- Well, only you know how much u can handle an how strong u really are... just do a weight u can lift for 4-6 reps or 6-8 and do the dumbell press on a incline you should be good to do 75- 90 lbs im sure... on the incline so try that... see how it goes.. u can also drop down if its a bit much yes increase your incline benchpress.. its too easy for u... correction on the dumbell incline press when i say 75 - 90 lbs.. i mean 75- 90lbs dumbells in each hand.. not 75- 90 lbs total weight.. just making sure u know... lol :)

- That is a complicated question, but it seems to me that you are fairly advanced in your work out. There is no set figure that you should have to be able to bench press, since everybody's genetics are different. In my book anybody who is able to press 200 pounds is strong and 250 pounds is getting up above that which most people can do. But with enough time and dedication who knows how much you will be able to lift. Just keep off of the drugs and get there naturally. Good luck.

- People are under this misconception that people are the ones to press charges, when in fact it is the police that press the charges. Police tend to want the opinion of the victim, but if there is evidence to prove this could have occurred, the police are the ones that actually press the charges, not the person that is the victim. As others have stated, most states now have a law that states if a domestic disturbance has occurred, someone (typically the male) must be arrested, regardless of whether the victim wants to press charges or not. This is because police were getting sick of being called out to these disturbances and the victim not wanting to press charges. A simple resolution to not wanting to press charges is to not call the police in the first place... although I would personally advise against that. A witness cannot press charges. If a murder takes place and the police can pinpoint who the likely suspect is, that person will be arrested, no doubt about it. Once the officer presses the charges, the state officially charges the person and the state is the one that convicts, not the victim.
- Q: Is a chest press equal to a Bench press
- No. The chest press machine doesn't require you to use your satellite cells (stabilizing muscles) to hold the weight in place like the bench press or dumbbell chest press or dumbbell pec flyes do. Some people like to use the chest press machine because it allows them to add on more weight, but that's up to you. I personally prefer to get a better workout. If you do choose this machine as part of your workout, use it at the END of your workout, after you've exhausted your muscles and can benefit from the lack of needing to stabilize the weight.

- There is really no good bench press and bad bench press. Everyone is different and can lift different amounts. If that is your heaviest you can lift, I think that is pretty good for you, but someone the same size and weight might lift 100lbs and that could be good for them.

- why bench press, seriously, why bench press? if you are new and want to gain mass, the best exercise is the squat. but back to bench press, i think it is over rated. i understand the popularity of the bench press, but it is really necessary? instead of bench press, try pushups. if that's too easy, try pushups with your feet elevated on a chair. if that's too easy, try elevated pushups with a backpack on your back. you guessed it, the next step is to put weights or heavy books in your backpack. I just know that the progressively harder pushups will work you as well if not better than the bench press. but to your question, at 134lbs, you could put on 65lbs and do as many reps as you can. if you can do more than 10 reps, add 10lbs until you get to where you can only do about 10 reps. That's your start point. basically, pick a weight about half your bodyweight and trial/error to find your start point. good luck
