- Q: I'm currently using the Prescriptives Flawless SkinTotal Protection and when I apply it in the morning it looks great on my skin once it dries, but 3 hours later my face looks very oily. I have never used powder over my foundation before. I wanted to make my skin look natural when wearing foundation, so thats why I was afraid to use the powder plus foundation. Should I use the Prescriptives pressed powder or the loose powder to help control the shiny look?
- loose is good to apply directly after foundation to help mattify...it provides light coverage when applied with a brush. pressed is great to carry with you for easy touch ups.
- Q: I'm trying to get my bench press form right, with free weights, but whenever I try my left side seems to always be lower than the right causing it to be unbalanced. The weight isn't an issue here as even with the bar stripped of free weights, I still have this problem. However, when I go to the bench press machine, I am able to do that with no problem at all, so I'm sure it's my form that is a problem. What can I do?*I'm right handed if that matters...
- im exactly the same, im strong enough to lift the weight easily but my form makes it very difficult to lift hardly anything whilst doing bench press i am also right handed, and because my right side is used alot more its the stronger of the 2 and you can see that on the bench press. you can fix it either by using dumbells and doing more on your weaker side, or you can use weight machines and just lower the weight alot more than normal and do it 1 handed. alternatively if your not bothered about bench press and just want to work those muscles then you can use a bench/shoulder/chest press machine.
- Q: How long does it take to see results, usually? And what is the best way to make the chest poke out, I guess? I heard doing incline bench presses help; can someone verify it please?
- Dude the point of working out is to breakdown muscle mass and giving it time to recover so it gets stronger and bigger. So just workout each muscle group once a week, it might sound like it's not enough but it's the amount for the muscle to recover. just remember to get to muscular failure with each set and get a good diet otherwise all your working out will be for nothing.
- Q: I started doing a workout routine which has bench presses in it (I've bench pressed before) and I was wondering if bench presses would help increase the number of push-ups I can do. I've always been pretty weak on my upper body and it would be rare if you can see me do five push-ups perfectly without stopping.
- Bench Press *CAN* help if your muscles are that weak, but it's more like Press-ups help Bench Press, from my own personal experience, back when I could do 78 Press-ups I shot up in Bench Press strength

- Q: So after I press my flowers in a book for about a month and take them out, how do I preserve the color?I've read so many answers but nobody seemed to have answered this. I don't expect my orchids to be vivid after pressing them but is there a way to make them fade LESS? - Bodum is a brand of French press coffee makers. No, you don't need to buy a filter for it. I think it's nice to get a bag of interesting coffee to make up the gift, perferably Fairtrade coffee and go for a strength 4 or 5 because it makes a better coffee for these sorts of presses. Bodum is good because they last, the glass is strong and when they press, the work soooo much better than the cheap ones. Check online, they aren't 'expensive' but more than ?5/$5 understandably because Bodum is a quality brand and it shows because of better design rather than something that looks like a French press but is inadequate or fragile and breaks 2 weeks later!

- i would say straight bar for military press(Standing). i do a sitting military press or shoulder press with dumbbells.
