- Q:I lost my power cable for my Ipod Shuffle 2nd Gen, can I use the 3rd gen shiffle power cord for the 2nd gen? My logic: $55 for a new ipod 3rd gen or $30 for a new power adapter for the 2nd gen. $25 more I have a new ipod... but it would be nice if I can still use the 2nd gen as well...
- look and see if the adaptor will fit...if so it should...i doubt they will though
- Q:Ever time I try screwing in my power cable sparks fly.My amp has no off switch.and my car is turned off.wtf?Help me out/
- first off, when installing anything electrical on your vehicle, ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE BATTERY FIRST! (either side will work) on your amp you should see a + POS and - NEG and remote. the remote is 12 volt + POS this is your on and off switch. the lead wire that comes from your reciever (usually a blue wire that says remote, or a pink wire that says antennae) then hook up you pos and neg wires. (IT'S IMPORTANT TO INSTALL A SEPERATE IN LINE FUSE BOX TO THE POSITIVE WIRE THAT GOES TO THE AMP. W A 60 AMP OR GREATER FUSE)
- Q:I'm curious, because I was looking through the 'combo deals' for a part for a potential build, and one of them was a SATA cable (item itself was a hard drive). Does Newegg, or for that matter any major computer retailer, sell products that come with all the cables you need to actually use the part? I guess I'm primarily concerned with Hard Drives and Disk Drives in this case... oh, and PSUs I guess. And the mobo, will that have the power cable?
- Depending on what the combo contains, it may have the cables. - A power supply comes with a power cable for the outlet, and the usualy cables you find on a power supply... - A motherboard comes with 2 or 3 SATA cables, O/I shield, screws needed to mount ot case, manual, driver disk - JUST Hard Drives...well just the hard drive (NewEgg does not included any cables unless stated) - Graphics cards...adapters, manual, old drivers - Case: cables that connect to the motherboard (On/reset buttons, USB ports, Firewire, fans, sound/mic jacks) Hope this answers your question.
- Q:Power cable, ZR-YJV22-0.6 / 1kV-3x185 + PE95 and ZR-YJV22-0.6 / 1kV-3x185 + 95 both are the same cable? What does it mean?

- Q:I have a two year old HP Compaq 6710s laptop, and since yesterday, the second I plug in my power cable, my CPU usage goes up from a normal amount to 100% immediately, making my computer really really slow. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Do you think there's something wrong with the cable or the computer?
- In most laptop configurations there are things that are setup to run only when the laptop is plugged in. For example, antivirus scans, adware scans, and such can be set so that they only run when plugged in. It is possible that the unit has been unplugged for awhile and the system suddenly recognizes its plugged in and all the software tries to run thus bogging it down. This is only a hypothesis. The best way to know for sure is to check the Task Manager to find out whats hogging everything. If you don't know, you can open the task manager by either doing CTRL-ALT-DELETE and selecting task manager or by going Start-Run and type in 'taskmgr'. In the window, the applications tab should show what apps are running, the Processes tab should show you all the processes and their memory consumption, and the Performance tab should show you all your memory and CPU untilization. I would start with the Processes tab and see what is consuming the most memory. You can sort by size by clicking on the MemUsage column heading. The processes with the highest memory are the ones to start with. ALso check the Applications tab and see what is running at the time. I would check these while running on battery, and then plug the system in and check them again to see what is different. Whatever has changed is most likely the culprit.
- Q:the contant power cables go to my car alarm, led lights, siren, power locks, power windows, and alarm bypass... they are very small thin awg wires... the ignition and constant power cables under ignition housing are alot thicker... is this possible with no problems?
- I wouldn't tap into any wires where your alarm is.. If you have any issue, it could arm your alarm, and you might not be able to start your car, until the wiring was fixed...
- Q:i wanna know how much distance should be in between the power cable and the cat5 cable
- after standards cat5 cables are not run parralell with power cables, instead intersected
- Q:i am going to establish a new power cable manufacturing business. i want to ask you what should i name to my business or what brand name should i adopt that is appopriate.
- follow the suggestions. Good Luck
- Q:I want to turn on my PC but my power cable was missing so i got a new one. A small sheet on the PC's power cable input hole says quot;230 V Rated voltagebut the new power cable fork has some characteristics written on it like EL - 202 / 10-16 / 250 quot;. So I'm afraid that 250 stands for Voltage so the power cable voltage is different from pc's rated voltage. I live in europe and we have 220V here from the power supply. Can I use this power cable or will it mess up my pc ? It's quite a quick issue that I need help with. Many thanks to everyone who can reply quickly. Cheers ;)
- The cable seems to be rated higher than your input voltage so you should be okay.
- Q:I've heard of a new file transferring tool which transfers file through power cables and I need to know about how it worksand how does it apply the pulses or the waves to the frequency of the power cables!!
- No it is not possible to transfer the data through power cables, Ask what you actually want to do i will solve your problem.
