the average person and makes a compeling story. (for example, a press release saying that your company grew to 100 employees is not intresting to everyone, but if your company grew to 100 employees and is actively trying to hire people in a community that is especially hurt by the economic crises - it makes a more compelling story)
- Q:want to get a progressive press, on a right budget and need to get it right the first time. what do you guys use and what would you recommend for me? my budget is $300, and need to be able ot load a wide variety of calibers- from pistol to magnum rifle, such as 9mm, 38 special, 45, 40, 10mm, 500 SW Magnum, 357/38, 44mag/44, 30-40, 45-70, .223, 308, 7.62x54r, 32 acp, 7.62x38r, 30 carbine, 5.7x28, and so on. I've looked at the lee pro 1000 and lee load master, they look good and price is great but not able to (and cheaply) able ot load a wide variety of calibers, which is a big problem. i want ot know whats a good progressive press that can also load just as many calibers as my single stage press can?
- Listen to Hamish, you can't go wrong with the lee classic turret. I can literally load more amunition than I can shoot. It is an enormous upgrade from a single stage and everyone I know always thinks they need a progressive but end up wishing they had gotten something more foolproof. With the lee you can keep your caliber dies set up on a wheel, and it lifts out to let you change calibers without having to undo any settings. Plus the turret is going to be more forgiving with things like powder through dies working with it for .223. Go with the four station and add a crimping die. You'll find you get into a rhythm with it pretty quickly, you push up to deprime, put in a primer and pull down to seat, push up to charge, pull down to clear, set the bullet and push up to seat, then a quick down and up to crimp, no time at all. And spend the extra money to get carbide dies.
