- Q: i dont usually wear foundation, but i do sometimes wear powder to soak up oils on my skin. my skin does get very oily on my t-zone but otherwise my skin isnt too oily. which would stay longer for everyday coverage? i just use them to keep the shinyness away... so pressed or loose?! i just wear them over concealer mostly. thx!Z
- Pressed. I mean, they are basically the same but you are applying it in a much more concentrated way. Loose powder is applied usually with a brush and you dust it across you face and knock off the excess. A powder puff isnt going to do that.

- Q: in gym i am able to do a flat bench press of up to 40-45kg.....20-25kg feels like nothing.....but i am not able to do push ups ...maximum i have done in my life is 20 pushups on some lucky day...if i am doing 5 pushups rather 2 push up they does not feel effortless ....my first push up will feel like i am doing 100th....why is it so.....?i read some where that it is because of unbalanced training ...but on Wikipedia i found that both exercise target almost same muscle group...can some one clarify???
- Yes, bench press and push ups do use the same muscles - chest, triceps, deltoids. In essence it is a very similar movement - pushing your arms away from yourself. It's hard to say why you aren't able to do push ups as well as bench press but nevertheless you can improve you srenght in push ups by doing them the easy way first. The easy way being - you in a push up position but your knees on the ground as this will make it a bit easier. I'd say complete as many reps as you can for 3-4 sets this should make you gradually stronger and you soon will be able to do more regular push ups.
- Q: I am looking to get into reloading. What brand press should I get? I want a press that will do it all, prime, re-size etc. Also is it better to get a full kit or build my own from different manufacturers like say and RCBS press, Lyman scale, and Lee dies etc. Please help.
- I'd get the full kit.A lot less hassle every thing at once.If I were to just getting into reloading I'd go with Lee, cheaper than the others but they work fine.If you start to really getting into it and are reloading a lot you can always upgrade.But if you don't like it or don't reload much you won't be out of a crap load of money.I reload so that's just my opinion

- Well bench press is mostly tri's and shoulders and some chestso your going to want to work on these tgree muscle groups if you want to improve it so military press, flys, incline press, declime press, tricept extension, hammer tricept extension, kick backs and shrugs are some isolation exercises you can do to help it. Or just simply add bench press as part of your routine and work at it consume lots of protien and eat your fruits and vegetables and dense calorie foods. Good luck hope this helps! - The muscles used in the bench press are the following: -Pectoralis Major, but mainly the sternal (lower) head. -Triceps -Anterior Deltoids (the front segment) Other muscles that are involved but not really trained in this exercise are: -The wrist flexors/extensors (forearms) -Biceps (for stabilization) The effects of different grips - a closer grip will shift the stress onto the triceps more. A wider grip will shift the stress onto the chest more. An incline bench press will put most of the work on your clavicular (upper) pecs and anterior deltoids.

- I prefer loose powder for my oily skin, but pressed makes it easier for on the go. But yes you can use the powder! It will absorb up the oil (:

- a press release would be contacting the press and telling them something they'd be interested in that they don't know already. ...so if you don't know anything then you can't do one.
- Q: The title says it all but to be more descriptive, I like a auto key presser software,* something like when F5 is pressed, keys number 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ,5 will be pressed by sequence with an interval of something like 2 seconds.* example:F5 is pressed.1 will be pressed then after 2 seconds2 will be pressed.then so on.
