Q: i need a way to increase my bench press as much as i can as fast as i can without actually bench pressing, how can i do this?
Mmmm, if actually bench pressing is not an option then I'd say concentrate on plenty of push-ups as they will develop the same muscle group as are required for bench presses. After a certain stage of development push-ups will not be so beneficial in making your muscles bigger, but doing them as an endurance exercise will always increase your actual physical strength. Also, do you have access to dumb-bells? If so, lie at a 45 degree angle and do vertical reps (i.e. your shoulder to as high as you can reach). That will also help ;?)
Q: If you bench press, is it the same as doing push ups?
Bench Press is not the same as doing pushups because it is more concentrated on the chest. Pushups work the chest, arms and abs. The area of the chest that is worked is also different. A great strategy is to do Bench press and top it off with some pushups. Good Luck!!

Q: im 14 years old, 6 foot, 195 pounds and max 160. i only have 20 pound dumbells at my house to work with. what can i do to increase my bench press?-
Do pushups...and if you can find a way to attach the dumbells to your back or shoulders to add weight to make your pushups harder that will help too. Also, with dumbells, you can do butterflys for your chest...and that will increase your chest's strenght, which will impact your bench. Lay with your back on a bench with your arms straight above your chest. Lower your arms so they come down to your sides, but you want to end up in like a 'jesus on the cross' position with your arms straight out to your sides. Keep your elbow slightly bent, but straight for the most part.
Q: I am a 20 y/o male ectomorph body type 130 lbs 5'7. I have been working out for about 2 years but probably only started getting serious with compound exercises with high weight, low reps, for about 2 months.I have already seen alot of improvements by doing more compound exercises vs isolated ones. I do squats, deadlifts, clean and press, dips, chin ups, etc, but when it comes to the bench press.... I just feel flat out weak. I am doing 5x5 for my sets/reps. I can only put a 45 on the bar and barely get it up 5 full reps. It's been like this for awhile. You're bulking so make sure you get your calories from the right sources and lift hard. I would do more than just bench presses, do dumbbell flyes, incline/decline dumbbell press, and then work your way up to the bench. Make sure you are doing a split, meaning don't exercise more than 1 muscle once a week. My split is Mon- Legs Tues-Back and Shoulders Wed-OFF Thur-Chest Fri-Arms Sat-Light cardio I do sets of 12,10, and 8 with weights increasing by 5 pounds every set. Q: So I just recently discovered what loose eyeshadow (pigments) are and they do seem to give off an amazing vibrant colour. However, I've been thinking can you still get the same vibrant colour with a really good cream eyeshadow as a base (over primer) and then pressed eyeshadow on top?I've been thinking about getting NYX loose pearl eyeshadows however, the thing is I have a lot of pressed eyeshadow palettes already. So, I've been wondering if I were to buy a good cream eyeshadow, such as Maybelline Color Tattoo and use that as a base before applying the pressed eyeshadow, would I get vibrant colour as well?I've been reading up reviews and I think it does the same thing however, I'm unsure. Also, are loose eyeshadows (when applied with medium) as easy to blend as pressed eyeshadows are?Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
Pressed eyeshadow is better . If you apply a good eyeshadow primer , pressed eyeshadow gives same effect . Loose eyshadow (pigment) are good for special occasion not for everyday . Apply cream eyeshadow dab pressed eyeshadow to give vibrant effect :)

Q: looking at the differences between 2 kits
Hello! Whether you re-prime your cartridge cases on, or off, the press, really depends on you. When I reload handgun ammunition on my Dillon, I let the press reprime the ammo for me, because handgun ammo, whether for plinking, target, or hunting, does not need to be seated by nad for the precision I would be looking for with a rifle. Now, reloading rifle ammo for competition is a completely different story! Because I am looking for group consistency at distance with a warming barrel, and seeking groups as close to sub-minute of angle, I need precision and set my benchrest primers by hand ... I can feel how the primer is seated and whether it is getting crushed. By doing it this way, I have been able to produce really accurate ammuniton. When you are loading hunting ammunition, you do not really need the precision consistency (yes, you do need precision ... but you are shooting maybe a single shot from a cold barrel ... in competition you may be shooting 10 to 30 back-to-back shots with a barrel that is either warming up or hot, which WILL affect bullet placement). I never reload watching the TV ... too many BAD things can happen, and a bad cartidge (one with a bad primer or a squib load [no powder or insufficient powder]) can damage a very expensive target barrel! It is better to concentrate on what you are doing, when you are doing it! Hence, priming on or off the press is totally dependent upon you and what upi seek to do with your ammo, and what you expect your ammo to do under specific conditions! Good luck and good shooting!
